The staff here are wonderful, this our second journey with them as we have had a second baby and loved how much our first born thrived here. The staff are dedicated and have learnt the personality of our baby and his needs in no time, making him feel welcome and safe there. He is now confident and happy within the nursery setting, they are great at communication and i feel so comfortable with them caring for our son. There are plenty of areas and toys for the babies to choose to play with, as well as a great variety of foods. If i have any questions, they find answers straight away for me. I have no complaints at all, theyre great.

My son has been at Stepping Stones Day Nursery for almost 18 months. He absolutely loves it which makes it so much easier as a parent when you drop him off! They have assisted with every stage of his development, most recently adjusting into the toddler room which has been a big step up for him.

My little girl has attended this nursery for just over a year and has transitioned from the babies room, through pre-toddlers and recently into toddlers. Each room has helped her develop in so many different ways at each stage, and all of the girls in each room are an absolute credit to the nursery. I know my little girl is with people who genuinely care for her when I drop her off! She always comes out with the biggest smile, and seeing what she's been up to with her friends throughout the day via the app and through handovers with the staff is fabulous. Never had any issues, and the communication has always been spot on.

My daughter starting Stepping Stones Day Nursery when she was a year old. From her very first sessions, I felt as though I was handing her over to extended family, all the staff were so caring and nurturing. They took a great interest to learn her routines and to find out what comforted her. I felt confident and happy that my daughter was in such excellent hands. Our daughter is now 19 months old and has come on brilliantly since being at Stepping Stones, she interacts well with other children, is confident and most importantly of all, happy. All the staff at the nursery are incredibly friendly and approachable. They keep us updated daily on what our daughter has been doing, with regular pictures. The nursery is in such a beautiful location and my daughter regularly goes to the library, duck pond and park which she loves. I myself have a disability and the management have been tremendous at ensuring access needs such as accessible parking are available to me, something which I really appreciate.
