N Family Club - Twickenham

N Family is my daughter's first nursery and we are very happy with our choice. The environment is lovely and bright, the food is excellent and the staff are always warm and welcoming. The curriculum is also carefully considered and it makes us so happy to know Maddie is benefiting from lots of fun and engaging age-appropriate activities.

If I had to make the choice again, I would undoubtedly select this nursery without hesitation. It has been a fantastic journey for my child, and I am immensely grateful for the positive impact it has had on his life. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful!

Our son has been going to N Family Club since May 2022 and our experience has been nothing but positive. Love the setting and the staff go above and beyond to meet your and your child’s needs. The curriculum has been a great balance to help nurture our son’s development and give him a bit of structure to the day, which he seems to thrive in. The weekly menus are mouth-watering (I wish I was eating there all day every day!) and were in fact one of the initial draws when looking at the nursery as he is vegan and found other settings to have few or no options. The app is good and keeps you up to date with what your little one is doing, the staff mostly give you one photo update a day (which I feel is enough). They have a good-sized garden but also take the kids out on lots of outings locally which our son loves. About to send our second child there and honestly can’t wait because I know she’ll love it as well. Can’t recommend this nursery enough.

So happy with this nursery and so glad that we picked it for our little boy! Staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating and I will never forget one staff member giving me a massive hug when I was in tears in the first week of leaving my baby.

The facilities are modern and always clean. The food is wonderful - healthy, varied and gets our daughter trying new things. The nursery's ability to accommodate strict allergy requirements is also great.

The dedication and care provided by the room manager and the warm welcome extended by the front desk staff, have made our experience truly exceptional. The room manager's (and other room staff's) nurturing and attentive approach has created a safe and stimulating environment for our little one, while the front desk lady's friendly and ever ready to help demeanor has made drop-offs and pick-ups a breeze. We couldn't be happier with this loving and professional team at the N Family Club, Twickenham. Thank you for making our child's early years so wonderful! In just two months at this nursery, our 16-month-old has made incredible developmental strides. He now eats his awesomely nutritious meals independently, a feat we're thrilled about. This progress highlights the exceptional care and education provided by the team. We’ve had a wonderful experience with N Family, our son is happy to go there in the mornings and a little sad to leave at the end of the day! The key workers are fabulous and I can clearly see how much they care for my little boy. The food is brilliant and the nursery go above and beyond, for example organising a Halloween party for everyone on a Saturday.

We have two children who are at N Family Twickenham and are constantly amazed with the care and consideration being shown to them. The teams in both children's rooms are the perfect balance of firm and kind. They are learning lots and I feel my son is ready to start reception as a result of their guidance and education. The management is always available to support and answer any questions we have as parents. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

N Club Twickenham has been the best nursery concept and facility for little ones I have seen. We reviewed over ten different nurseries and this is by far the most modern, high quality and well thought out. Every one of the staff, from A-Z, are professional, well qualified, friendly and genuinely caring. Our son is very happy there, as we are all. As a very anxious and protective new Mum, this place has been a godsend!

I can’t recommend them enough. From day one they have made us feel very welcome. I’ve visited many nurseries so I arranged a visit to N Family, staff are absolutely amazing. I was so glad they gave us this opportunity, my baby girl has achondroplasia and I was very worried about finding a place to make her feel comfortable and safe, I’m so glad we did. I can’t thank you enough N Family team for loving and looking after my little girl.

We have two children at N Family Club Twickenham and I can honestly say it’s been the best! We moved here in January, so have previously attended a different nursery, which was good but N Family Club is another level, all the bells and whistles! Sometimes we can’t believe how much effort the staff put into extra things like Halloween parties on a Saturday morning. Both our kids love it and that’s down to the amazing staff, from the moment you walk through the doors being greeted by a lady (who knows everyone’s name!) to the key workers and the chefs, it’s a brilliant team!

The extra curriculum activities and teach-ins are a great extra for parents too!

A very professional set up with some very good leaders and team members constantly smiling. A happy child comes home every day and enjoys the days at nursery school.

My almost 4-year-old son (in pre-school) and my 2-year-old daughter have both been attending N family for the past 6 months. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff there are so caring and imaginative. I feel that it is such a nurturing environment for the children and couldn’t recommend the nursery highly enough.

He loves going to nursery and has made friends with all of his classmates.
