Zone4kids at Coquet Park First School & Out of School Club

My little girl is so happy here, staff went above and beyond when she was struggling to settle back in after the summer holidays. They all know her really well and I love hearing about all the fun she's had, baking, reading, discos, athletics and crafts. Her confidence and speech has come on so well since starting nursery here.

Staff are wonderful. Our children enjoy their experience. Would be useful if open during the holidays.

In January she brought home a lot of crafts and her vocabulary really improved with all the songs they sing with her. She loves going in and always has a smile on her face.

Would highly recommend.

We're so happy with this nursery. Our goddaughter has improved so much since starting - from her speech and confidence to how she interacts with others. The staff clearly care deeply about the children, and the environment is both nurturing and stimulating. The balance of learning through play is perfect for her age. We couldn't ask for a better place for her.

Brilliant nursery and out of school for my little one. He really enjoys his time there, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The activities they take part in are amazing and all of the outings they do are wonderful.

My son absolutely loves attending playgroup at Zone, he has settled in really well. His key worker has done a great job of helping him transition and he now asks constantly to go there. This nursery is a hidden gem and not enough people know its there, which means kids get fantastic staff ratio's.

Lovely setting, brilliant staff, always making an effort to make each day unique. Always kept well informed from the app. Highly recommend! Main meals are unhealthy and lack a lot of vegetables but appreciate these come direct from the school.

Both of our children have been to the Zone4kids at Coquet Park. They have been fantastic and supportive with SEND issues. The children love it and they are kept busy with lots of activities. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Our son started this term and has settled in so well. The staff are all lovely and he's really happy there. They plan lots of fun activities such as swimming, beach visits and dance classes - just excellent.

My child attends after school club at Coquet Park Zone4kids and always comes home happy and well looked after. All of the staff seem to know the children individually which is very helpful for my fussy eater. There is always an alternative snack given if the planned one is turned down. They never have a dull day as a fun activity is always planned. Amazing setting. Highly recommend.

My child started here in September and settled in so well straight away. They do some many exciting and interesting days with the children and my child loves going. The team are all so friendly and caring. Would definitely recommend to friends.

My son and daughter both love it here and look forward to going. Even in the morning before school. What higher recommendation could there be! The staff are always happy enthusiastic and engaged with the children. Always surprised at just how many activities they manage to fit in.

We feel privileged to have found this setting every single time we drop our little one off; they run through the doors, not looking back, ready for an engaging and stimulating day with the most thoughtful staff members. We took our child out of a different setting to send them to Zone and it was the best decision we could have made. Our little one has thrived; ratios are probably the best you will find in North Tyneside and each day is full of age-appropriate excitement and varied activities; they have trips out and visitors come to lead classes each week. Communication is excellent and they go above and beyond to let you know how little one's day has been; ensuring a full verbal handover at drop off and pick up and regular updates throughout the day on the app. We've been really supported in all elements of our child's development, they are constant cheerleaders and always work with us for the best outcomes. The Zone would be my choice of childcare again and again.

Lovely staff who really care about the children that they look after. The team puts in lots of effort with the children’s activities to make sure that they always have something topical and inventive to do. My daughter loves coming home to tell me what she has been up to. She feels very supported by the staff and is learning from her experiences at Zone. The management team are really helpful and responsive to any questions that I have. I get regular updates on my daughter’s time at Zone through the online diary and also through observation reports - all of this is very reassuring and shows us how much the staff care about the children.

I would recommend this nursery to friends and family who have children in the coming future. Such a lovely feel from walking in the door. Staff and management are very approachable and you can tell they care and do their very best to ensure the children are safe and happy everyday.

When I drop off my little boy at nursery, I feel like I’m dropping him off with a nursery full of aunties and an uncle. Both my boys have enjoyed zone and, for me, they feel completely cared for. Couldn’t ask for more really! So thank you!

It’s going to be a sad day my daughter moves to middle school and can no longer go to zone.
