We were nervous when we had to move our 14month old from his old nursery due to moving house, but from the moment we came to look around he's held out his arms to the staff here, and settled really quickly.
He gets very excited when we say 'nursery' in the morning and as we approach the building.
Very
warm, informative and welcoming staff, who always have something lovely to say at the end of the day - a world or difference from our previous nursery!
Highly recommend.

We've had a fantastic experience with Frogmore House and would highly recommend it to any parents looking for a warm, nurturing nursery.
From day one, it has felt like a real home-from-home environment. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive and supportive, and they take the time to really get
to know each child as an individual.
One of the standout features for us is their focus on healthy, nutritious meals. It's clear that nutrition is a priority, and we love that our child is being encouraged to develop positive eating habits from such a young age.
What really sets Frogmore House apart is how flexible and understanding they are. They work closely with families and aren't rigid, which makes such a difference when navigating childcare alongside busy schedules.
If you're looking for a nursery that is caring, professional, flexible and truly child-focused, Frogmore House is a wonderful choice.

We were so lucky to find Canopy in our neighbourhood after almost a year of searching without much success. We found all we were looking for at Canopy: a warm and welcoming place, spacious rooms with deliberate design for babies to explore, learn, play, and interact. The large garden is especially a
gift, our baby loves spending time there.
I'm also very happy with the no-sugar policy and the in-house freshly cooked menu. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dev is always very responsive, considerate, and welcoming. She puts families' preferences at the heart of all her decisions. I love how she brings a thoughtful parent's mindset to the design and approach of the nursery.
Our special thanks go to Ana - she made Miguel feel at home whenever he was with her. To Annie, Danielle, and Radija: your lovely smiles whenever you greet us at the door stay with us. Thank you so much to every else as well for all the care and love you give to our little one <3

We've had a positive experience with the nursery. The staff are caring and dedicated, and our daughter has built a great bond with her key person, which has helped her feel settled and secure.
We really value the regular app updates, and the developmental observations, which give great insight into
her progress.
Most importantly, she's happy there, and that means everything to us.

My child settled really well into the nursery. She was young when she started so I was of course, apprehensive about how she would settl but she seemed to form attachment with staff very quickly. Staff were able to support her in so many ways and I have seen her develop so much since she has been there.
She has learnt so many new skills that I have seen her displaying at home. I love the app as it is an excellent way to keep in communication and love seeing what she is doing during the day.

As a parent, I feel completely
at ease leaving him in their care. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing. Communication is also excellent - they always keep us informed about his progress and daily activities, which helps us feel involved and reassured. It also allows us to talk about his time at nursery at home, which excites him.

I think the change in the child and how they look forward to going to nursery. The child has built good relations with the teachers and I believe the 2 way connection are good and approachable. The child enjoys the food and the variety and it makes me feel confident that good diet is being observed
and this aligns with the collective activities that take place. There is a good culture for the child to be in and it seems very diverse. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

Canopy Vine Lodge is a wonderful nursery. The staff are friendly, warm, nurturing, hardworking, and caring; the list goes on. My daughter's key worker has built an incredible relationship with her, which is so reassuring as a first-time parent.
From top to bottom, the highest standards are clearly
upheld, ensuring the care delivered to our children is excellent. There are spacious, well-designed areas for the children to play and learn, a great array of activities, and even an incredible chef!
This nursery is thoughtfully run, from its initial vision through to the daily planning. Thank you to every member of the team at Canopy Vine Lodge who looks after my daughter and her peers; we are so grateful for you.

Such a lovely welcoming nursery, all staff make such an effort to make my daughter feel comfortable and help her to build good relationships with other children and staff.
My daughter has complex medical needs and staff have been diligent and keen to receive any and all training on how to support her
best, whilst letting her feel like any other child there.
My little one has a lovely time at nursery, comes home so proud of what she has made, and I love the updates and photos we get sent.
The nursery always seems clean (although well played in and loved by pickup some!) and is a beautiful environment for the children.

We had a very bad experience sending our children here. Unprofessional reactions to how we would like them looked after. When we requested they weren't picked up all the time or hugged unnecessarily (after our daughter came home with so much perfume in her hair it gave my wife a migraine), that member
of staff initially suggested we find a new teacher, before then ignoring us at every drop off/pick for several weeks, only speaking to the children.
Our son was then injured whilst under their care. Ofsted and police investigated. Staff spent 4 full minutes not looking at a group of 3 year olds getting into a dangerous situation wrapping things around their necks. Took months to even get an apology, despite our son being traumatised. He still talks about the incident now. Management very difficult to deal with. Zero empathy. There are better nurseries in the area, with much better reviews.
A couple of teachers we found warm and pleasant, but that didn't make up for everything else.
Reply from Lynne, Director at Canopy Children's Nursery Wembley ParkWe are very sorry to hear that you and your family felt dissatisfied and distressed by your experiences at Canopy Wembley Park. The safety, wellbeing and comfort of every child in our care is our highest priority, and we take feedback of this nature extremely seriously.
As this matter involved a formal complaint and investigation, we followed the required procedures and fully cooperated with the relevant authorities. We are committed to learning from any incident and continually reviewing our practices to maintain the highest standards of care and safeguarding.

Because of confidentiality and safeguarding obligations, we are unable to discuss specific details in a public forum.

Our daughter has been at this nursery since September 2025, we joined as it just opened.
She has settled in really quickly in the baby room and seems to really enjoy herself, the daily updates and pictures of what she gets up to really is a nice touch.
The staff are brilliant and seem to really get
on well with our girl. The added outdoor space has really helped our daughter get more adventurous. The termly assessments and parents evening really help with the updates of what she gets up to and I am really happy with her development there.

This nursery is outstanding in my experience , as soon as I visited the nursery in its quiet , peaceful surroundings I got a sense of calm . The building is a beautiful mix iof old and new and is beautiful.
The staff are so friendly and happy to help no matter what your needs are. I was looking for
a particular kind of d of nursery for my daughter , who is extremely lively , had delayed speech and suffers from trauma and delayed emotional development.
Since joining the nursery her speech has improved so much , she is happy there , loves going and us extremely settled and making new friends . The curriculum is varied and creative and they also focus well on emotional development. And with learning through play . They cater to specific dietary needs with empathy and supported knowledge and give amazing feedback on a daily/ weekly basis.
I cannot rate the service and care high enough and any child would be lucky to go here in my opinion.

My Granddaughter started at Canopy, St.Albans in February 2025 in the baby room having just turned a year old. From registration to her starting the staff were very professional, friendly and supportive to us as a family. She then moved into "pre toddlers" towards the end of 2025 where she has become
more confident and able in many different areas of her development. The staff have been incredibly supportive to us as a family and to our granddaughter, providing us with many lovely observations and activity updates of her time at nursery. The nursery app is a great addition to be able to see what she has eaten in a day and to track any naps she has.
My granddaughter has developed lovely relationships with the staff in her room and in particular with her key worker.
Thank you to you all!
