While the childcare itself remains excellent, we are concerned about the lack of natural light in the older children's rooms due to the absence of windows. Overall, our concerns are with management and the declining service offering rather than the staff, who continue to do a fantastic job.

Our daughter has been attending since she was 22 months old. The staff have been so friendly and communicate well, making the time to let you know how she has been settling in, what she's been doing etc.

My daughter has been loving the food! It makes me smile when I see on the app occasionally says she's eaten it all and more! All freshly made by a wonderful, friendly chef on site. There is no sugar and it's organic. It's really reassuring that she's getting healthy food.

She's transitioned into the toddler room with ease, all handled well with a familiar key person being with her.

Just in this short time I can see so much development in her confidence, language and her eating habits have vastly improved. I'm hugely proud of her being able to do this independently and can't recommend the nursery enough!

Lastly we've been asking lots of funding questions as it feels so complex, and the finance person has been very helpful and going through all our options available to us

The nursery is also very diverse, which makes us comfortable as Black parents.

My son comes to this nursery, we get pictures of him doing lots of amazing things and he is really happy to attend and gets along well with the other children and his teachers.

My little boy has been attending the nursery since 2024 . It's a fantastic nursery the staff are always helpful and supportive of encouraging development of your child and when moving to the next room they are very good supporting the transition to the next step. There are always a wide variety of activities out for the children and are always encouraging outdoor play where possible. I would definitely recommend this nursery

It's a good nursery with good resources and very caring staff.

My son has settled in very well. The staff have been very caring. I have felt so reassured after seeing him show a strong attachment to the staff. The activities are very different day-to-day, my son enjoys them so much. I get regular updates and pictures via the app.

So far I am very pleased with the setting, my son is only three months old so I was worried to leave him however staff handle his needs really well, and are very attentive, age appropriate activities are set out for him as well as age appropriate resources for him to use during his sessions. I get effective feedback on collection and beautiful pictures to reassure us as well as updates on the app! Thank you everyone at Little Adventures.

Green Giraffe Canton staff are just wonderful people. I'm so grateful to them for all the dedication, care and respect they've shown to our little boy since he's started. He settled in so well and loves going to nursery to play and learn, and clearly has positive relationships with the team. The small nursery setup helps care feel very personal and the team also offer great communication through the nursery app so you know your child is getting on well with the day. My son attends Green Giraffe Nursery in Cardiff Bay for over 7 months now. The staff are all amazing- you can tell they genuinely care for each child and take the time to support their needs and development. I get updates throughout the day with photos, nappy changes, food he's eating, and how much sleep he has. It's great to be kept updated especially when you first go back to work. I've been surprised at how quickly my son has developed and learnt new things and words since attending. I highly recommend this nursery.

It's such a reassuring feeling knowing my grandson is in such capable, caring hands every day. Highly recommended!

- no outside space (but they do go out twice a for a walk and to play in the park nearby if the weather is nice)

Staff are fantastic and due to size develop a real relationship with child and parent. Development of learning goals is good, and focus on food and nutrition is excellent. Outdoor space is small, but staff do a good job of getting children out to park frequently.

Very friendly, and my daughter is very happy and excited every single time she goes. Always smiling when we pick her up after a long day there. I love seeing the photos of her having a great time when she's there too!

Little adventurers wsm is fantastic, I love the daily updates, learning what my child ia doing and how hes developing each day. I love being able to see how much hes eaten and slept though, which helps reduce the anxiety leaving him in someone else's care. All the staff are super friendly and treat the children as they would treat their own. Ive always felt heard and always been informed

We love this nursery! Staff are so lovely, garden is amazing and love the updates of what our children have been doing and pictures. My only advice would be to add more colour to the toddler room to make it bright and creative x

Both of our children have attended this nursery and we've had a really positive experience. They have both genuinely enjoyed their time there and always seemed happy and comfortable when arriving and leaving.

The staff are fantastic - friendly, caring, and clearly passionate about what they do. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our children are being looked after by people we trust.

Communication from the nursery has always been very good, keeping us informed about how the children are doing and what they've been up to during the day.

The food is also great and it's nice knowing they're getting proper meals and a wide variety while they're there.

Overall, we've been really happy with the nursery and would definitely recommend it to other parents
