Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool

I have a daughter in the baby room at Teddies and I am extremely pleased with how she has settled into the nursery. I have always felt very happy with all the staff members and how they provide a welcoming and caring environment for both me and my daughter. I'm always given a thorough update upon collection and enjoy hearing about the fun activities my daughter has taken part in. I feel that communication from the management team is excellent, regularly receiving updates about the nursery and newsletters. I would highly recommend this nursery to others. I'm very happy with the high standard of care and how the staff members really know my child's likes and preferences, ensuring she is happy throughout the day.

Also, the buggy storage is very small considering the number of children you have.

Our daughter has been at Teddies Coulsdon for approx 15 months.

As a parent, it's always reassuring dropping your child at nursery and seeing them run into their open arms.

The service we have received has been second to none. It has always felt like a personal one to one relationship rather than just being a number.

I have a daughter in the baby room, my daughter is very particular about her routine - the staff have really helped follow her routine and ease her into nursery life. The staff provide an interesting and very caring environment for her!

Very pleased with my this nursery. My daughter has been attending for almost 2 years and she loves it. We have decided to put our second child ion this nursery as we are so confident with the staff looking after our children here. Looking forward to continuing our journey with Teddies. My son moved to Teddies in September from another nursery and is loving it. The staff at pre-school offer a perfect balance between cuddles and encouraging independence. The staff are very attentive and always child focused - I have never witness them 'just chatting' or gossiping. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere and my child has learnt a lot whilst there - days are varied and he always comes home tired but happy.

Extremely friendly and caring polite staff. Very impressed with all the new changes within the nursery. My son has enjoyed every single year at this nursery. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My daughter has been attending Teddies Nurseries Coulsdon since she was 8 months old. The staff are friendly and always give my daughter the best care possible. She loves attending nursery and I feel she has really progressed and is learning a lot. The food seems good and the activities are great. Very happy with the staff, manager and the nursery itself.

I always receive a warm welcome and a good feedback from how he has been and what he has been up to. He has really enjoyed his time here and will be sad to see him leave to go to big school but I know he will have fond memories of his time here.

My daughters love attending Teddies Nurseries Coulsdon. Children are encouraged to learn and also have time to play with their friends. They also enjoy the external clubs that come to nursery like animal lab, mad academy and leaps and bounds. I feel very comfortable with leaving my kids with the staff who really care about the kids.

Lovely nursery. My eldest has been going since 11 months old. All the staff are welcoming and I'm extremely happy with the level of care provided. My children both enjoy coming to nursery and telling me all the things they have been learning.

My daughter loves coming to nursery and she loves to talk about it at home and tells me all her friends names and also who looks after her. She is always happy to be left in the mornings. She also likes using the computer and iPad at nursery and I feel this really helps further her learning.

When I collect my niece from her nursery she is always so happy and I can see how much the staff care for her. They can tell me so much about what she has done that day. She does lots of painting and messy play. She is also always in the garden which I love to hear because she is definitely an outside child.

The nursery is very friendly and welcoming. When I pick up the child, she is always very happy and wanting to come back the next day. She always looks forward to telling us what she has done during the day and never wants to leave.

My nephew comes to Teddies Nursery and I know that my sister and myself are very happy with the care and service they provide. Since new management, there have been a lot of positive changes and we especially like the new outside garden.

I am very happy with the care that is provided for my child at Teddies Nursery. They have a variety of different activities to offer. I look forward to seeing these activities on pick up and the displays in the room. My child has settled well in the baby room, thanks to the team in the room.

I am very happy with the care my grandchild receives in the nursery. The staff are very friendly, Manager is easy to talk to and very polite and happy. My grandchild is always happy when he comes out.

I have picked up a few times my two daughters at nursery and Everytime I have found the girls happy running around not wanting to go home. My wife does most of the drop offs and pick ups and the girls are always so thrilled to go. The staff is especially nice; the girls have built strong bonds with some of the ladies.
