They are very informative throughout the day with updates and always seem so caring and thoughtful. He's very happy there!

The extra activities they provide are also a huge draw to why the children love this so much. It is so much more than a nursery!

We love Tynemouth Nursery Jesmond. Our middle child attends currently, our eldest used to attend but has now 'graduated' and our third will be starting September. There is a beautiful community feel to the nursery. Every staff member knows every child by name - they even greet my eldest by name who left last year, and my baby by name who hasn't even started yet!

Tynemouth Nursery, Jesmond is wonderful. The staff are so caring and imaginative. They go above and beyond to ensure every day is different and full of creative, fun and educational activities. I am never concerned that my daughter is anything but safe and happy when in their care.

My eldest has been going to this nursery since she was 10 months and absolutely loves it. It's like a little family, all the staff are so lovely. 10/10 would recommend! My second starts this year and I would recommend to anyone.

My daughter loves nursery so much that she often asks to go there at weekends or holidays. Fab activities, lovely warm staff and delicious food! I like the house-style setting and the fact that there is such a low staff turnover - it really feels like a family home and my daughter knows everyone well. We hardly ever have any tears at the door and every day I get sent written updates, photographs and a face to face recap of how she has been at collection time. I really love this nursery and couldn't recommend it more highly.

A very caring and friendly nursery which we are really happy with for our daughter. Staff are so committed to the children and she has been so happy there since starting earlier this year. Regular updates of her activities, development and very trustworthy in looking after the children.

I have been a parent at this nursery for 8 years now and all 3 of my children have been so happy here. My boys have now gone to school and were very well prepared from their days in preschool where they spent time on phonics and letter formation as well as other key skills they would need. My daughter is currently still in the baby room and loves coming to nursery. She is always full of smiles when I pick her up and really enjoys her time there. The staff show a great level of care and attention to each and every child. Being able to see what she has been up to via the app is also a god send. So grateful to all of the team for all that they do.

Our little boy loves coming to nursery, so much so he hates being picked up. The staff know him well and have really brought him out of his shell. His confidence and learning has come on so much all down to nursery. Thank you.

Thank goodness for Tynemouth Nursery @Jesmond!!! My youngest son still attends the nursery and he has an absolute ball while he is there. His whole experience from starting there at 10 months to where he is now in pre-school has been amazing and the things he does now are just brilliant! There are so many activities and creative themes that the staff build the weeks around, and the care and support that they provide, has really driven his development across multiple areas - social, physical, emotional etc. I trust the staff completely and my son loves being there every day! Highly recommend!

My daughters attend Tynemouth Nursery at Jesmond and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They provide the children with lots of stimulation and are clearly very attentive to their needs. The children are given high-quality, healthy food. You can tell that all the staff members know every individual child which makes me feel like my daughters are in safe hands. I am really grateful for the care the staff provide and the great nursery experience my daughters are having.

This is an excellent nursery. We began looking at a number of settings before our daughter was even born and cancelled some subsequently planned visits of other settings as we knew we had found the right place for our family. The transition process before she entered at around a year old, which involved meeting the team, only confirmed that early view. Since then, our high expectations have only been exceeded.

The facilities, activities and experiences provided for the children are excellent, supporting our daughter to develop in so many different ways whilst having lots of fun. Communication is a real strength and there is a sense that staff are building genuine, positive, lasting relationships with parents to maximise children's progress. Overall, we love it.

We first visited when I was 22 weeks pregnant and loved the place instantly. One member of staff was so reassuring and passionate whilst showing us round and it was obvious that all the staff really cared about the children and also loved working at the nursery. Fast forward to nearly 1 and our twins have settled so well. I feel they are known as individuals and the fact that staff seem really happy to see them when we drop them off makes me feel they are part of a little family whilst at nursery. Can't fault anything, the Catterpilar staff are outstanding, and the wider team that do wrap around times are also brilliant!

The staff are very friendly, attentive, and caring. We trust them to look after our children, and our kids love to see them every day. Nursery is a pleasure for the kids and they come home with tales of fun and adventure daily. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it is an incredible environment.

My daughter (now 1) has attended Tynemouth Nursery Jesmond since she was 8 months old. She has been in Caterpillar and Ladybird rooms and the child centred care has been evident in both. Staff are friendly, approachable and take the time to build positive and trusting relationships with the children. The whole atmosphere of the nursery is warm and welcoming. Extra activities such as Adventure Babies and local trips out are an added bonus. My daughter also has an allergy which has been very well managed and the variety of meals provided for her is excellent - thank you!

I am absolutely delighted with the experience my son has at the nursery! The curriculum is bursting with fun activities and it's a joy to see how well he is developing. The staff is carrying, attentive and my little boy is very well look after. They also understand ever changing reality of a parent and so far the nursery was always supportive of any needs I had as a mum. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Jesmond branch.

My son (now 4) has been at Tynemouth Nursery Jesmond since he was 7 months old. The staff are absolutely fantastic, and he LOVES all the activities they get up to. The preschool teacher is full of creative ideas and it is absolutely clear that she adores the kids, and wants to ensure each and every child develops socially, emotionally and cognitively. My child also adores another specific staff member, who he has known since his very first day, and always talks about at home! High praise indeed!

Warm and welcoming staff. Very accommodating and understanding of child needs. Lots of fun activities organised by staff with additional / specialised activities delivered by external providers. Wonderful daily updates via the Parent Admin app. An overall lovely place.
