N Family Club - Twickenham

We have seen such a leap in our daughter's development since she started at N with improvements in socialising, eating, napping and speaking. We are constantly impressed by the activities planned, the extra educational sessions provided to parents in the evening and of course the amazing menu! We are so glad we decided to send our daughter to N Family Nursery! It has certainly made going back to work worry-free for me as I know how settled and happy my daughter is there. It's a wonderful nursery.

From the moment we drop our daughter off to the moment we pick her up, we know she is having a wonderful time in the brilliant care that N provides.

We love N Family Twickenham. Our little boy has been going for just over a month and has come on so much in that time. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring and we feel comfortable knowing he’s so well cared for. Everything from the menus to the app is first class - our daily picture updates mean we never feel like we’re missing out on our sons day. We’d highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend it enough. The nursery is very welcoming and the staff caring and really friendly. They gave us all the support during my child's settle in period and continue to support her during her time at the nursery. I feel that my child is safe and cared for while I work. So I couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you N Family!

We love N Family Club - Twickenham! It is home away from home for our son. He absolutely adores the staff and is often mentioning their names when at home. The communication with home is brilliant, the messages are quickly responded to, and the updates throughout the day of activities, food and naps are really reassuring. The menu is delicious, the toys and equipment brilliantly thought out, and the setting beautiful. We’re really happy to have our son attend N Family Club - Twickenham.

This really is such a fantastic nursery. It is pretty daunting starting your baby at nursery in the middle of a pandemic but the team made it so easy for us and my son settled in really quickly. The environment, garden and food are exceptional and the communication with parents is also very good. But the most important thing is the staff, who are so enthusiastic, caring and on top of each child's requirements. In particular, my son has food allergies, needs special milk, creams applying and menu adaptations. They deal with this very effectively and professionally, and the food they serve him sounds delicious!

Our daughter has settled into N Family Twickenham very quickly thanks to the fantastic, kind and caring staff. Her room is beautiful with lovely wooden furnishing and toys. The activities and sensory play have been lovely to see, and it's great to be given her creations at pick up time. We have seen changes in our daughter and she has developed in confidence and independence within weeks of starting! We are very impressed with the healthy meals and snacks. The team always take the time to talk through her day and update us on her progress. The nursery's app is so lovely with daily pictures and videos, very reassuring for a first time Mum! Once our daughter is walking, I'm sure she'll be skipping through the front door to play with her friends and be with the lovely team! I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough and it takes a great weight off my mind to know that she's happy and safe there whilst I'm working!

Thank you N Twickenham for making our daughter’s first experience of nursery so enjoyable! Everyone is so friendly and caring, nothing is too much bother. The facilities are incredible with an amazing range of toys and activities and to have a garden on site is just fantastic. Not forgetting the delicious meals (we love seeing the menu each week!). The app is great to keep up to date and we love checking in to see all the fun things they’re up to. Can’t recommend N enough - just wish they’d been around when we were younger!

N Family Club - Twickenham is beautifully designed, the interiors, toys and setting are special. What’s really special however is N Family Club - Twickenham's staff. We have found them to be super caring and responsive, which includes not only our key carer but all the carers in our room, as well as the superb front of house. My son’s development has really come along since starting back in November 2020 and it’s a credit to them. I’m always wowed by the creativity of the activities and art they create. The quality of nutrition makes me very happy as well. The menu is generally varied and complete. I’ve recommended a number of Mom friends to N Family Club - Twickenham and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!

Our son, now fifteen months old, started at N Family Club - Twickenham nursery when he was twelve months old and we’ve been absolutely thrilled with the whole experience from the start. We had originally intended to send our son to a nursery slightly closer to home but it was one of the best decisions we’ve made choosing to send him to N Family Club - Twickenham instead. The quality of the environment, the toys and the menu are very high! The staff keep the children engaged and happy with a huge range of different activities each day. There is a lovely garden and outside play area where they spend a lot of time. The updates and photos on the app still make our day! In particular, we have to mention our son’s key person who is just wonderful with our son. All the educators, management and front of the house are so lovely! We have no negative comments and would recommend to anyone!

The team are friendly and responsive and the buggy store is helpful.

My 2 year old son has walked into the nursery with no tears since day one as the staff as so caring and loving towards him, his brother and our entire family that my son knows it’s safe and fun. The interior is beautiful, toys are thoughtfully sourced and there’s an amazingly designed garden, which was one of my main reasons for choosing it as not all nursery’s in Twickenham have private gardens. The app is great and updated throughout the day so we can follow all his activities, eating and sleeping habits. The staff do so many creative activities with the kids. My son comes home with new skills or abilities each week including being able to share emotional feelings. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile. I’d highly recommend N Family, Twickenham. Also they have a private chef who provides a menu I’d expect to see in a health food restaurant and he eats it all up. The value for money is great considering the quality of all I’ve mentioned. There’s also a beautiful welcome pack when they start.

Our son's educator and room manager have been especially great; he gives them a huge smile at the beginning and end of the day and it means we concentrate on being at work knowing he is happy and stimulated. Couldn't recommend more!
