N Family Club couldn’t be more excited about their nursery right here, in the heart of Twickenham. Discover a space designed from scratch for you and your family. A place to meet and relax, learn and grow, with a nursery, parents’ coffee & breakfast bar, garden, and a programme of events for the whole family.

They’re committed to offering you a nursery experience like no other; and with N Twickenham, they’ve gone all-out. A converted church, the high-ceilinged space is filled with natural light and clean air (thanks to the hi-spec air filtration system). There are two dedicated art studios and several playrooms with direct access to the garden, where features include a water zone, vegetable patch and mud kitchen. There is also an undercover buggy/scooter park and secure bike lock-up.

I have been so impressed with N Family in Twickenham. From the start, the staff have been so friendly, informative and professional. My daughter absolutely loves it and has developed so much in just the 3-months she has been attending. I really feel that the staff care for her and have created an environment
that feels like home. Also, the food is fantastic!

Starting from the registration process, the N Family staff has been absolutely fantastic. We had been going through a difficult time, full of uncertainties as a family and N Family staff made it incredibly easy for our little boy. It was amazing to watch him connect to his key person almost within two
minutes. The Family app makes it very easy for me to follow up what my boy is doing, how he is, what he ate that day, etc. it makes my job easier at home. My son always comes home happy, which I believe says it all about a nursery.
I highly recommend N Family Club, Twickenham.

Having recently joined N Family Club we have been very pleased with how quickly our daughter has settled in and how welcoming and friendly all the staff have been, and continue to be. She continues to make friends and form strong bonds with the wonderful staff there.


From the day we looked around

we knew it would be a good fit but the team continue to exceed our expectations and it’s very comforting to know that she is in such a wonderful environment. We get lots of updates and the children explore a wide range of activities and places (as well as food). Very happy with our decision to join this nursery and we would highly recommend it.

My son has been at N Family Club - Twickenham for four months and I have been so impressed with the nursery during that time. All the staff, including the admin and management team, are welcoming and friendly, and communicate really well with parents, in person, and on the app. From the regular photo
updates we get, I can see the children in my son's room spend their days doing varied, creative, and stimulating activities. They also spend lots of time outdoors and take regular trips into town, becoming part of the local community. My son has developed so much since arriving there and forged real bonds with both the staff and the other children in his room. He had been with a childminder before and I was a little anxious about him joining a relatively large nursery but I needn't have been concerned. I can drop him off feeling sure that he's happy, safe, and well cared for. There is a genuine warmth to the nursery and I'm so glad we chose it.

We’ve loved our time with N Family Club Twickenham so far. Our daughter only joined a few weeks ago but settled in really quickly and has gone off happily every morning - she looks like she’s doing some great activities, she’s learning a lot and eats really well!

Our experience with N Family Club has been great. Coming out of lockdown and handing over our child for the first time was not easy but our daughter's key worker was sensitive and professional in managing us and giving her the best start to nursery life we could have asked for. We couldn't recommend N Twickenham highly enough. All of the lovely staff are so welcoming and kind to the children (and parents)! It has such a lovely family vibe, our daughter absolutely loves it there. The app that N Twickenham uses is brilliant, keeping us up to date frequently throughout the day
with pictures and videos so we don't miss anything.
We have seen such a leap in our daughter's development since she started at N with improvements in socialising, eating, napping and speaking. We are constantly impressed by the activities planned, the extra educational sessions provided to parents in the evening and of course the amazing menu! We are so glad we decided to send our daughter to N Family Nursery! It has certainly made going back to work worry-free for me as I know how settled and happy my daughter is there. It's a wonderful nursery.

We have found N Family to be an outstanding nursery since our 2.5-year-old daughter started in February 2021. It's apparent from the beginning of the N experience that this is a nursery like no other.
To start, the facilities are excellent, brand new, plenty of light and space, bespoke made toys and
spotless. There is also a fantastic outside space too. The learning 'syllabus' is well structured with N. focusing strongly on emotional development which has really helped our little girl settle in. Food is also superb (almost restaurant like)! However, the stand out thing about N. is the staff who are incredible. From the front of house to educators, room managers and the managers of the nursery itself - everyone is absolutely amazing - smiley, welcoming, informed, thoughtful, considerate and kind. We cannot over-emphasise how fantastic they are!
From the moment we drop our daughter off to the moment we pick her up, we know she is having a wonderful time in the brilliant care that N provides.

We love N Family Twickenham. Our little boy has been going for just over a month and has come on so much in that time. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring and we feel comfortable knowing he’s so well cared for. Everything from the menus to the app is first class - our daily picture updates
mean we never feel like we’re missing out on our sons day. We’d highly recommend!

We love N Family Club - Twickenham! It is home away from home for our son. He absolutely adores the staff and is often mentioning their names when at home. The communication with home is brilliant, the messages are quickly responded to, and the updates throughout the day of activities, food and naps
are really reassuring. The menu is delicious, the toys and equipment brilliantly thought out, and the setting beautiful. We’re really happy to have our son attend N Family Club - Twickenham.

