N Family Club - Twickenham

I have two children at N Family Club - Twickenham and they both love it there. Fantastic staff, food and great experience for the kids. I especially love that they make so much effort on bringing the older children out on excursions to build up an N passport - giving them real world experiences which is very creative.

As our first-ever nursery for our firstborn child, we have been so lucky. Loves every minute of it, eats well, sleeps well and plays well. Happy staff, making happy children, making happy families. Well done N Team Twickers!

Wonderful experience. The staff are happy and friendly. Our Daughter is always happy to go in and always happy coming out. She has learnt a lot and continues to improve. Very happy with our experience so far.

Our daughter has been attending N Family Club - Twickenham nursery for 9 months and we couldn’t be happier with it. The facilities and the approach are exactly what we’re looking for (modern, airy, varied curriculum with attention to child’s personality). The team is great, so caring and kind. We feel that they bring their hearts to their jobs. Our daughter settled in quickly, she continues to develop there at pace and comes home happy and smiling. It’s such a great peace of mind to know that she is looked after so well. Oh, and the food looks great!

My daughter has been attending N Family for a year now and she absolutely loves it! The team is very friendly and professional. You can easily see that they truly care about each child and their individual growth. My daughter has learned so much and I am now confident that she is ready to begin preschool, all thanks to the hard work of her exceptional key people.

I have visited many nurseries in the area over the past few years and nothing comes close to N Family in terms of the quality of teaching, dedication of the team and cleanliness/comfort of the actual setting.

My son has been at N Family Club for over a year now and we could not have been happier with the nursery we chose. The staff are wonderful, especially his key workers, and they treat all of the children like their own. It's such a warm, happy, friendly environment and the children have so much fun. The curriculum is also incredibly impressive - my dad worked as a leader in early years education all of his life and said he has never come across a nursery that offers such a well-rounded educational experience for children of this age. We love seeing the photos on the app every day and finding out what he has been eating. The food is also amazing - he very rarely fails to clean his plate at nursery whereas the same unfortunately cannot be said at home!

I have been so impressed with N Family in Twickenham. From the start, the staff have been so friendly, informative and professional. My daughter absolutely loves it and has developed so much in just the 3-months she has been attending. I really feel that the staff care for her and have created an environment that feels like home. Having recently joined N Family Club we have been very pleased with how quickly our daughter has settled in and how welcoming and friendly all the staff have been, and continue to be. She continues to make friends and form strong bonds with the wonderful staff there.

From the day we looked around we knew it would be a good fit but the team continue to exceed our expectations and it’s very comforting to know that she is in such a wonderful environment. We get lots of updates and the children explore a wide range of activities and places (as well as food). Very happy with our decision to join this nursery and we would highly recommend it.

My son has been at N Family Club - Twickenham for four months and I have been so impressed with the nursery during that time. All the staff, including the admin and management team, are welcoming and friendly, and communicate really well with parents, in person, and on the app. From the regular photo updates we get, I can see the children in my son's room spend their days doing varied, creative, and stimulating activities. They also spend lots of time outdoors and take regular trips into town, becoming part of the local community. My son has developed so much since arriving there and forged real bonds with both the staff and the other children in his room. He had been with a childminder before and I was a little anxious about him joining a relatively large nursery but I needn't have been concerned. I can drop him off feeling sure that he's happy, safe, and well cared for. There is a genuine warmth to the nursery and I'm so glad we chose it.

We’ve loved our time with N Family Club Twickenham so far. Our daughter only joined a few weeks ago but settled in really quickly and has gone off happily every morning - she looks like she’s doing some great activities, she’s learning a lot and eats really well!

Our experience with N Family Club has been great. Coming out of lockdown and handing over our child for the first time was not easy but our daughter's key worker was sensitive and professional in managing us and giving her the best start to nursery life we could have asked for. The staff are fantastic, the facilities are brilliant and six months in, our daughter couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

We have seen such a leap in our daughter's development since she started at N with improvements in socialising, eating, napping and speaking. We are constantly impressed by the activities planned, the extra educational sessions provided to parents in the evening and of course the amazing menu! We are so glad we decided to send our daughter to N Family Nursery! It has certainly made going back to work worry-free for me as I know how settled and happy my daughter is there. It's a wonderful nursery.

From the moment we drop our daughter off to the moment we pick her up, we know she is having a wonderful time in the brilliant care that N provides.

We love N Family Twickenham. Our little boy has been going for just over a month and has come on so much in that time. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring and we feel comfortable knowing he’s so well cared for. Everything from the menus to the app is first class - our daily picture updates mean we never feel like we’re missing out on our sons day. We’d highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend it enough. The nursery is very welcoming and the staff caring and really friendly. They gave us all the support during my child's settle in period and continue to support her during her time at the nursery. I feel that my child is safe and cared for while I work. We love N Family Club - Twickenham! It is home away from home for our son. He absolutely adores the staff and is often mentioning their names when at home. The communication with home is brilliant, the messages are quickly responded to, and the updates throughout the day of activities, food and naps are really reassuring. The menu is delicious, the toys and equipment brilliantly thought out, and the setting beautiful. We’re really happy to have our son attend N Family Club - Twickenham.

This really is such a fantastic nursery. It is pretty daunting starting your baby at nursery in the middle of a pandemic but the team made it so easy for us and my son settled in really quickly. The environment, garden and food are exceptional and the communication with parents is also very good. But the most important thing is the staff, who are so enthusiastic, caring and on top of each child's requirements. In particular, my son has food allergies, needs special milk, creams applying and menu adaptations. They deal with this very effectively and professionally, and the food they serve him sounds delicious!
