Canopy is a lovely, welcoming environment for children, with a caring team who are passionate about what they do. It's clear that creating a positive and nurturing space for children to learn, play and develop is really important to the staff. The team are friendly and approachable, and there's a real emphasis on making children feel comfortable and supported. It's lovely to see a nursery that puts so much care into the children's day to day experience.

Canopy Children's Nursery in Potters Bar is by far the most accommodating nursery I have ever dreamt of sending my child to! The staff are so welcoming and patient to all the children. My daughter always comes home with a smile on her face and talks about all the new friends she has made! Everyday she is learning something new and as a Mother there is no better feeling than knowing your child has settled in well.

The location is extremely safe and I feel really relieved that I do not have to worry about the safety of my daughter! Kinner has done an amazing job at setting up a great nursery and I would absolutely recommend Canopy to anyone in the Hertfordshire area looking for a safe, clean and organised nursery with friendly staff!

Our son has had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the Canopy in Bounds Green. We switched him from a different nursery due to a house-move, and while the previous nursery was fine, he's so much happier at the Canopy. He's always excited to go in and is always in a wonderful mood when we collect him at the end of the day. The staff in both the Nest and the Hummingbirds rooms are brilliant (I imagine the same goes for the Toucans room), and the management are really diligent with communication and updates on the app. The facilities are really impressive and they're just starting to incorporate some external provider sessions (animal visits, PE coach) that I'm sure the kids will really love. Overall a great nursery full of warm and friendly people!

My son has been coming to this. Nursery for the past 16 months and we're so happy we moved him here. He is nourished, elevated and encouraged to learn. The staff are amazing, always wanting the best and going the extra mile.

The staff are fantastic. They create a real 'family feel' that puts us completely at ease at drop-off. I really appreciate their approach to learning, which encourages the kids to be independent and curious, with a great focus on nature and caring for the environment. Another massive bonus is the onsite cook making fresh, warm meals every day, which our little one loves. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about the children and the community. Highly recommend!

Our daughter has been in the nursery for a couple of months now, and she seems so happy there. The baby room is simply lovely: warm, calm, beautifully organised and filled with toys and activities that encourage curiosity and development. The staff are truly wonderful: kind, patient, attentive and genuinely passionate about what they do. Our little one has built such a lovely bond with her key carers, and we always feel reassured knowing she is in such loving hands. The management is excellent too, with clear communication and queries dealt with promptly. The food deserves a special mention as well; the meals are healthy, balanced and wonderfully varied. Thank you to the entire team for all your care, kindness and hard work. Highly, highly recommended!!

Leaving our son at 20 months was daunting and he was going through a difficult stage of separation anxiety. However, the team made the transition so smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to build a secure, loving bond with him in such a short time. Now, he gets dressed and puts on his shoes every morning with a smile. My son joined Canopy when he was just one and has recently left to start reception recently.

He had the best start to his early years education and I don't think you fully appreciate how important those early years are until you see them move on to school. He started Reception so confidently and settled in so well. His love of reading, learning and exploring has continued and canopy gave him that foundation.

The staff have always been so nurturing and supportive, and you could see that they genuinely knew and cared about him. They helped build his confidence, encouraged his personality and gave him such a lovely environment to grow and learn in.

They also made sure he was really well prepared for his 4+ assessment, which meant a lot to us and was just another example of how much they supported him.

After being at Canopy since he was one, it was definitely emotional saying goodbye. Seeing him now thriving in Reception makes me even more grateful for the start they gave him.

My children were at canopy for 2.5 years and I just think it's the most wonderful nursery. I always felt safe leaving my children there, the staff are so incredibly lovely, it's super clean, they have really nice activities going on, a massive outdoor area, healthy food. What more could you want. My children always felt cared for and the staff really knew them. Would highly recommend

Her key person has been professional, caring and supportive, always providing helpful advice when needed.

A special thank you to Dev, the nursery director, for always being so helpful and understanding. She has gone out of her way to support us with ad hoc childcare needs, including drop-in sessions and trying to accommodate changes to our usual days.

We also love the strong communication with parents, detailed progress reports and fun activities such as the summer sports day.

My daughters been in frogmore since December, when she was only 9 months old, she is my first and this is the first nursery tryout- to say Dev and her team have raised the bar is an understatement, the teams care, their attitude with the children and parents alike, is exceptional to say the least. I know my daughter loved every minute of her stay there, I would recommend this nursery to all parents. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, it's airy, it's fun for the kids and always clean. This is something that shouldn't be taken lightly as the kids have space to move, to learn and to have fun. The team itself is so loving towards the children, my daughter adores Ana specially. Special thanks for the team who has made this experience much easier, it is hard for a mother to put her children at others care, they made this easier.

My 3 year-old daughter has been attending the nursery for 6 months now. The staff have been incredibly kind, understanding and flexible and have really helped her settle in as we had previously come from another nursery abroad. The settings and atmosphere are light and fresh with top notch facilities. I particularly love the sensory room and the outdoor play area. The staff are caring and have been particularly supportive in my daughter's transition to reception. Love the food options and great communication always. Choosing daycare is daunting enough but with Canopy it was a no brainer. The rooms are carefully set up with and the activities are really well catered to children's age groups and their development. We've been supported every step of the way from nap transitions to even room transitions and I couldn't be happier. The staff take pride in their work and it's clear from the communication and my son's excitement when we talk about nursery. The whole team make a real effort with the children which is evident from the corridors when you can overhear the communication and the giggles. Messages on the app are responded to very quickly, updates are provided timely on food, nappies and even when he washes his hands! The team have provided great reassurance and I know he is in very good hands. A safe and secure environment is every parents wish and the team here are OUTSTANDING in their conduct. I'd defo recommend Canopy to every parent who is considering childcare!

We've had a really great experience with Canopy. My daughter started when she was around 1 year old, and it was reassuring to see how quickly she settled in. She genuinely enjoys going to school every day. She has learned so many new skills over time, and we've also seen her grow in confidence and independence. We especially appreciate how caring the teachers are and how she has built such a good bond with them. We're really grateful for all the support and care they've given her. We will definitely miss it there.
