My daughter has been attending now for 9 months and she has come on heaps and bounds with her confidence, social skills and speech. My daughter loves coming to nursery, has great relationships with all the staff there. I get daily updates with what she has been up to, along with photos and what she has had to eat, I always get a handover when I pick her up, I get regular discussions re how my daughter is getting on and we create goals together and the nursery staff are great and work with me on anything I'm working on with my daughter re counting, alphabets, and potty training etc. I've had two parents evening, the staff do great jobs and really seem to care, my daughter loves the staff that look after her and is always talking about them, I'm very happy with this nursery. As a grandparent I love the app were you can view what your child has been doing throughout the day even including what they eat and how much. How many nappies changes they have had and if they have had a nap. They also take the children out to the local park and beach they also have activity mornings and afternoons were the family members can get involved. We are kept involved with planing her goals and learning for the coming months, her key worker has been amazing and it feels like the team there want to work with both children and the parents.
We have never had any issues or concerns and they way manage the kids is amazing and proactive .
Couldn't ask for better care, it is not the cheapest but by far the best.

Whenever we pick the children up the staff are always so knowledgable on exactly what the kids have been up to, what their mood has been like and how their behaviour has been. It really shows us that they genuinely care about them, are closely monitoring and have a great relationship with them....
The staff are just so lovely, they all know the kids names and what they call their dummies etc it's lovely to see how much they care. It's terrifying leaving your child for the first time, not really knowing who you're leaving them with. However, we've been really happy with the nursery and am happy to recommend.

My name is Angelene and I have over 25 years’ experience working within the Early Years Sector. My main experience has been within Nursery settings where I have run busy, Baby Toddler and Pre-Schools rooms.
For the past 14 years, I have had Leadership and Management roles including managing a 100 place Ofsted Outstanding Nursery. My experience has enabled me to support, mentor and train staff. I have worked for Little Adventures Nurseries since June 2022. My role is to develop staff training, this is implemented through e-learning modules, company-wide inset days, in-house training for individual settings and specialist training days at our designated Training Hub. I have also obtained my First Aid Instructor qualification so I can ensure all our staff are paediatric first aid trained and confident to administer first aid.
My role also includes visiting each nursery at least bi-annually to complete Quality Audits against our company policies and values as well as the Ofsted Grade Descriptors. This part of my role is invaluable face-to-face training to our teams as well as giving quality assurance to our families that our nurseries are sustaining the highest quality of care and standards.
