Both of my children have attended Green Giraffe Cardiff Bay nursery with my youngest still there, the staff is great with my son and he loves his time there. He's always excited to go and super happy at pick up time. Everyone is very helpful if we have any queries or questions.

The Green Giraffe in Cardiff Bay has demonstrated exceptional childcare and development opportunities for my son. The environment is caring, the staff kind and nurturing and overall I could not have been happier with the service we as a family have received.

Our son has attended Green Giraffe since he was 9 months old and is starting school next week. It is a wonderful nursery with caring, friendly staff who seem genuinely invested in his development. He has thrived here.

I am really happy with the standard of care and communication from nursery. Management are excellent too and always happy to help. I feel comforted knowing that my daughter is safe and well cared for whilst having fun, learning and developing!

From pumpkins to apples my son has grown up with all the staff in Cardiff bay. Thank you so much we couldn't be happier on how you have all contributed to who he is today.

The whole staff been absolutely amazing. Very supportive and encouraging my daughter to develop. All teachers from day one were very helpful, informative and supportive. She absolutely enjoying coming to nursery! Highly recommended!

4 Communication used to be brilliant prior to the takeover. Things like parent evenings, newsletters and general updates no longer happen.

Green Giraffe Canton staff are just wonderful people. I'm so grateful to them for all the dedication, care and respect they've shown to our little boy since he's started. He settled in so well and loves going to nursery to play and learn, and clearly has positive relationships with the team. The small nursery setup helps care feel very personal and the team also offer great communication through the nursery app so you know your child is getting on well with the day. My son attends Green Giraffe Nursery in Cardiff Bay for over 7 months now. The staff are all amazing- you can tell they genuinely care for each child and take the time to support their needs and development. I get updates throughout the day with photos, nappy changes, food he's eating, and how much sleep he has. It's great to be kept updated especially when you first go back to work. I've been surprised at how quickly my son has developed and learnt new things and words since attending. I highly recommend this nursery.

Staff are fantastic and due to size develop a real relationship with child and parent. Development of learning goals is good, and focus on food and nutrition is excellent. Outdoor space is small, but staff do a good job of getting children out to park frequently.

Lovely nursery and staff, all of the team are so friendly and our little girl Maeva loves her time there! The food menu is also great with such a range of nutritious meals. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Green Giraffe Radnor Road take excellent care of our daughter. She loves going to see her friends, and learns so much. Radnor Road have taught her how to dress herself, recognise letters and to count at the age of 3. She always eats all of the food! Her group are taking trips to the museum and stables, which is so fun.

And as a bonus - my child eats better there than at home! The fresh, organic meals must be magic, because apparently broccoli tastes better at nursery than it does in my kitchen.

My son joined GG Radnor RD in October. The staff were amazing at getting him settled quickly and it wasn't long until he loved going. It's lovely to see him so happy and thriving there. They always have lovely activities planned, and because of its smaller capacity you get the sense that all the staff know the children well. The level of care is amazing and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking.

The Green Giraffe Nursery is a wonderful place. Our son has loved his time there and the and attention he has been given has been a massive comfort to us as parents as it's never easy to leave your child in the care of someone else, especially at the beginning. We hac recommended GG to many of our friends. The staff are terrific and we will be eternally grateful to them for caring for boy.

A fantastic nursery. All the staff are so friendly and kind. Lola teams such good habits from being here. I can guarantee that she will eat nutritious meals. The welsh she is learning here too is amazing. So glad that Lo has started her journey in to school here.

We have had a great experience with Green Giraffe - our son absolutely loves going and is always excited to walk straight into the room (he doesn't look back!). The staff are amazing and so attentive, it's lovely hearing about his day from them when we pick him up in the evening. The activities and food they provide are always great - we have noticed a real development in him since he has been attending. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Green Giraffe Nursery is great, the staff are all lovely and accommodating. My daughter absolutely loves going in to see them all. She has learnt so much there and I enjoy hearing all about her day. Communication is excellent too, I always know what is going on.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost a year. I have been more than impressed with all the teachers and staff within the nursery who all seem to know my daughter personally and have a lovely relationship with her. This is evident from their interactions with her and also the genuine care for her health and wellbeing in discussions with me. I'm also very happy with the level of communication via the app and face to face which keeps me informed of her development and day to day activities including her meals. I'm confident that she gets balanced meals and I'm notified how much she eats throughout the day too - which is helpful. Regular parents evenings also allow me an opportunity to ask questions about her.

Our daughter loves it at Green Giraffe and we love and trust the hard working staff. Love how much they go outside, great food and different activities all the time. She opens up her arms, big smile and wants to go with the nursery staff of her room who takes her in the morning. That is the best review for me that I could possibly have.
