About this price

How funding is applied, how the monthly figure is calculated.More info

Working parents of children aged 9 months to 2 years can usually claim up to 30 funded hours a week. The working-parent hours depend on each parent meeting the minimum earnings rules and earning under £100,000 a year. This nursery stretches funded hours across 51 weeks of the year. You've selected 30 funded hours.
This nursery applies up to 10 funded hours per day, stretched across 51 weeks of the year. With your selected funding, 22.4 hours are covered each week. Hours beyond this, including the early and late parts of the day, are charged at the standard rate.
We work out the total cost across the year and divide by 12, so the figure shown is a smoothed monthly average. In practice, nurseries bill in different ways. Some bill monthly at this average. Others bill weekly, or charge for what happened that week or month, which can vary across the year. Confirm billing details with the nursery when you enquire.

Anna DempseyJob Title Nursery ManagerJoined 2011

Hello, I am Anna, and I have been part of the Hopscotch team since 2011. I began my journey at Hopscotch Titchfield as a newly qualified practitioner and, over the years, progressed through a variety of roles, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way. In 2019, I was proud to become the Nursery Manager.

My experience, combined with the support and guidance of many knowledgeable practitioners I have worked alongside, has helped me become the manager I am today.

I am now excited to take on a new challenge supporting the setup of Ashcroft and building a wonderful community. I look forward to welcoming new children and families. With so many opportunities for exploration and local visits, I'm confident this will be a truly exciting journey for everyone involved. Read less

Hello, I'm Aimee. I first joined Hopscotch in 2014 at our Gosport nursery. During my time with the company, I have gained a wide range of experience. I began with my work experience placement, and have since progressed to roles including Room Leader and Deputy Manager.

I have also supported the opening of our Portswood nursery, and I'm very grateful for the opportunity to now be part of the team opening our Ashcroft setting.
