Really good. Every morning they ask how he has been overnight, on collection they tell us about his day including what he had for lunch and dinner, and any activities. Any issues during the day they give us a phone call. Great service.

I would highly recommend this nursery, the facilities indoors and outdoors are excellent and you can see how much the staff care about the children, providing a nurturing environment where he felt happy and safe.

I'm so grateful for everything they've done and continue to do for him. Knowing he's somewhere he loves, with people who genuinely care about him while also helping him learn and develop, means so much to me.

My child is always so happy at the nursery. They walk in and go straight to their room by themselves, which shows how comfortable and content they feel there. It makes me so pleased to see them enjoy their time and settle so easily every day.

The staff here are wonderful, this our second journey with them as we have had a second baby and loved how much our first born thrived here. The staff are dedicated and have learnt the personality of our baby and his needs in no time, making him feel welcome and safe there. He is now confident and happy within the nursery setting, they are great at communication and i feel so comfortable with them caring for our son. There are plenty of areas and toys for the babies to choose to play with, as well as a great variety of foods. If i have any questions, they find answers straight away for me. I have no complaints at all, theyre great.

I have had 2 children attend stepping stones nursery from 6 months until school. My 2nd is currently in preschool and starts school next September. Both have thrived attending 3 days a week. Learnt so many skills and knowledge to prepare for school. Both developed lovely friendships and have loved the staff

Our son has attended this nursery for a year now, and he absolutely loves it. Dropping him off is a joy because he happily walks right in and dives straight into activities. All staff are so lovely and supportive, creating a warm, nurturing environment that gives us complete peace of mind. Watching our two-year-old grow in confidence and happiness over the past year has been amazing. We cannot thank or recommend them enough!

I love that all staff know my child's name and make a real fuss when coming in and leaving. I have witnessed that they do the same with all the children which is a lovely personal touch. My child has really thrived at nursery and has learned so much from being there. I am very happy I decided to place them here

Very happy with Stepping Stones. My daughter has been going there for just over a year and has a great time. She seems to get a nice mix of learning and fun, and I really like the structures in place to move them through the stages of development and pushing towards independence. I also like their approach to food. The staff are always friendly (which must be difficult after dealing with so many kids, who are tiring if nothing else (and they are everything else).

Our daughter moved here from another nursery. They have done a brilliant job of integrating her with the other kids. The staff work really hard to do fun and educational activities, and our daughter particularly loves being taken out on trips to the park or shops and being involved in food prep/cooking. They have managed to get her school ready in only a few months, and we are so grateful!

Absolutely love the team at Stepping Stones nursery. The entire team is so amazing and caring towards my son. I am very reassured to leave my child under their care. We have seen him grow up with great fondness of the staff members there. Although my son is a fussy eater, the team there always ensures that he is preferences/patterns, thus he eats quite well at nursery. Thank you stepping stones team

Stepping Stones Nursery Gomersal is a lovely nursery with such nurturing, caring, helpful, positive and supportive practitioners. My little boy has been attending since he was 9 months old and he is now 2 and 1/2 and in the toddler room. In both baby and toddlers, he has always developed strong and close bonds with the practitioners. When he comes home from nursery he talks about the practitioners, naming them and speaking positively about them. When he arrives at nursery he gets a lovely welcoming into the room. I feel the staff take the time to know your child of their strengths, interests and also areas they need support with. They do lots of fun, exciting and interesting activities for the children and even though they have a lovely outdoor area they always make time to go on trips to the park or walks round the local community. They do many parent partnership events which is even more special to be part of. We're really happy with the nursery and would recommend!

We couldn't be happier with the care provided and would thoroughly recommend Stepping Stones to any parent looking for a warm, supportive environment for their child.

Since the management changed, the nursery just isn't the same anymore. Communication has become awful and we were constantly being ignored. While some staff members are still lovely and do their best, the poor service has left my childs mother with so much anxiety that she would try to avoid going in. It's heartbreaking when a place meant to care for your child feels like it's more interested in making money than supporting families, leaving us feeling completely let down and unsupported. Prior to this we only kept our child there so we could get help with their ADHD/autism diagnosis, but we received no support whatsoever.

My son has attended this nursery for several years, and over the past six months I have noticed a decline in standards alongside a significant turnover of staff.

One aspect I don't agree with is being charged for nappies and food on bank holidays when the nursery is closed, as the children are not there to use or consume these items. The nursery also charges for "enhanced" or "enriched" activities, but I still don't have a clear understanding of what these include.

Stepping Stones is part of a larger chain, and unfortunately I have found the business side of the nursery to be quite profit-driven. The nursery practitioners themselves have always been caring and hardworking, but I have been disappointed with the management. Communication could also be improved. At the end of the day, updates generally focus on what my son has eaten and nappy changes and no mention about the activites and learning on the day.

Warm and friendly environment when you walk in. All the staff in others rooms say hi and know your child. They do lots of different activities like sports day, Father's Day activities where family can go in. Communication with the nursery is excellent in terms of phone calls and updates on the app. Would highly recommend

Stepping stones nursery has been amazing for our son and for us. They have clear communication and keep us up to date with information regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about children and have some very experienced staff. Our son loves being there and they have contributed massively to his creativity and learning. We could not recommend them enough.

My overall experience of the nursery has been amazing. The staff are so attentive, caring and put so much effort into my children. I feel at ease when they are at nursery knowing they are given the care they need. The food menu is great, very well balanced and lots of variety and the children are very well entertained with lots of different facilities and activities.
