N Family Club couldn’t be more excited about their nursery right here, in the heart of Twickenham. Discover a space designed from scratch for you and your family. A place to meet and relax, learn and grow, with a nursery, parents’ coffee & breakfast bar, garden, and a programme of events for the whole family.

They’re committed to offering you a nursery experience like no other; and with N Twickenham, they’ve gone all-out. A converted church, the high-ceilinged space is filled with natural light and clean air (thanks to the hi-spec air filtration system). There are two dedicated art studios and several playrooms with direct access to the garden, where features include a water zone, vegetable patch and mud kitchen. There is also an undercover buggy/scooter park and secure bike lock-up.

Thank you N Twickenham for making our daughter’s first experience of nursery so enjoyable! Everyone is so friendly and caring, nothing is too much bother. The facilities are incredible with an amazing range of toys and activities and to have a garden on site is just fantastic. Not forgetting the delicious
meals (we love seeing the menu each week!). The app is great to keep up to date and we love checking in to see all the fun things they’re up to. Can’t recommend N enough - just wish they’d been around when we were younger!

N Family Club - Twickenham is beautifully designed, the interiors, toys and setting are special. What’s really special however is N Family Club - Twickenham's staff. We have found them to be super caring and responsive, which includes not only our key carer but all the carers in our room, as well as
the superb front of house. My son’s development has really come along since starting back in November 2020 and it’s a credit to them. I’m always wowed by the creativity of the activities and art they create. The quality of nutrition makes me very happy as well. The menu is generally varied and complete. I’ve recommended a number of Mom friends to N Family Club - Twickenham and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!

Our son, now fifteen months old, started at N Family Club - Twickenham nursery when he was twelve months old and we’ve been absolutely thrilled with the whole experience from the start. We had originally intended to send our son to a nursery slightly closer to home but it was one of the best decisions
we’ve made choosing to send him to N Family Club - Twickenham instead. The quality of the environment, the toys and the menu are very high! The staff keep the children engaged and happy with a huge range of different activities each day. There is a lovely garden and outside play area where they spend a lot of time. The updates and photos on the app still make our day! In particular, we have to mention our son’s key person who is just wonderful with our son. All the educators, management and front of the house are so lovely! We have no negative comments and would recommend to anyone!

We were understandably nervous about our eleven-month-old and first child starting nursery, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when we couldn’t spend much time inside on a tour. However, we have been hugely encouraged and relieved to see how happy she has been at N Famly Club - Twickenham. Lots
of smiles at drop off and pick up and she clearly has formed a good bond with her room manager and key workers. She’s doing lots of different activities each day and her confidence and language have developed hugely as a result.
The menu she eats each day looks great and very healthy. The app is really helpful where you can see photos and updates on what she’s eaten and how she’s slept during the day.
The team are friendly and responsive and the buggy store is helpful.

My 2 year old son has walked into the nursery with no tears since day one as the staff as so caring and loving towards him, his brother and our entire family that my son knows it’s safe and fun. The interior is beautiful, toys are thoughtfully sourced and there’s an amazingly designed garden, which
was one of my main reasons for choosing it as not all nursery’s in Twickenham have private gardens. The app is great and updated throughout the day so we can follow all his activities, eating and sleeping habits. The staff do so many creative activities with the kids. My son comes home with new skills or abilities each week including being able to share emotional feelings. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile. I’d highly recommend N Family, Twickenham. Also they have a private chef who provides a menu I’d expect to see in a health food restaurant and he eats it all up. The value for money is great considering the quality of all I’ve mentioned. There’s also a beautiful welcome pack when they start.

I was naturally nervous about putting my baby (11 months) in nursery, especially given the current lockdown status. But from the virtual home-tour, setting up the app, receiving our 'welcome pack' and meeting our key worker, I couldn't have been happier. The team at N Family Club have been so overwhelmingly
helpful, thoughtful and friendly we haven't had any tears at drop-off or pick-up. The range of activities, toys and entertainment they provide has been fantastic, both inside and in the garden where they spend time every day. The menu is incredibly varied and our son has apparently eaten everything offered! His napping isn't great given the amount of things to look and play with, but we're already seeing improvements with the consistent and gentle approach the team set.
Our son's educator and room manager have been especially great; he gives them a huge smile at the beginning and end of the day and it means we concentrate on being at work knowing he is happy and stimulated. Couldn't recommend more!

Yaz began her career in early years after leaving school. She has a Level 4 in early years and has been an educator for the past 8 years.
