We've had nothing short of a fantastic experience with Nuffy Bear since our daughter joined in Oct 2025. The level of care, kindness and empathy shown by the staff is outstanding. Our daughter attended another nursery prior to joining Nuffy Bear and the difference between the two is night and day. Our
daughter is currently in the Baby Room which is a clean, well presented and tidy space. The room never feels over stretched, has lovely natural light and genuinely seems like a really pleasant environment for the children to spend their time in. She is involved with many creative activities which the staff are tasked with thinking of on a daily basis and her development has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are exceptional and it's clear to see just how much they care for the children. Communication is always thorough, no request is ever too much and the staff are genuinely lovely people who are passionate about the nursery. Our daughter heads to nursery smiling.

Since my daughter joined the Nursery, she has improved in her interactions with others, her creativity has really improved and she is more vocal and confident. Always enjoys school sessions and really happy for her swimming sessions. The staff are simply great and always willing to help and support
her.

We have been using Nuffy Bear nursery since 2018. First with my son who is now in school and with my daughter from 2023. The staff are fantastic. They know my children so well and always want the best for them. There is always something new to do when the children arrive in the mornings and they are
keen for children to explore their interests and make sure they are school ready. The swimming lessons are something which you will not have at most nurseries and my daughter has gained so much confidence from them, as well as yoga and football sessions, arts and crafts, imaginative play etc. I cannot recommend them enough.

My daughter started at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery just before she turned 1 and she LOVES it.
The staff are warm and kind and approachable, the understanding that they are caring for your most treasured person is evident in the way they talk to at drop off, pick up and anything in between.
When I was finding
drop offs difficult staff were patient and lind, often messaging to reassure me she was fine - which I trusted whole heartedly. The staff in the baby room knew my daughter so well, they could sense issues before obvious symptoms.
Now she has moved to the toddler room and continues to be challenged and flourish. She has learnt to walk, 6alk,feed herself, make friends, tell stories and nursery rhymes - you name it. Soon we move to potty training and nursery will support us there too.
The app is fantastic and allows you to see how your little one has eaten, slept and even track nappy changes.
We love you nuffy bear and always recommend.

My son has attended Nuffy nursery for 18 months and we are beyond pleased with the care he receives and the progress he has made.


For a long time he really struggled with drop-offs but the team were so kind, patient and creative with helping him through these transitions and he now willingly walks

in to nursery and is even excited to leave the house some mornings!


My son has made great relationships with the staff and his peers. The Nuffy team has supported my son with great kindness and patience through key milestones and we would (and have) made recommendations to other parents looking for childcare.


The daily activities are creative and thoughtful, following curriculum guidance. The team are professional and the management is excellent. I couldn't ask for better provision.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate, and it's clear they genuinely care about every child. After a few emotional moments our little boy I now so happy there and puts out his hands to his key worked when we drop him off!
Communication is excellent
- the updates on the app are detailed and reassuring, and staff always take the time to chat properly at pick-up. We always feel informed and involved in his day.
We also really value the range of activities on offer. There are lovely opportunities for messy play, garden time, and even off-site adventures, which give the children such varied and enriching experiences.
'Parents' evening' was especially reassuring. The feedback was thoughtful and completely individualised - they clearly know his personality, his strengths and even his little quirks. It means so much to know he is understood and valued as an individual.
We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing Nursery

My son started at Nuffy Bear in the baby room when he turned one, and from the start the staff made the transition so smooth for both him and us as parents. They took the time to get to know him, understand his routines, and help him feel safe and settled. The team were incredibly kind, supportive,
and welcoming - it truly felt like joining a family.
When he moved to the toddler room, he was welcomed just as warmly by a new team, and the high standard of care continued. We receive excellent communication and regular feedback about his development, which is very reassuring. Our son loves going to nursery, has made lovely friendships, and is learning new skills every day. We've seen his confidence and happiness grow so much. We are extremely grateful to the Nuffy Bear team and look forward to continuing this journey with them for the next two years.

I have my daughter in preschool and I am very happy when I see progress in her development. The staff is professional and the environment is safe.
The management is comunicating a lot through the app and this is helpfull as all of us are probably busy.

Excellent nursery highly recommend. It is a small nursery with a big brand name, our child is known across all the staff even those not looking after him, as everyone takes an interest.
Care is excellent with regular touch points throughout the day as well the opportunity every day to ask questions.
Interactions
with our child is super and we've been surprised at the range of activities offered daily. The food is also very good (excellent) offered throughout the day and is of the highest quality.
Nothing is too much trouble and you don't feel as though the child is a number compared to other nurseries we have looked round.

Very professional, caring, thoughtful nursery. Excellent food options, healthy.
Plenty of activities and fun learning.
Child has a great bond with key workers as he's moved up a room made another great bond.

This nursery is just fab! The people are lovely and you can tell they truly care about what they do, making it the best experience for our little one and us as parents too.
My little boy is very content whilst walking through the doors to nursery and it's great that he talks about his time there in
such a happy way. His confidence has really grown since starting at the nursery and this was something we noticed was a consistent theme with all the children when we first went to a settle session - so lovely to see!
The communication is great and the staff are consistent - this is a completely different experience to the previous nursery my child attended and has allowed me to relax in complete confidence that my child is being looked after properly.
Overall the nursery has exceeded my expectations in all areas and we are so chuffed with them! Our only regret is that we didn't start with Nuffy Bear from the beginning and with my eldest daughter too.

Nuffy bears is more than a nursery! It's a place of nurture and love where every child is catered to. The communication from the staff is fantastic along with the daily activities and structure of learning. My son absolutely loves going here and has grown so much both physically, emotionally and academically.
The staff spend time getting to know your child and their targets, observations and trackers reflect this!
