The staff at Lee on Solent Hopscotch are lovely and very helpful, happy to answer any questions and help me figure out costs. The nursery is well organised, clean and there is a variety of toys/books/activities for my baby to enjoy. As well as this they put effort into taking the children on outings to enrich their days even more. We feel very confident leaving our baby in the capable hands of the team here.

Our little boy started at Hopscotch Portswood back in February. We were really anxious as parents sending him into a nursery setting as he'd never been away from home or in the care of anyone else before. It took him a while to settle in and often drop-offs/collections were very tearful - but all the staff were so patient and affectionate towards him. Fast forwards a few months and he's flourishing so much. All the staff are so kind and supportive of him. It's so lovely to receive smiley pictures and positive updates throughout the day. He's come on leaps and bounds, and his progress is seen at home too!! All the staff in the Waddlers room are amazing, and he has such a close relationship with his Key Worker which again is so reassuring as parents! We've just had our first parents evening and it was lovely to hear how well they know our son and how attuned they are to his needs!

We recently moved our daughter Harriet to Hopscotch Nursery after attending a different setting, and we are absolutely overjoyed with the difference it has made in her life. She is so happy and comes home every day in such a wonderful mood. We have noticed a huge positive change in her since joining.

Harriet truly loves coming to nursery and has thoroughly enjoyed all of the extra activities the nursery has included her in. The communication from the staff is absolutely outstanding, and they have genuinely taken the time to get to know our daughter so well.

Their attention to detail is phenomenal, and they have gone above and beyond to meet her individual needs. We couldn't be happier with the care, support, and nurturing environment Hopscotch provides. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for making such a positive impact on Harriet's life!

We've had such a positive experience with this nursery. The staff are kind, caring and incredibly supportive, and it's been amazing seeing how much progress has been made since attending. They create such a welcoming and safe environment for every child and always keep parents updated. They are especially wonderful with SEN children, showing so much patience, understanding and genuine care. It's so reassuring knowing your child is happy, supported and truly understood while they're there. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Such a wonderful team who take great care and pride in teaching essential skills to our children. The facilities are fantastic and I have always felt sending my child there was a fantastic decision. :)

We couldn't be happier with Hopscotch Fareham. Our son is thriving and clearly loves his time there. The staff in the baby room are great and caring. Communication is also excellent, and we always feel well-informed and involved.

I genuinely can't fault Hopscotch Fareham or the incredible staff who have cared for my child, who is now about to transition into preschool after starting at just 9 months old. This is my second child to attend, and over the past five years they have consistently impressed me.

They have a real talent for finding staff who not only have a passion for children and their development, but who also go above and beyond to provide the very best experience possible.

Always recommend hopscotch to friends and family. We couldn't be happier with the team and setting. Our daughter has recently moved up rooms and transition has been great, they've been great at communicating every step and adapting to our daughter's needs during this time, making the whole experience really easy for all of us

Have no complaints since my little one has joined this nursery.. he has become such a confident little man..everyone is super friendly and caring.. would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a nursery

I have sent my second child here as we had such a good experience with our first. The staff are amazing from the managing team to the ladies in the rooms. We feel heard with every slight request and have total confidence that our little girl is being looked after to the highest standard by women who truly care about the children they are looking after. If I was going to have anymore (which I am absolutely not) I would 100% use hopscotch fareham every single time.

Our daughter has been here for 2 years, moving through all 3 rooms. She has loved every stage and we are so glad we chose here. Very grateful for the care they give her and how much they've taught her throughout her time.

My son has attended the nursery now for over 3 years, going through each age group. From the first day he attended I have never had any concerns, he thoroughly enjoys attending his days here. It's a fantastic nursery with brilliant staff. The communication between staff and parents is to a very high standard. I would highly recommend the nursery and I'm sad my son is leaving to move onto primary school.

Our twins started Hopscotch in December 2024, and were about 10 months old. They have had such a lovely time through babies, waddlers and now in toddlers. The care for them has been lovely and I know that when I'm at work they are safe and well looked after. They have been supportive with every milestone and encouraging the girls to develop. The girls seem to like the food provided and will try new things. The only annoying thing is the front door is not that friendly when you have a double buggy. Other than that I would recommend it for other families x

Staff are consistently thoughtful, warm and caring. He is always happy to be at nursery. It feels like everyone from his key worker, to the kitchen staff to the reception and admin team know my son and his personality. I feel secure that he is safe and happy while there.

The children are clearly the priority.

It is more expensive than other nurseries, but well worth it in my opinion.

Hopscotch Fareham is a fantastic environment for our daughter, we are really pleased we chose this nursery. She has been for nearly 2 years now and we haven't ever had any issues. I would highly recommend to any parents considering the nursery.

We have been using the nursery for nearly three years and it's a lovely friendly place that our child enjoys attending. It's a nice central location which allows for trips out to the park and the library and other small excursions, and the garden spaces are well appreciated. Staff are supportive and knowledgeable.

My daughter attends this nursery, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. She is naturally shy and a bit sensitive, and English is not her first language, so we were initially worried about how she would adapt.

However, from the very beginning, she has never had any problems settling in. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, which has helped her feel safe and confident. She goes to nursery every day with enthusiasm and a smile, which means so much to us as parents.

We are truly grateful for the care and attention she receives, and we can clearly see how happy and comfortable she feels there.

We moved to Eastleigh and moved our daughter to Hopscotch into the Toddler room. She's been there a couple of months now and we've had a great experience so far. The settle sessions were informative and well structured, the staff are really lovely and got to know our daughter and her preferences/personality quickly.

Our daughter is excited to go to nursery each day she is in and is always happy when we pick her up. She knows the staff member's names now and seems happy and comfortable. We get a good sum up of what she's done each day and there is a good variety of indoor activities and outdoors play. They've got a good safeguarding policy as well, we feel safe leaving her. Really good experience overall.
