Shella has worked in early years education for over 15 years as both a teacher and SENCO, with a deep passion for giving every child the best start in life. Her dream has always been to create a nursery built on care, curiosity, and purpose, where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.

Shella leads a dedicated team that shares her belief that children flourish when they are given time, trust, and encouragement to explore. She is proud to welcome families into a space where children can play, grow, and thrive every day.

Dannyella brings over 12 years of experience in Early Years, including more than 9 years as a Nursery Manager. She has a clear vision and real passion for what makes a nursery thrive. She has worked across every part of nursery life, from practitioner to leadership, and is deeply committed to creating a setting where children feel confident, curious and supported from day one.

Gemma has worked in early years education for over five years and has experience with all age groups. Her true passion lies in caring for babies, building strong, nurturing bonds, and supporting their growth and development from the very beginning.

Before joining the early years sector, Gemma spent time in Spain as an au pair and as an English teacher for children aged three to eight, experiences that deepened her love for helping children learn and thrive.

Terona is a dedicated nursery practitioner with a passion for supporting babies in their early growth and development. She creates a caring, safe, and playful environment where little ones can explore, learn, and reach new milestones every day.

Believing that every baby is unique, Terona takes time to understand each child’s personality, interests, and routines so they always feel happy, secure, and confident. Through sensory play, story time, and those special moments of comfort and connection, she helps every baby flourish while supporting families along the way.

Seeing children’s smiles and watching them grow brings Terona immense joy and pride in the work she does each day.

Mariam has nine years of experience working with young children and a deep passion for supporting them on their learning journeys. She loves seeing children grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence as they reach new milestones.

Mariam enjoys creating nurturing and engaging environments where every child feels valued and inspired to explore the world around them. Her love for the outdoors and hiking reflects her belief in the importance of active, hands-on learning both in nature and in the classroom.

Working with children has taught Mariam the value of patience, creativity, and connection, qualities she brings to every day at Canopy Bounds Green.

Megan is a Level 3 qualified practitioner with around nine years of experience working across a range of childcare settings. She has previously held the role of SENCO and is passionate about helping every child achieve their individual goals.

Creative and energetic, Megan loves exploring new activities, especially messy play, where children can express themselves and learn through hands-on fun. She enjoys bringing her experiences and creativity into the classroom, helping children develop curiosity and a wider understanding of the world around them.

Megan is excited to be part of the Canopy Bounds Green team, bringing happiness, creativity, and warmth to the nursery each day.

Eszter is passionate about helping children connect with the world around them. With experience supporting children from birth to age seven, including time spent working with reception classes, she brings a calm, positive, and well-organised approach to every day.

She has a love for nature and animals and enjoys sharing her knowledge of plants and the outdoors with the children. Eszter loves planning engaging activities and sensory play experiences that spark curiosity and creativity, helping children to explore, discover, and learn through hands-on fun.

Eliza is an experienced and talented nursery chef who prepares fresh home-cooked meals for the children every day. She is passionate about providing a healthy and balanced diet that supports children’s growth, wellbeing and enjoyment of food.

With great care and creativity, Eliza designs menus that introduce a variety of flavours, cultures and textures, helping children develop curiosity and confidence at mealtimes. She has also achieved a five-star hygiene rating for the nursery. Her nutritious and comforting dishes make food an exciting and enjoyable part of every child’s day at Canopy Bounds Green.
