We love everything about Frogmore House Nursery in Watford. When we first moved to the area, we spent a whole year searching for the right nursery. Most places were either full or lacked a clear educational approach. Then we found Frogmore House and were instantly impressed by the professionalism, care,
and warmth of the staff. Their philosophy of connecting children with nature and providing wholesome, nutritious food truly supports the children's bodies, minds, and wellbeing. The team went above and beyond to help our daughter settle in quickly, accommodate her food intolerances, and support her milestones. She now wakes up excited every nursery day, knowing she'll have a fun, engaging time with her friends. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend it to all parents.

The staff at Canopy Frogmore are warm, attentive, and incredibly dedicated to the well-being of each child. It is clear that they genuinely love what they do, and it reflects in the happy and thriving environment they create. My daughter has formed strong bonds with her teachers, and I have complete
confidence in their ability to support her development.
One of the standout features for me as a parent is the amazing app that the nursery uses. It keeps me updated throughout the day with photos and notes about my daughter's activities and progress. It's such a joy to know what she's learning. This app has truly bridged the gap between home and nursery, allowing me to feel connected and involved even when I'm not physically there.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. Canopy Frogmore provides a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where my daughter is flourishing.

Grateful for the amazing care and love at Canopy Daycare!
I'm beyond happy with our experience at Canopy Frogmore House! My 2 years old son settled in so quickly, and I can see such wonderful improvements - he's playing more, sleeping on his own, talking with his friends, enjoying messy play, and eating
so much better now. I also love getting the daily updates and photos of his activities - it makes my day to see him smiling, learning, and having fun. Thank you to the entire Canopy team for your love, patience, and care. You've made my little one so happy and excited to go to daycare every single day!
Warm regards,
Rajeswari(Lokesh Mom).

Our son has attended Canopy Nursery since it opened in summer 2024, and we couldn't be happier. As someone in education, I was very particular when choosing a nursery-but the team and the space instantly stood out. He started just after turning one and now asks to go even on days off! The staff are
fantastic-nurturing, attentive, and supportive of each child's individual needs. The weekly newsletter keeps us informed about learning, food menus and key dates, and we love receiving photos and daily updates at pick-up. As a full-time working parent, I feel confident that I'm always kept in the loop. Our child has grown so much-from taking his first steps to counting and using new vocabulary every day. He also has health conditions, and the team have been incredible in managing his care with professionalism and kindness. We feel so lucky to be part of such a warm, inspiring environment where children truly thrive.

My child has been attending canopy for over 12 months now. She absolutely loves it there! The staff are so kind and caring with the children. They are always taking the kids out on walks to the park or to see local wildlife. She has learnt so much and always comes out the door with a smile and running
in without so much as a bye in the mornings. I recommend canopy to all my friends searching for a nursery and will be sad when my daughters time comes to an end

Canopy in Potters Bar is a fantastic nursery run by Angie and her professional and dedicated team. I can't recommend this nursery enough and have sent both my babies here. I trust Angie and her team with everything and my babies have thrived through the attention and care that they receive here. The
food has also been a great hit as my little boy would gesture for more food and comes home happy! In fact, he's happy and excited when he arrives to the nursery and would rather stay than return home! A truly amazing nursery and I'm so glad we found them. As previously we've struggled to find a suitable nursery that showed care and the motherly nurturing touch that Angie and her team have to offer. Can't recommend Canopy enough. Truly blessed we got to send our second child here! Thank you Angie and team at Canopy!

This nursery has just been open for a short amount of time but has already a massive influence. My Child was never happy at another setting he started in summer at Canopy and he smiles everyday, never cries anymore. The ladies are all very helpful and always happy to work with the kids. A really good
team of staff.

My daughter has attended Canopy nursery since November 2024, My daughter absolutely loves her time at this nursery, and as a parent I couldn't be happier with the care and attention she receives. The staff are warm, patient and genuinely caring - they take the time to get to know each child as an individual
and always make her feel safe, happy and included.
Communication with parents is excellent; I'm always kept updated on her progress, daily activities, and any little milestones she achieves. The nursery also creates such a lovely, stimulating environment - from creative arts and messy play to outdoor fun and early learning, there's always something exciting for the children to do.
Most importantly, my daughter has grown in confidence, made lovely friendships, and looks forward to going in every morning with a big smile on her face. I feel reassured knowing she's in such a nurturing and supportive setting.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

My son attended Canopy from the age of 1 in the baby room, through to graduation from the preschool room this year, and I can honestly say it is one of his favourite places to be! I can't thank the team enough for their care, love and attention shown to him in such a lovely environment. Upon leaving
Canopy it was a sad day all round but as with all things in life, we have to move onto the next stage...the foundations set and educational activities he was able to partake in more recently has set him up well for his transition to school.
He has grown in confidence, and I love that he has been exposed to things such as yoga and Spanish from a young age.
Having a number of allergies & medical requirements was a challenge for us as parents, but we felt very comfortable with the extra precautions and care plans put in place to ensure our son was kept safe at all times. The team went over and above to ensure he had exciting alternative food options provided. Thank you, we will miss you!

