N Family Club - Twickenham

When I come to pick up my grandson, I'm immediately struck by how happy everyone is! Staff full of smiles, children full of joy - on occasion there are tears (child, not staff!) but staff cool and calm. The activities are organised and varied - I have 4 older grandchildren (different parents) and was totally unaware that day care could be so stimulating and staff so very keen to make the day so enjoyable and education so exciting!

We highly recommend N Family Nursery to any parent seeking a caring and enriching place for their child's growth.

Superb educational experience for our pre-schooler. Great curriculum with well-considered activities. Great facilities including playground on-site. Food is exceptional with a varied, nutritious menu. Daily updates on the app with lots of great pictures and descriptions of the activities our son has been up to. Also, lots of special events giving parents opportunities to come in, eg Halloween and Christmas parties. Management go above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming - eg. helping us navigate transferring our funding entitlement from a different nursery. Everything of a high standard, would absolutely recommend.

Choosing this nursery was the best decision I've made and couldn't recommend it enough.

The meals provided are amazing, offering a healthy and varied diet that my daughter loves. Additionally, the range of extra activities keeps her engaged and excited about learning. The educational provision is outstanding, with a holistic approach that supports not just academic growth but also emotional and social development. Overall, N Family is a fantastic place for young children to grow, learn, and feel safe. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful environment for my daughter!

Amazing place to send your child. The people are what make a place. The care given, syllabus and thoughtfulness are great. And this place is by far the best! I would have no problem recommending this nursery to other parents regarding the next steps for their child.

We are very grateful that we have found a place with people we can trust, who show kindness and patience in all situations and follow great educational guidance. Excellent nursery with great management, staff and facilities. Very attentive to our family's needs and work very hard to integrate the sibling relationships. Our eldest can already count forwards and backwards, recognises letters and isn't even in preschool yet. The food is top notch and we never have to worry about nutrition on a nursery day.

Our daughter loves the nursery, the activities, the variety of learning topics and the food.

Brilliant nursery, my daughter has been very happy here for 3 years and my second daughter will be starting soon! We couldn't be happier with the staff, setting activities and food. The team always go the extra mile.

A wonderful preschool and nursery with nurturing staff who offer such varied and thoughtful care for the children. Incredible food made by the chef. Excellent communication via the app! Lovely, lovely place. I couldn't recommend more.

We are continuing to have a fantastic experience with N Nursery. In addition to the amazing day-to-day care they provide, in November I gave birth to my second child and the nursery helped us to prepare our daughter for the new arrival and maintain consistency when the baby arrived. As a result our daughter adjusted to life with her new sister amazingly well and we couldn't be more grateful.

My son has been at N Family Club - Twickenham since they opened their doors, about to graduate. We are very happy with the care he has received - the team (management and rooms) consistently go above and beyond. This includes comprehensive care plans for his allergy and also an autoimmune disorder he was diagnosed with in 2023. Not only have they played a huge part in his development since joining, but also his wellbeing/safety despite extra needs at times. I cannot tell you how much this has meant to our peace of mind.

We love this nursery, our girls are so happy here! Highly recommend. The care and consideration from all staff is wonderful and we love all the little extras from the team as a whole. Thank you so much.

N Family is my daughter's first nursery and we are very happy with our choice. The environment is lovely and bright, the food is excellent and the staff are always warm and welcoming. The curriculum is also carefully considered and it makes us so happy to know Maddie is benefiting from lots of fun and engaging age-appropriate activities.

If I had to make the choice again, I would undoubtedly select this nursery without hesitation. It has been a fantastic journey for my child, and I am immensely grateful for the positive impact it has had on his life. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful!

Our son has been going to N Family Club since May 2022 and our experience has been nothing but positive. Love the setting and the staff go above and beyond to meet your and your child’s needs. The curriculum has been a great balance to help nurture our son’s development and give him a bit of structure to the day, which he seems to thrive in. The weekly menus are mouth-watering (I wish I was eating there all day every day!) and were in fact one of the initial draws when looking at the nursery as he is vegan and found other settings to have few or no options. The app is good and keeps you up to date with what your little one is doing, the staff mostly give you one photo update a day (which I feel is enough). They have a good-sized garden but also take the kids out on lots of outings locally which our son loves. About to send our second child there and honestly can’t wait because I know she’ll love it as well. Can’t recommend this nursery enough.

So happy with this nursery and so glad that we picked it for our little boy! Staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating and I will never forget one staff member giving me a massive hug when I was in tears in the first week of leaving my baby.
