Great environment, really caring for the children and everybody knows your name so it feels like a proper family. The children get a lot of activities to develop their motor and overall skills. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family!

We have had our son here for 4 months now (first time at nursery) and could not be happier. The menu is great and the staff are friendly and very attentive. We were nervous about how the transition to nursery would go and they listened to us and put us at ease.

N family is a wonderful nursery, my daughter loves going everyday and joining in the activities. Everyone there is wonderful from the warm welcome Gina gives in the morning to the teams in the room and kitchens plus everyone else! Would recommend this nursery to anyone

N Family Club is a wonderful place and we feel we made the best decision by choosing it to be our son's nursery.
From the first moment we came to visit, we knew N was different and special. It's a place where everyone truly cares. From Gina at the front desk, the managers, wonderful teachers,
chefs and housekeepers. Our son loves going to his nursery and we know he's well looked after and having an engaging and wonderful time.

Highly recommend N Family Twickenham. An amazing team, who are kind, supportive and invested in children's development. Our child has absolutely flourished there, and we're amazed at how much he has learned in such a short period of time. It's a beautiful setting with a lovely big garden for the
children to play (and they do use it a lot) - something that was very important to us when choosing a nursery. Communication has always been great - particularly with management, who are very approachable and quick to respond. A warm, welcoming environment from the moment you step in the door.

N Family - Twickenham has been a fantastic nursery for our two daughters. Our eldest is now at school (left N 16 months ago) and the team at N were amazing in helping us understand her needs and get some local authority support (still not fully diagnosed, likely some ADHD and autism). The team were
brilliant at creating ways to support her that allowed her to develop, and in providing detailed and thoughtful reflections on her and her needs for us and for the authority. The staff was very giving and clearly really cared. Our daughter is now in Year 1 and is doing really well, enjoying school, gregarious and full of joy. N made a major contribution in how far she has come.
Given this, we were always going to send our second daughter to N. She has very different needs (appears neuro-typical) but is equalling thriving.

For us, this nursery was head and shoulders above the others we viewed in the Richmond/Twickenham area. It has proved to be nothing short of fantastic for both of our children.
Staff are enthusiastic and caring - the bonds our children have formed are exceptional. We have really felt that all staff
are passionate about what they do and always go the extra mile. Any issues will be brought to your attention proactively.
The curriculum is excellent - the activities are so well planned, and help develop skills in a fun environment.
The security and safety procedures are exceptional - no one passes the front desk without scrutiny and Gina knows everyone by name even before you have joined the nursery.
The food is spectacular and nutritious, and even the coffee/food bar for adults is great when rushing to catch the nearby train.
At N everyone is a name and a valuable member, rather than a number. It is a warm and friendly and safe place. We only wish our kids could stay forever!

This is a highly professional nursery, fully capable of supporting children should they experience any hardship. We walk 25 minutes from our place to the nursery to allow our child to attend the best in the whole area.

There are so many nurseries in Twickenham, but N Family will always be the first choice for me. Lovely modern premises, a great outdoor space, but most importantly and the key thing, absolutely brilliant staff. All are different but I would say all of the people who have looked after my girls have
been warm, caring, give great updates and parent handovers and impressed me with how they rise to help with developmental challenges. Lovely rooms for babies but also greater prep for pre school in the older rooms.

Our family absolutely loves this nursery. Our daughter started here back in 2022 when she was just one year old, and now our son is attending too - we couldn't be happier with the care and environment they provide.
The staff are incredibly warm, compassionate, and genuinely care about each child.
The nursery is always spotless, well organised, and creates such a positive, nurturing atmosphere. They're also wonderfully accommodating and communicate so well with parents.
The food is amazing - fresh, healthy, and thoughtfully prepared - and we've never had a single bad experience. Every day, our children are excited to go in, which says it all!
We're so grateful to have found this nursery and couldn't recommend it more highly.

This is an excellent nursery with a very dedicated team and a positive and collaborative attitude.
Child's progress and emotional state is communicated openly and honestly and educators are open to feedback and suggestions.

We've had two children at N Family with our youngest half way through. Could not recommend the nursery any higher. Staff, nutrition, updates, events, happiness of our children, their development vs other nurseries and general management of the Twickenham site is exceptional.

N family Twickenham is an amazing nursery, from caring for our kids and all the fun, themed activities they do, to the healthy meals they make for our children on site. I couldn't be happier with the nursery and give extra kudos for how all the staff know your child's name and make you feel like
you're a part of the family. From my first week there, printing off and laminating family photos, to the detailed photos and updates we get. Not to mention the coffee and pastries the adults get on drop off too! What else could you want from a nursery?!

We've had such a positive experience with N Family. From the first day the wonderful team made us feel so welcome and at ease. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and full of happy, engaged children - exactly what you hope for in a nursery.
The team are caring, patient, and really take the time to
get to know each child. Our little one settled in really quickly, and it's been amazing to see their confidence and social skills grow. The activities are varied and creative, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into making each day fun and stimulating.
Communication with parents is excellent - we always know what our child has been up to, and the updates and photos we get are such a lovely touch.
The nursery puts in extra effort to create a community with seasonal events and celebrations, not to mention the added bonuses - coffee and pastries for the parents at drop off, and afternoon snacks for the kids at pick-up!
We couldn't be happier with N Family.

This is an exceptional nursery run by exceptional people. Both of our children have been through the nursery from start to finish. We recommend it to everyone. The facilities will be the obvious initial draw but actually it's the staff & care that's provided that gives the nursery its star factor.

N Family has been the most amazing nursery. They have made the start for our son seamless answering all our questions and making sure he settled in perfectly.

Very pleased with the team at N Family Twickenham. We had to change nursery because the previous place closed down, it was very hard as he was so happy but the team at N Twickenham made us feel very welcomed and did everything for us to have a smooth transition. Our boy is very happy there now,
arriving with a big smile, everyone is so nice and friendly. They listen to us and do their best to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend this nursery.

There was only one choice for us after completing a tour of N Family. The staff are so friendly and make the effort to get to know you and your child. Our daughter has settled very quickly and loves the delicious meals and friendly room staff! The level of communication is exceptional and puts a
parent's mind at ease when settling in. It is wonderful to receive the pictures of her enjoying her day and developing new skills through the well planned activities and trips. I have recommended N Family to many parents and will continue to do so!

My daughter could not be happier at N family Twickenham.
After a terrible experience at another nursery it was like chalk and cheese when we moved her.
The staff are wonderful, they all care so much the children, from the room staff to the Charles the chef and Gina at front office.
My
daughter is a terribly fussy eater and somehow between Charles and her key workers they have her finishing every meal! Delicious healthy food we would never dream of her eating at home.
The trips, parties, sports days and other nursery events are brilliant and give the kids a really well rounded education. And the staff put so much effort into every day activities which we see pictures of each day in the app.
Thank you so much to everyone at N giving our daughter such a wonderful nursery experience

Our daughter has been at N club for a year now and we are very happy with most aspects of her care. The staff, including bank staff, are generally kind and caring and take good care of the children. We are always greeted warmly by the management team including extended family who may do drop
off/pick up. We are kept up to date well in the app with photos and messages. The fresh food is a big bonus and our daughter loves it, and when they help with cooking. They do varied activities and sometimes go on trips out. We would not hesitate to recommend n club to any family.
