Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Brondesbury Park

We have had an excellent start at Nuffy Bear. The staff are very considerate and have helped my baby settle very well. There is plenty to keep my baby entertained and she is sleeping and eating well. The app is very informative and reassuring.

The food menu also seems great. I can see in the app that my child clearly enjoys all the food as he seems to ask for seconds for most meals and snacks! My only tip for improvement here is to provide sourdough bread instead of normal sliced bread for toast/sandwiches as it's better for gut health rather than the more processed sliced bread.

Nuffy Bear Brondesbury is the best nursery. Our baby joined at 4.5 month and is now 1 year old. We couldn't be happier. The team is truly amazing and caring. Our little one smiles every day when we arrive. They are also great at developing children. They do all kind of activities, little ones are very busy.

I absolutely love this nursery - I was recommended it 5 years ago and now I'm always recommending it to others. It's small and cosy but at the same time the kids can benefit from the field, the outside play den and the gym studios. They even get to go swimming once they hit 3 years old. The staff are fantastic - so caring and there's a good dynamic between them. A lot of them have worked there for a very long time. The nursery manager brings loads of energy and fun and the kids adore him. A safe space full of fun and care!

Since the new management took over the nursery is a much friendlier and happier place. The communication from the managers is excellent (if not from head office) and I feel much more secure that my child is happy and cared for and that the staff seem happier too. Nothing is too much trouble and they are taking much more initiative to involve parents and create interesting activities for the children. Having a friendlier and warmer approach has made a world of difference.

We are so happy with the nursery. our daughter loves it and it’s fantastic to see all the things she is learning, the friends she is making, and the activities everyone is engaged in (like taking care of the garden). The manager, deputy manager and staff are all just brilliant - thank you!

Absolutely delighted with our experience at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Brondesbury Park! The atmosphere is incredibly nice, and it fosters such a happy environment for our 2-year-old. The staff's kindness and professionalism are top-notch, making us feel confident that our child is in excellent hands. We couldn't have asked for a better place to nurture our little one's growth and happiness!

I love that they do different/special themed days throughout the year (pyjama day, Christmas party, book day, etc.). My little one loves it!

I enrolled my 15-month-old son to this nursery on a part time basis, and after a few sessions, I had to withdraw him. It took such a long time to find a nursery within the area, that accept under two's, hence I was very pleased when my son was offered a place. The so-called 'nursery manager' never seems to be in, which I found very strange and worrying. Whenever I would call I was told she was 'off' and even the week when my son joined the nursery - she was off on annual leave for a couple of weeks, again - which I found extremely strange. There were so many incidents that occurred from my son's soiled nappy not being changed, to contradicting reports about whether he had eaten or not, and to the staff not caring when I expressed my concerns. Upon withdrawing my son from this nursery, I sent a very detailed email to the nursery highlighting the incidents. Two months later and they haven't even had the manners to respond. This speaks for itself.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more highly. Choosing a nursery is such a significant decision and from the word go the manager and her team made us feel so reassured, comfortable and supported. Even though they have been through the process hundreds of times, they were sympathetic and understanding of what a huge transition it was for us as a family, and most importantly so loving towards our son from day one. He really couldn't love it more. The staff are like family, and they treat the children as their own. There's no need for app updates here - you know the staff are all giving your children the care and attention they need and handovers at the end of each day are really detailed and full. The only thing you can wish for with your childcare is that your child is in an environment where they feel loved, welcomed and encouraged and every one of the amazing staff here do their all to ensure that is the case. It's a truly wonderful nursery.

Our son has been going to this nursery for more than two years (since he was one year old) and he loved it from day one (and so did we). He's always looking forward to going and happy when he comes back home. Everyone working at the nursery is so kind and we have always felt that he had a real bond with everyone looking after him. They're also doing so many different activities with the children and it's amazing to see how he progresses. I also love how they're celebrating many festive days throughout the year, making it so fun for the kids! In addition to this, the manager is amazing, always trying to help us as parents and to give us as much feedback as possible. They're just wonderful!

Every morning when I drop my 12 months old baby off, she is so happy to get in and gets so excited to see the lovely ladies who she loves. It makes me so happy to know that she is having a great day, full of play and education, nice food and all the cuddles she needs. The ladies are all extremely nice and helpful, we have a very good relationship with all of them and trust them 100% as we can see our baby girl is so comfortable with them from day 1. It's so rare to find a "home" nursery in London, it really feels it's very cosy and every baby and parent is looked after which is so important, as you only want the very best for your children. I trust they are in the best hands there both developmentally and emotionally.

We have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to anyone.

Our 3 year old son has been attending Nuffy Bear since he was 11 months old. I cannot recommend the nursery and staff here enough - our son's needs have always been catered for and the staff all have a real bond with the children. The nursery manager has always been open and communicative and understanding of the different phases that children of nursery age go through. We have always been able to speak to her openly about any of our concerns/worries as parents. Our son's development has been wonderful to see during his time at Nuffy Bear and we hope his younger sister will have as much fun there as he does!

Both my daughters attended Nuffy Bear Nursery since they were 1 years of age and my younger child is still at the nursery now in the pre-school room. We have been so happy with this nursery - the staff are all amazing and so kind and caring. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and she has such a fun time and is cared for in a warm and safe environment. It really is a wonderful nursery and we are so grateful to have found it. They have also coped amazingly during Covid and have put in place many safety measures but at the same time not impacted the high level of care and attention for the children. The nursery head is truly wonderful. Highly recommended!
