TNG were particularly good at coming up with creative ideas for the kids eg pyjama days, cowboy days. A special thanks to Deborah and Paige who were particularly patient and lovely with my daughter and helped her feel safe and cared for.

We are really happy with Tynemouth Nursery at Percy Park. Our daughter attends three days per week and really enjoys every day. The staff are really lovely and have formed a great bond with our daughter - shout out to Paige, Lynn, Jess, Nina and Alice in particular.

Most importantly, our daughter talks so positively about nursery and is always excited to go, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment you've created. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for everything you do-we're so grateful to you.

My son has been attending Zone4kids at Whitley Lodge since he was 2, he is now 6 and continues to attend twice a week for wrap around care. The care that has been shown to my son and us as parent's is exceptional. My son has special educational needs and the staff have been wonderful in meeting his needs and advocating for him when needed. We recieve regular updates on how my son has been, communication between Whitley Lodge and home has always been wonderful. I would reccomend Whitley Lodge to any parent, as parents we always feel at ease when our son is there as we know he is being cared for by staff who truly know and understand him.

Very impressed by the care given by staff and the nutrition she receives from the food prepared fresh onsite.

Our daughter absolutely loves attending this nursery and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are amazing - so caring, supportive and genuinely invested in the children's development and happiness. The activities are fantastic, with a great variety every day, and we especially love all of the extra curricular activities they provide. It really helps make learning fun and gives the children so many wonderful experiences. We're also very impressed with the variety and quality of meals offered, which our daughter really enjoys. It's reassuring knowing she is eating well-balanced meals throughout the day. Overall, we would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for their child.

Nora has been in Zone4kids since 1 year old she loves the care and homely love & attention she receives and a special mention to the food/options and quality which she loves. Also the flexible staff that are so kind and helpful.

My child absolutely loves his days at Tynemouth Nursery! He especially loves the garden but enjoys all activities. It's clear he's got great relationships with everyone responsible for his care whilst he's there and it's always so lovely to see from the app what he's been up to and have a lovely debrief at pick up time.

Zoner4kids Whitley Lodge - I cannot rate highly enough. Every team member has/is kind, friendly, approachable and has a genuine and loving care for the children. I would not trust anyone like I do Z4K. My son loves coming every morning and sometimes doesn't want to come home.

Our daughter has been going to Tynemouth Nursery at Battle Hill since she was 11 months old. She's now 20 months old and we haven't got a bad word to say about the nursery or the staff. From her very first visits until now, the staff have been so welcoming to both our daughter and us as parents. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they genuinely love their job. They are great at getting to know your child and their routines and doing what they can to accommodate. The communication is great, with the use of the app and through a verbal handover every day. There are a varied range of activities for the children that the staff set up as well as visiting companies. The food on offer is also great. Our daughter is always so happy when we pick her up and we have loved seeing how much she is thriving.

They are very informative throughout the day with updates and always seem so caring and thoughtful. He's very happy there!
