Our 11 month old son started a few weeks ago and we have been very impressed. The staff are very caring and everyone knows his name even if they don't work in his room. We get updates on when he's slept and what he has eaten via the app and we are directly spoken to at the end of the day about his day. If he goes in unsettled someone will update us shortly after to let us know how he is. We like that the nursery is small and all the children are happy and smiley.

Fantastic facility. My son was only here for a short time but he settled so well and the staff never made us feel like they were only a stop-gap measure. Staff are incredibly kind, long tenured and just a really great experience. My kids have been in 4 nurseries / childminder facilities in total, and I wish I'd found this one first! I never would have moved!

The only area that could be improved is the facilities, which would benefit from some development and updating. That said, the quality of care, learning environment and the dedication of the staff more than make up for it. Overall, it's a wonderful nursery and we'd happily recommend it.

Both my children have attended Nuffy Bear nursery and absolutely loved it. The staff really care about the children and encourage them to grow and learn. Choosing a nursery to entrust them with the care of your children is a difficult decision but I would thoroughly recommend Nuffy.

I cannot recommend Nuffy Bear Nursery highly enough. The care, support and dedication shown to my son have been exceptional from the very beginning. As a primary school teacher, I have high expectations, and Nuffy Bear has exceeded every one of them. My son has a speech delay, and the staff have been incredibly proactive and supportive, adapting to his individual needs with kindness, patience and genuine care. A special thank you to Ruth, the manager, who has always listened to my concerns and worked closely with me to ensure consistent support both at nursery and at home. That partnership has made a huge difference to my son's progress. My 25-month-old absolutely loves nursery-he runs in with a huge smile every morning and is upset on the days he doesn't go because he enjoys it so much. Knowing he is so happy and excited to be there gives me complete peace of mind.Thank for creating such a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment. I have recommended two of my friends here.

Our twins started attending this nursery when they were 14 months old, and it has become such an important part of their lives. The staff genuinely take the time to understand each child as an individual, paying close attention to their unique personalities, needs, and developmental stages.

We particularly appreciate how much outdoor play and exploration are incorporated into the daily routine. The communication with parents is also excellent - the team is always responsive, approachable, and willing to discuss any questions or concerns.

Over the years, we have seen our children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and build strong relationships with both staff and friends. Most importantly, we know they are in a caring, safe, and nurturing environment where their wellbeing and development are truly valued. We are very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have gone out of their way to make sure our 11 month old daughter was supported while adjusting to her new routine. She settled really quickly with all of this care , which we were very grateful for!

In just a few months, we've seen a huge change in how our daughter has developed which has been lovely. The Communication from the nursery has been excellent, and we always feel informed about her day at nursery.

We are very happy with the Nuffy Bear. The teachers are caring, loving, and very supportive. We really appreciate the regular updates on the app, including what and how much our son has eaten during the day, as well as the frequent photo updates. The staff are always constructive, helpful, and approachable. We also think the swimming lessons are a fantastic opportunity for the children. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

My son has attended Nuffy Bear since January 2026, and prior to that my daughter was there from age one until starting reception. We literally couldn't be happier with the nursery - I think the very low turnover in staff speaks volumes. There's such a lovely family feel there and you can just tell that the staff genuinely care about all the children. My son has additional needs and they are so wonderful with him and really help him to make progress. Knowing he's happy there makes such a difference. And I suppose the biggest compliment I can give is that leaving my son at Nuffy feels the same as him being looked after my a member of my family or a close friend. Thank you to all the staff for making Nuffy such a special nursery.

I would highly recommend Nuffy Bear Nursery, the staff and facility is amazing. I really could of not gone anywhere else better. There is so much learning, playtime and freedom within the nursery. We are so lucky to get a space here in this amazing nursery.

My children are happy and really tired at the end of the day. We feel they get a well balanced diet and good mix of outdoor and indoor activities. The only feedback we have is that it is not clear what constitutes "consumables" as part of the charges and we have to supply dairy free milk which feels unfair.

My now 5 year old still talks about how much he misses his nursery and key worker and my 1 year old loves attending each day.

Really happy with our little ones care at Nuffy Bear. His keyworker is excellent and they have made a special bond. The nursery is very supportive of us as parents too and had a great settling in period. Our little one has all his favourite things to play with available to him and he loves trying the activities set up for messy play/painting/playdough moments.

The Nuffy girls are amazing and would recommend 100%. They always put my granddaughters' needs first and always communicating with me. Thank you girls.

After a poor experience elsewhere Nuffy Bear Nursery took my concerns on board and went above and beyond. They made my little girl come back to her happy self. The nursery staff are excellent always happy and friendly. My little girl runs into nursery every morning and I know she will always have a busy day. The extra activities available like swimming and cooking are amazing too. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
