Overall Experience

We honestly could not recommend this nursery highly enough. From the moment you walk through the doors, it has such a warm, welcoming family feel and every member of staff genuinely cares about the children.
Our child absolutely loves attending and we always feel reassured knowing he is safe, happy, and so well looked after. The care and attention they give to each child is exceptional, and the progress in our children's development has been amazing to see. Their confidence, learning, social skills and overall happiness have come on so much since attending.

The staff go above and beyond in every aspect and create such a nurturing, positive environment. We are so grateful to have found a nursery that feels like an extension of our family.

Overall Experience

We are very pleased with the service at canopy the team genuinely care about the children and create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for them to learn and grow in. We've seen so much progress in our daughter's confidence, development, and social skills since attending.

Communication with us as parents is great and it's always reassuring to know she is happy, well looked after, and enjoying her days there. We're so grateful to all the staff for their hard work, patience, and dedication. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and professional setting for their child. Our twins have been attending this nursery since January 2026; to summarise, they love it! They are always smiling and happy at both drop off and collection- they never want to come home! The staff are lovely, thoughtful, caring and professional. We are so lucky and grateful to have found them!

Canopy is a great nursery in a new setting. The staff are fantastic. It is a well decorated fresh space for children to learn and play. My children love going there and they keep us upto date with progress daily through the app.

Overall Experience

Such a lovely welcoming nursery, all staff make such an effort to make my daughter feel comfortable and help her to build good relationships with other children and staff.
My daughter has complex medical needs and staff have been diligent and keen to receive any and all training on how to support her best, whilst letting her feel like any other child there.
My little one has a lovely time at nursery, comes home so proud of what she has made, and I love the updates and photos we get sent.

The nursery always seems clean (although well played in and loved by pickup some!) and is a beautiful environment for the children.

Overall Experience

Our little boy started in February and absolutely cannot wait to get there in the morning! He adores the staff and has settled in perfectly. The activities they do are lovely and we often get updates with photos. The service from the staff has been great and the nursery has been beautifully renovated. Would absolutely recommend!

Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives at the nursery. Elyse and the team are exceptional, always warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Communication is excellent, with regular, detailed feedback that keeps us fully informed on her development and daily activities.
It's clear the staff genuinely care about each child's wellbeing and progression. They take the time to understand individual needs and create a nurturing, engaging environment where children can thrive. Our daughter absolutely loves attending, which says everything.

The facilities are fantastic, safe, and stimulating, with real attention to detail. We're incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated team supporting our daughter's early development and couldn't thank them enough!! Special mention to Elsye, superstar!

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been at this nursery since September 2025, we joined as it just opened.
She has settled in really quickly in the baby room and seems to really enjoy herself, the daily updates and pictures of what she gets up to really is a nice touch.

The staff are brilliant and seem to really get on well with our girl. The added outdoor space has really helped our daughter get more adventurous. The termly assessments and parents evening really help with the updates of what she gets up to and I am really happy with her development there.

Overall Experience

This nursery is outstanding in my experience , as soon as I visited the nursery in its quiet , peaceful surroundings I got a sense of calm . The building is a beautiful mix iof old and new and is beautiful.
The staff are so friendly and happy to help no matter what your needs are. I was looking for a particular kind of d of nursery for my daughter , who is extremely lively , had delayed speech and suffers from trauma and delayed emotional development.
Since joining the nursery her speech has improved so much , she is happy there , loves going and us extremely settled and making new friends . The curriculum is varied and creative and they also focus well on emotional development. And with learning through play . They cater to specific dietary needs with empathy and supported knowledge and give amazing feedback on a daily/ weekly basis.

I cannot rate the service and care high enough and any child would be lucky to go here in my opinion.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been at Canopy since it opened in September 2025, shortly after she turned one year old. The service has been fantastic and all the staff are amazing at caring for the children. It's a really positive atmosphere and a beautiful setting. She settled very quickly and loves going to nursery.

The updates we receive every day are very thorough and each child has the care and attention they need to develop. I would definitely recommend Canopy to anyone looking for nursery places!
