My child had a lot of separation anxiety to begin with but within the space of two weeks, I could see how happy he'd become there, due to the brilliant staff.
The facilities are fab. I've seen pictures and videos of my child enjoying the outdoor space as well as all the various toys and developmental activities indoors.
The food menu also seems great. I can see in the app that my child clearly enjoys all the food as he seems to ask for seconds for most meals and snacks! My only tip for improvement here is to provide sourdough bread instead of normal sliced bread for toast/sandwiches as it's better for gut health rather than the more processed sliced bread.

The nursery offers a fantastic range of fun, educational activities, and I've seen real progress in both my girls. They also provide healthy, varied meals, which is so reassuring as a parent.
Communication is excellent - I'm kept up to date with daily updates through the Family app and regular verbal feedback. I always look forward to seeing the lovely photos and videos of their day.
Overall, Nuffy Bear Cheam provides a safe, engaging, and caring environment, and I'm so pleased with the positive impact it's had on my children x

for the little ones. We get frequent updates on the activities and progress, which is very useful. My daughter loves attending the nursery, and I'm very happy with the care she's given.

All the staff seem to genuinely care for the children, the updates are plentiful and his development has come on leaps and bounds since he started. We couldn't be happier.

staff are so flexible with all of our concerns. They truly care and treat the children with so much love and affection.
3.   It has a 'home away from home' environment with large spaces and big windows looking out onto a large green space.
4.   The room sizes are small. Something that put us off other nurseries where there were a lot of kids. They all get a lot of attention.
5.   The activities are never-ending with lots of outdoor time, water, paint, and sand play as well as guests who do group activities in the studio upstairs.
6.   Our daughter eats proper meals here. Something I am struggling to get her to do at home.
Cannot recommend it enough. My daughter jumps out of my arms in the morning.

special attention in his early years for medical issues relating to feeding, which meant he needed one-to-one attention during feeding. Nuffy Bears provided this without hesitation and his key worker provided me with detailed feedback which put my mind at ease. This was so important to me, especially during the baby and early toddler phase. The nursery benefits from having a fully engaged and excellent manager who runs the nursery well. The tasks that the children do are interesting and varied.

nappy every day. Every week they have different themes to learn about, the activities and nursery setting will change according to the theme of that week. They use Nuffield Health's large football field as their garden so kids have a huge outside space to play. They offer a free swimming lesson for all nursery kids every week, using the on-site indoor swimming pool. Considering the quality of care, facilities and activities they offer, the nursery fee I believe is very reasonable, cheaper than some other private nurseries, and they don't charge any registration fee. They have free parking on site. They update the app frequently with news and photos. Thank you to all the staff in Nuffy Bear!

The staff all seem to really enjoy being there and all get on well together and this translates into how they care for the children.
The children have so many opportunities at this nursery from swimming lessons every week to one-off trips to Chessington. It really has been a brilliant experience from start to finish. They are lucky to have use of the studios in the gym and they have a huge field out the back on which to play.
I can't recommend it highly enough.

and focus on key learnings. They also take preschool kids around the village to the train station, library etc. This has often been the highlight of my son's day.
He has made good friends and loves going to nursery. Their app is user-friendly and it is updated regularly so I am aware of his food, nap times, play time etc.

(Food, sleep time, nappy changes, ...). They share pictures of their day. They plan a lot ahead as well which makes it easier for me to plan if she needs to bring anything in. My daughter was scared to go in first but now she walks in without looking back. I love the fact that even she has a key person, all other nursery staff know what is going on with her and she is comfortable with all members of staff.

engaging. All of the staff are so enthusiastic, encouraging and caring. Our son really benefits from this.
The app keeps us updated with his daily progress. It is such a useful tool for communication with management/staff who always respond promptly.

mom on a number of occasions. I had to tell her to speak to my daughter properly. I felt that because my daughter was a young mom, they felt they could disrespect and disregard her concerns.
The other staff were really good, in particular a young male worker who was super caring with my grandson. The nursery often had staff shortage and would call and say your child can’t come to nursery because we don’t have the staff. From a safeguarding point, I do not recommend this nursery.

and very entertaining for the children. There is also another fab person definitely worth mentioning, she always keeps us updated on our boy's progress, he absolutely adores her and looks so happy to see her. I would strongly recommend Nuffy Bear to any parent looking for an outstanding nursery in the area.
