N Family Club - Twickenham

N family Twickenham is an amazing nursery, from caring for our kids and all the fun, themed activities they do, to the healthy meals they make for our children on site. I couldn't be happier with the nursery and give extra kudos for how all the staff know your child's name and make you feel like you're a part of the family. From my first week there, printing off and laminating family photos, to the detailed photos and updates we get. Not to mention the coffee and pastries the adults get on drop off too! What else could you want from a nursery?!

We've had such a positive experience with N Family. From the first day the wonderful team made us feel so welcome and at ease. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and full of happy, engaged children - exactly what you hope for in a nursery.

The team are caring, patient, and really take the time to get to know each child. Our little one settled in really quickly, and it's been amazing to see their confidence and social skills grow. The activities are varied and creative, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into making each day fun and stimulating.

Communication with parents is excellent - we always know what our child has been up to, and the updates and photos we get are such a lovely touch.

The nursery puts in extra effort to create a community with seasonal events and celebrations, not to mention the added bonuses - coffee and pastries for the parents at drop off, and afternoon snacks for the kids at pick-up!

This is an exceptional nursery run by exceptional people. Both of our children have been through the nursery from start to finish. We recommend it to everyone. The facilities will be the obvious initial draw but actually it's the staff & care that's provided that gives the nursery its star factor.

He seems to love nursery and the care and attention they give to each child is fantastic.

Very pleased with the team at N Family Twickenham. We had to change nursery because the previous place closed down, it was very hard as he was so happy but the team at N Twickenham made us feel very welcomed and did everything for us to have a smooth transition. Our boy is very happy there now, arriving with a big smile, everyone is so nice and friendly. They listen to us and do their best to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend this nursery.

There was only one choice for us after completing a tour of N Family. The staff are so friendly and make the effort to get to know you and your child. Our daughter has settled very quickly and loves the delicious meals and friendly room staff! The level of communication is exceptional and puts a parent's mind at ease when settling in. It is wonderful to receive the pictures of her enjoying her day and developing new skills through the well planned activities and trips. I have recommended N Family to many parents and will continue to do so!

After a terrible experience at another nursery it was like chalk and cheese when we moved her.

The staff are wonderful, they all care so much the children, from the room staff to the Charles the chef and Gina at front office.

My daughter is a terribly fussy eater and somehow between Charles and her key workers they have her finishing every meal! Delicious healthy food we would never dream of her eating at home.

The trips, parties, sports days and other nursery events are brilliant and give the kids a really well rounded education. And the staff put so much effort into every day activities which we see pictures of each day in the app.

Our daughter has been at N club for a year now and we are very happy with most aspects of her care. The staff, including bank staff, are generally kind and caring and take good care of the children. We are always greeted warmly by the management team including extended family who may do drop off/pick up. We are kept up to date well in the app with photos and messages. The fresh food is a big bonus and our daughter loves it, and when they help with cooking. They do varied activities and sometimes go on trips out. We would not hesitate to recommend n club to any family.

I couldn't recommend Nfamily enough. A wonderful, safe place for our granddaughter to spend her early years.

Lovely nursery. All the staff are fab and go above and beyond for the kids. My older son was there and loved it and now my toddler is there and also has a great time, he has never been upset leaving me to go to N as he has such a good time when he goes!

I cannot speak highly enough of N Family Twickenham. From the moment we joined, the level of care has been nothing short of outstanding. The management team run the nursery with professionalism, warmth, and genuine dedication - nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and communication is always clear and supportive.

The staff are truly brilliant - every single member of the team goes above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for the children. It's evident how much they care, and the bond they build with the little ones is remarkable.

The atmosphere is warm, inclusive, and filled with joy, and as a parent it gives me complete peace of mind knowing my child is surrounded by such a committed and passionate team. N Family Twickenham has set the bar incredibly high, and we feel very lucky to be part of this wonderful community.

As my son prepares the leave the nursery for school in a couple of weeks I am sad at the thought his time with N is ending, but so grateful for the care and support he has received over his years here. The team have been amazing and he is such a confident and happy child, ready to take on the next step which is in no small part down to the wonderful start to his education N have given him.

Sending our child to N Family Twickenham has been reassuring knowing she is in safe hands.

I have watched my little one grow more comfortable, more confident, always cared for and listened to and comforted when needed. The transparency between the network is highly commendable and they're always attentive. There are regular forums that take place to ensure that initiatives are being communicated and parent feedback is taken on board to build that family club they take so much pride in. The nursery app ensures parents are kept notified daily- child movements, food intake and toilet trips and all! Photo updates are provided for atleast one activity in the day so you can see how your little one is getting along. The activities provided are a perfect blend between educational and fun so you can watch the children learning whilst having an absolute (supervised and maintained) riot. Highly recommend NTwix!

Couldn't praise this nursery enough. The building itself is stunning, the rooms are all bright, airy and inviting. It always feels so clean. The staff are amazing, we love the app which we get updates and photos on, communication is always good from both room leaders and the management team. We always feel so welcome and our daughter runs in everyday. She's been attending since 10 months and talks about nursery at home, often putting her bag on ready to go on the weekends. Highly recommend!

Really friendly and supportive staff, and I feel like they know my child well! She loves the activities and comes home happy every day. Staff were really helpful with our move to the nursery age 2. The outdoor space in particular is lovely.

My daughter starts school in September and we are all very sad to be leaving N.

Special thanks to all her teachers over the years who have been amazing, the front of house staff, the management and the chefs who are outstanding!

The staff are friendly, caring, and always open to any questions or concerns. It's a warm, welcoming place where our daughter feels safe and happy.

She loves the activities, and is always excited to go. The food is great, and the daily updates with photos help us stay connected to her day.

We feel so lucky to have found such a supportive and caring environment.