This really is such a fantastic nursery. It is pretty daunting starting your baby at nursery in the middle of a pandemic but the team made it so easy for us and my son settled in really quickly. The environment, garden and food are exceptional and the communication with parents is also very good. But
the most important thing is the staff, who are so enthusiastic, caring and on top of each child's requirements. In particular, my son has food allergies, needs special milk, creams applying and menu adaptations. They deal with this very effectively and professionally, and the food they serve him sounds delicious!

Our daughter has settled into N Family Twickenham very quickly thanks to the fantastic, kind and caring staff. Her room is beautiful with lovely wooden furnishing and toys. The activities and sensory play have been lovely to see, and it's great to be given her creations at pick up time. We have seen
changes in our daughter and she has developed in confidence and independence within weeks of starting! We are very impressed with the healthy meals and snacks. The team always take the time to talk through her day and update us on her progress. The nursery's app is so lovely with daily pictures and videos, very reassuring for a first time Mum! Once our daughter is walking, I'm sure she'll be skipping through the front door to play with her friends and be with the lovely team! I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough and it takes a great weight off my mind to know that she's happy and safe there whilst I'm working!

Thank you N Twickenham for making our daughter’s first experience of nursery so enjoyable! Everyone is so friendly and caring, nothing is too much bother. The facilities are incredible with an amazing range of toys and activities and to have a garden on site is just fantastic. Not forgetting the delicious

N Family Club - Twickenham is beautifully designed, the interiors, toys and setting are special. What’s really special however is N Family Club - Twickenham's staff. We have found them to be super caring and responsive, which includes not only our key carer but all the carers in our room, as well as
the superb front of house. My son’s development has really come along since starting back in November 2020 and it’s a credit to them. I’m always wowed by the creativity of the activities and art they create. The quality of nutrition makes me very happy as well. The menu is generally varied and complete. I’ve recommended a number of Mom friends to N Family Club - Twickenham and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!

Our son, now fifteen months old, started at N Family Club - Twickenham nursery when he was twelve months old and we’ve been absolutely thrilled with the whole experience from the start. We had originally intended to send our son to a nursery slightly closer to home but it was one of the best decisions
we’ve made choosing to send him to N Family Club - Twickenham instead. The quality of the environment, the toys and the menu are very high! The staff keep the children engaged and happy with a huge range of different activities each day. There is a lovely garden and outside play area where they spend a lot of time. The updates and photos on the app still make our day! In particular, we have to mention our son’s key person who is just wonderful with our son. All the educators, management and front of the house are so lovely! We have no negative comments and would recommend to anyone!

We were understandably nervous about our eleven-month-old and first child starting nursery, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when we couldn’t spend much time inside on a tour. However, we have been hugely encouraged and relieved to see how happy she has been at N Famly Club - Twickenham. Lots
of smiles at drop off and pick up and she clearly has formed a good bond with her room manager and key workers. She’s doing lots of different activities each day and her confidence and language have developed hugely as a result.
The menu she eats each day looks great and very healthy. The app is really helpful where you can see photos and updates on what she’s eaten and how she’s slept during the day.
The team are friendly and responsive and the buggy store is helpful.

My 2 year old son has walked into the nursery with no tears since day one as the staff as so caring and loving towards him, his brother and our entire family that my son knows it’s safe and fun. The interior is beautiful, toys are thoughtfully sourced and there’s an amazingly designed garden, which
was one of my main reasons for choosing it as not all nursery’s in Twickenham have private gardens. The app is great and updated throughout the day so we can follow all his activities, eating and sleeping habits. The staff do so many creative activities with the kids. My son comes home with new skills or abilities each week including being able to share emotional feelings. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile. I’d highly recommend N Family, Twickenham. Also they have a private chef who provides a menu I’d expect to see in a health food restaurant and he eats it all up. The value for money is great considering the quality of all I’ve mentioned. There’s also a beautiful welcome pack when they start.

I was naturally nervous about putting my baby (11 months) in nursery, especially given the current lockdown status. But from the virtual home-tour, setting up the app, receiving our 'welcome pack' and meeting our key worker, I couldn't have been happier. The team at N Family Club have been so overwhelmingly
helpful, thoughtful and friendly we haven't had any tears at drop-off or pick-up. The range of activities, toys and entertainment they provide has been fantastic, both inside and in the garden where they spend time every day. The menu is incredibly varied and our son has apparently eaten everything offered! His napping isn't great given the amount of things to look and play with, but we're already seeing improvements with the consistent and gentle approach the team set.
Our son's educator and room manager have been especially great; he gives them a huge smile at the beginning and end of the day and it means we concentrate on being at work knowing he is happy and stimulated. Couldn't recommend more!

Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