Canopy has been a great place for our son. He has learnt and made so much progress in the short few months he has been there. The staff are friendly and there is great communication both from staff and management. The App they use has also made payments easy, as well as allowing us to be informed of
the day to day important activities our son is up to. Plus, it is super easy to recieve and read reports and observations. We receive regular observations about our son's progress and larger end of term reports too. Very comprehensive. He also has the opportunity to enage with outside providers such as Tappy Toes dancing and Spanish lessons. We enjoy the weekly newsletter, and taking part in the non compulsory enrichment activities they set. We as parents, are confident that the setting provides opportunities for children to engage with and meet the EYFS curriculum. We would recommend Canopy!

My son joined Canopy in April 2025 and the nursery has helped my transition back to work smoother than I could have imagined. The staff made me (and him!) feel comfortable from day one and have been helpful with big milestones he's has had since joining (nap transitions, using cutlery etc.) He sleeps
and eats really well (the food is so much better than other nurseries around), is always happy when I pick him up and his vocab has come on so much in the last few months. I couldn't recommend Canopy enough, the staff in Hazel room are so lovely and his key worker has been brilliant and super supportive!

My son joined Canopy Nursery in April this year and has been thriving ever since. I feel his learning and communication skills have come on leaps and bounds along with his confidence. Every member of staff that I have had interaction with has been so friendly and always has my son's best interest at
heart. This includes the owners of the nursery and the management staff who have introduced themselves to me. You can really see how much they care about all the children's feelings! Every day when I collect him whichever member of staff brings him out gives us the lowdown on his day which is lovely to hear what he's been doing and enjoyed. The nursery is extremely clean, with a lovely outside area and indoor. I was really worrying about sending my son to a nursery at the age of one but I definitely made the right decision with Canopy Nursery in Bricket Wood so thank you for making the transition of starting nursery seamless in our household!

Avoid this nursery setting if your child is SEN. Although they list themselves as inclusive, the nursery setting really struggled with our three year old with very little basis as to exactly what they were struggling with apart from being unable to meet his needs in comparison to other children.
The
local authority had put in place a number of strategies for the setting to follow, which were not followed through in full, funding applications were delayed and there was a complete fabrication on accidents and incidents. Their communication is beyond poor and they were not acting in the best interest of our child.
Ultimately they washed their hands of him when they were unable to meet his needs, obtain appropriate funding, and lacked sufficient training for neurodivergent children.
Management in particular the directors - aren't nice to deal with, they are difficult and don't understand SEN children or the SEN Code of practice. When questioned they were very quick to remove our child.

I removed my child from this nursery earlier this year as I completely lost confidence and trust in them to care for my child.
When dealing with the final incident that led to us removing our child, communication from management was extremely poor. There was a lack of transparency about how the incident
occurred until we persisted to try and understand the detail. Even then we were still unclear on how it could have happened under appropriate supervision.
The frequency of Staff turnover was a red flag and ultimately, detrimental to our child, who rarely had more than a few months with key workers/room staff before there were changes, which is extremely difficult for children of such a young age.
We were initially happy, our child had a fantastic key worker for the first 9 months and then she left, after which, updates regarding my child became so infrequent that felt I had lost touch with their development there. I would not recommend Canopy to other parents.

My son has attended Canopy Children's Nursery for the last 4 months. I was really nervous about him attending any form of childcare but once meeting the staff and seeing the set up inside I was put at ease. The staff made us feel so welcome on the induction and took a real interest in my child - his
wellbeing, likes and dislikes and things I would personally like to see him learn and play at nursery. Since attending Canopy, my son has come on leaps and bounds in his development and interacts with children better than he did before, has learned new skills and majorly improved with his communication. We receive regular observations with photos to see exactly what he's been up to. The app works great to communicate with staff and know what he is eating, sleeping and his nappy changes throughout the day. I couldn't recommend Canopy enough and I'm so happy my son has joined.

My 3 and 1-year-old go to canopy nursery and I genuinely have nothing bad to say. They both settled there extremely quickly and my 3-year-old is upset on the weekends when we tell her we aren’t going to nursery today! The staff are very friendly, caring, and professional and I know my children are in
safe hands. The food is great and there are lots of great activities for the children. I see my son as a bad sleeper but they have been great at dealing with this and haven’t said any negative comments. I would highly recommend Canopy! It’s also very modern and clean. There’s a lovely big garden too! If my children ever hurt themselves they call straight away and my children are very well looked after!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Canopy Nursery. From the moment we visited, it had such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are nurturing and genuinely care about each child’s well-being and development. Our son has thrived here since June 2023 and has built so much confidence and made lovely
friends.
The facilities are great and our son absolutely loves being outdoors. The activities are engaging and encourage our son to learn in innovative ways. Communication with the staff is excellent and we love receiving our updates on the app. There is such a variety of food and it’s great to see him eat foods that he has not tried at home.
