A lovely nursery, the staff are very professional, friendly & show great compassion. Handovers are explained well & not rushed. Everything is done to help my grandson enjoy his time there. As a family, we are delighted with how our little one is progressing

My son has been at the nursery just coming up to a year now and he absolutely loves it! He attends 2 days a week and about to attend another half day from September. The staff made the settling in period a breeze, I found it quite tough with him being a bit emotional at first but they did everything to ensure he felt safe and secure. He's made so many new friends that he comes home and talks about, and I do think it's helped developmentally and socially for him. They offer a variety of healthy meals, which he loves and the staff are always updating the app with stuff going on throughout the day or any social/physical developments which is great! The office are always sure to make communication as smooth as possible and updates on works, car parks and whenever he has a fall or a bump they are very quick to let me know. It is such a great nursery and would recommend to all!

My daughter has absolutely thrived at this nursery. The staff are fantastic, they are friendly and caring and always go above and beyond. The safeguarding of the children is excellent, and I know my daughter is safe at all times. Everything about this nursery has been nothing but amazing we love it at Kindred.

My little boy gets so excited to attend nursery on those days and the staff have been so wonderful in supporting him and teaching him when he attends. We are so pleased we chose Kindred as our little boys first experience of independence away from us.

When I attended an open day I really liked the nursery setting, its offering, development opportunities etc. Our toddler started in September and the team were really compassionate and supportive during the transition period - our little one loves going to nursery now and that's a credit to the team and the environment they create. There's always themes for the activity table, external guests (like sensory classes) etc keeping nursery fun and engaging for our toddler. Staff are friendly, supportive and always happy to help.

Our little girl has been here for over a year now for two days a week, she's always been so happy to come here in the morning and loves it. The staff are always so friendly and take such good care of the children. They try and teach them important skills and help their development too. I couldn't recommend them enough. Being able to track everything throughout the day on their app means we always know how she's doing as well. This really helped with the initial anxiety you get as a new parent the first few months they're at nursery.

Staff are very caring, approachable and flexible. I attended this Nursery as a child and am very proud that my daughter has had the opportunity to do the same. Our child behaves affectionately towards staff members, indicating the high quality of the childcare provided.

I just can't speak higher of anyone there enough. They are kind caring and warm, they welcome each child with such a smile and love it's just beyond everything

Our son has been attending kindred Rayleigh for just over a year. I can not sing their praises enough! Our son has development delay and needs lots of extra support in his every day needs. The staff have gone above and beyond to support him and make him feel included in everything. He is always so happy when we collect him and he's understanding has come on leaps and bounds since attending this nursery. I will forever be grateful for all the hard work and genuine kindness we have been shown by everyone. Fantastic in every way!

Our son has attended Kindred Rayleigh since he was 9 months old, and the care and love shown since has been excellent. His key worker and all staff in his room have been attentive and are always happy to tell us how he is doing, be that in person or over the app if we ask during the day. Our son seems really happy and is always smiley at pick up. We've seen all our son's progress as they send us photos and updates which we love receiving! Whenever there have been any bumps or accidents (which are rare!), they have let us know straight away and given us all details. Kindred Rayleigh is an excellent nursery and we are very happy with it.

My Son attends nursery and is always happy to be there and loves the staff. He enjoys the food and I am happy with the variety of food which is on offer. The communication between the staff and us (parents) is good and we feel the app is a great way to be able to communicate between both parties.

My little boy started here is May 2024 and we were super nervous as first time parents. However, those nerves soon went away once we met the amazing staff and saw how well our little boy was doing. The staff send us as many photos and notifications as we would like throughout the day. They do so many activities, I couldn't list them all making sure he is always tired out but always smiling. He gets to go out into the garden, sensory play and so much more. The whole team in the baby room are incredible, they treat our little boy as if he was their own and he always so happy to go to them every morning. The staff, four members in particular, we couldn't thank them enough for all their help and love towards our son. If we ever have any issues, the ladies at the front office can always help and welcome us with a smile every morning. The quality and variety of food offered always amazes me and my son is a big fan off the chefs cooking skills. Overall 10/10 nursery.

Very happy with the nursery. Each and every worker we have come into contact with has been fantastic. Our child has moved to a new room, and it has been seamless. We especially love all the updates that we get via the app. It's so wonderful to see what our little boy gets up to during the day. Whenever we made any request i.e. what time he could nap, we are always listened to. Really can't fault the staff - they are excellent.
