Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool

I can't fault this nursery at all. My nephew has enjoyed every minute of his time since he was 16 months old to now being a big boy going to school in September. He is happy, always laughing with his peers and loved every staff member who he had the pleasure of being around. They cared for him so well and taught him everything he knows and he is sad to be leaving soon. I have to say as well that the nursery gardens look fab :)

My grandaughter has always been happy to come into the nursery. She has enjoyed playing and learning and the children seem to relate well to one another. Staff have always been helpful and caring. I have never had any cause to complain. When I have come into the nursery the environment is well organised and the children are happy.

They have just had a refurbishment done in the gardens which look amazing and my son enjoys playing outside.

My nephew attends this nursery and I pick him up on several occasions where he always comes back excited from having a fun day at the nursery. The other day he told me he was learning about 'mini beasts' in the brand new garden!

Very mixed feelings about our time at the nursery. On the one hand - the staff are lovely, caring and approachable. On the other hand, my child was put in danger by the nursery in not following their own procedures in relation to food service, and my child was accidentally given food she was allergic to on a number of occasions, which was blamed on individual members of staff at the time, when really it's management who should make sure things are followed through.

I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone and anyone. It's of a very high standard and is great for young children. My nephew is extremely happy at this nursery, I went to see the graduation and thought it was very well organised and friendly.

My nephew attends the nursery 4 days per week and seems very settled. There is a fantastic selection of toys and always a great range of activities provided. He really looks forward to going to nursery.

He specifically tells me what he has had for lunch in great detail and says the food is delicious.

My grandson is a very happy and well balanced child and has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Bright Horizons. He has formed pleasant relationships with his peers and overall we have been delighted with his progress. We are confident that his transition to Reception at school will be a smooth one.

My granddaughter has attended this nursery for 3 years and I am totally satisfied with her care and the commitment of staff that have looked after her. I would recommend this nursery to others, and my next grandchild due soon will also be attending this nursery.

Since my niece started I can really tell she has come along way and has many little friends that she talks about regularly.

Very good day care, they really go the extra mile. My son had speech delay but he improved a lot in this day care. He has learnt a lot of educational stuff, like baking and bug hunting. He's been more talkative than before. Teachers go the extra mile and keep parents updated about daily activities and concerns that they have.

My daughter has received good care from some kind and dedicated professionals and overall I am very happy. I would have liked to see more emphasis on encouraging an interest in things like phonics perhaps.

My two have been at Teddies since both were babies, so we have been coming for 4 years or so. We will miss coming here.

My children have been very happy at Teddies Coulsdon. The staff have been really helpful and supportive and now they are ready for the transition to big school. They will really miss their friends they have made when they go.

My daughter has always been very happy to go to the nursery and enjoy the activities provided for her. She has made lots of friends and it shows in her personality that she enjoys it here. The staff have always been very helpful and caring. I would recommend this nursery to any parent.

My 2 daughters have both been through nursery from 8 months to 4 years and have loved it. The greatest thing about the nursery is the room managers who have always been excellent.

I am very pleased my children's nursery and pre school.

Teddies Coulsdon has improved beyond all recognition over the past 18 months. Changes to staff, systems and ethos have made a significant difference. The change must be attributed to the manager.

My son started when he was 10 months old. He has been very happy here and has learned a wide range of things - good and healthy eating, planets, safety on the road etc. He has grown in confidence and we are extremely pleased with how he has developed in the last few years.
