Our daughter has had a fantastic experience at Canopy. Right from the first settling in session, the team in the Hazel room were absolutely brilliant and really helped her to settle in and grow in confidence. There are plenty of extra curricular activities on offer over the two days, and we are kept up to date on her progress through the App. The only reason we are leaving is because we have been offered a place at a nursery a 2 min walk from our house, saving us a 20 min drive each way in traffic. If we could pick up Canopy and put it next to our house we would! Thanks again to all of the team!

The staff go above and beyond in every aspect and create such a nurturing, positive environment. We are so grateful to have found a nursery that feels like an extension of our family.

My 11 month old daughter started at Canopy over a month ago. The staff have been incredibly kind and patient with her, and us as first time nursery parents! The facilities are new and really well thought out, the food is fresh and changes daily, we have been so impressed with everything. Especially the communication and care given to our daughter.

We are very pleased with the service at canopy the team genuinely care about the children and create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for them to learn and grow in. We've seen so much progress in our daughter's confidence, development, and social skills since attending.

Communication with us as parents is great and it's always reassuring to know she is happy, well looked after, and enjoying her days there. Our twins have been attending this nursery since January 2026; to summarise, they love it! They are always smiling and happy at both drop off and collection- they never want to come home! The staff are lovely, thoughtful, caring and professional. We are so lucky and grateful to have found them!

My child settled really well into the nursery. She was young when she started so I was of course, apprehensive about how she would settl but she seemed to form attachment with staff very quickly. Staff were able to support her in so many ways and I have seen her develop so much since she has been there. She has learnt so many new skills that I have seen her displaying at home. I love the app as it is an excellent way to keep in communication and love seeing what she is doing during the day.

We were initially nervous about moving our son to a new nursery so he could be closer to home, but since starting at Canopy Frogmore House in January, he has absolutely flourished and enjoys going in each day. All the staff are super warm, caring, and truly invested in the children's development and happiness. Overall, we've had a really positive experience, and it genuinely feels like a community.

I think the change in the child and how they look forward to going to nursery. The child has built good relations with the teachers and I believe the 2 way connection are good and approachable. The child enjoys the food and the variety and it makes me feel confident that good diet is being observed and this aligns with the collective activities that take place. There is a good culture for the child to be in and it seems very diverse. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

Canopy is a great nursery in a new setting. The staff are fantastic. It is a well decorated fresh space for children to learn and play. My children love going there and they keep us upto date with progress daily through the app.

The nursery always seems clean (although well played in and loved by pickup some!) and is a beautiful environment for the children.

Our little boy started in February and absolutely cannot wait to get there in the morning! He adores the staff and has settled in perfectly. The activities they do are lovely and we often get updates with photos. The service from the staff has been great and the nursery has been beautifully renovated. Would absolutely recommend!

The facilities are fantastic, safe, and stimulating, with real attention to detail. We're incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated team supporting our daughter's early development and couldn't thank them enough!! Special mention to Elsye, superstar!

A couple of teachers we found warm and pleasant, but that didn't make up for everything else.
