Bright Horizons Didcot is a fantastic setting with excellent staff who are always friendly and helpful. My daughter has had the best time in their preschool and this has been a huge stepping stone into her transition to reception this September. Highly recommended.

Our daughter has been a resident in the nursery part-time from 13 months old and is thriving in the care of the team here. We moved out of the immediate area in February but couldn't bring ourselves to move nursery as she is clearly so happy and settled. In recent months the dedication and commitment of the team towards the safety and wellbeing of our daughter has really shone through. I'm now dreading the day she has to move on to big school! Thank you team!

Both of my children have thrived here - they have strong connections with their keyworkers, and feel fully supported and engaged.

We were lucky enough to be part of the nursery pre-Covid - so could come into the classrooms and see all of the fun activities.

With 6-months off nursery due to Covid and then returning but to a new nursery that we hadn't been able to visit, we were really nervous, however, the team there have been amazing and really helped not only our little boy in settling but also put our mind at ease too. All the staff are friendly and professional, and they have really made it feel at home even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. Our little boy comes out laughing and happy every day. The variety of food he gets it's fantastic, and the activities he is getting involved are varied and help him learn. We would really recommend Bright Horizons Didcot to anyone.

Let's all agree that these last six months have been challenging. Yet through these difficult times, the team at Bright Horizons have been supportive, flexible and understanding. It is delightful to have a team almost back to "normal" which has been brilliant. The joy one hears when the kids go back home and describe the events of the day is just the tip of the fun iceberg! The kids have been enjoying every moment and are thrilled to see their friends. Through these difficult times, the team at Bright Horizons are keeping us updated with the new regulations, despite the changes every week by the Government! They continue to take loving care of our angels, giving them care and nurture them to grow up to have their own personality - as parents, I would like to thank the team at Bright Horizons for their stellar support they continue to give this community.

Having moved here from another nursery in January 2020, I have nothing but praise for the wonderful warm setting my child currently attends.
Knowing your child is safe and well whilst you go to work on a daily basis is such a relief for any mother. They not only look after your children but encourage and stimulate them to learn and better themselves. They noticed very quickly that my son was getting bored and needed to be pushed up a class. I cannot thank you enough for the time, effort and professionalism you give to each of these kids. I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

It is also clean and looked after, and the food is outstanding.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough, my Son absolutely loves everything about it. The friendly staff, his friends, the activities and the food. He has developed incredibly well under the watchful eye of the amazing staff, they support everything you ask of them and I cannot ask anything more. Thank you!

The nursery is good and taking good care of the child. I would like to recommend to my family and friends.

One suggestion, it will be good if we can get an online summary of the daily routine summary rather than the paper.

My son is very happy at this nursery and his with carers. He is back now after 7-months off due to the covid crisis and was happy to return. The nursery site is new and one of the best I have seen locally. The garden is lovely and very spacious as are the rooms.

The girls in his room are friendly and caring.

Pre the Covid-19 pandemic, my child attended up to 30hrs a week regularly and I am a key worker. During lockdown, I removed my child out of conscience at the strain the nursery was under, with the verbal assurance that we "would not lose our place" and when I needed to place him back, both the Branch and Head Office didn't care or offer any solutions. They left us completely disenfranchised as a family. Other children were welcomed back but not our child. They completely failed us as a provider and ignored our call to their complaints officer, who promised it would be actioned immediately. We never heard from them again. No transition meeting in preparation for school start. Our ratings for Management and Value for Money reflect this.

Since moving to the area, I had viewed at least 6 different nursery/daycare settings and none of them compared to this one. On the moment I was welcomed into the building we were in awe of the standards of cleanliness, care and the children in all rooms were happy! I didn’t hear any children crying!!
My son settled very quickly in the oak 2 toddler room because all the staff and the room leader made such a big effort to get to know us and the relationships formed naturally, it was such a relief for me. Being in the childcare industry myself for over 11 years, I can honestly say this nursery speaks for itself.

Would highly recommend to all.

My twin boys attend in the Williow's room and I am really happy with the care they receive and have no complaints about anything. The boys have a great bond with their key person and have really settled in since moving from the baby room. Management team are supportive and help me when I am feeling anxious and are always there to talk to if I need them. My son is really into the stacking toys and his brother loves the trains, there is a wide variety of toys on offer. A good mixture of free play and planned activities and we can really see the benefits showing at home. We are happy and have recommended the nursery to friends and family.

Our daughter starting nursery was going to be one of the most daunting experiences, but the team and her keyworker, in particular, have been fantastic and made it a lot easier for us to be happy to leave her. My daughter now enjoys nursery so much it’s like a second home. Thank you Didcot Day Nursery.

Only just moved to the area but this is a fantastic nursery. I was with a Bright Horizons before and will always recommend them again to other parents as it’s excellent in a multitude of ways. I always feel safe in the knowledge that though I need to leave my children and go to work they are in the safest hands possible until I return, they give you a huge peace of mind.

I have found the staff to be very professional, patient and attentive to children at this well-managed and quite spacious nursery. The staff in fact even reaches out to update us with any changes in the child's mood or social behaviour - apart from any health concerns she may have.

I love this nursery and I can’t recommend highly enough.
My daughter is 2.5 yo and been attending Bright Horizons Didcot for the past 4 months. She absolutely loves it.
The staff is really friendly and caring, and she loves her key person so much that they are like a family member now.
The nursery is very clean, they have a healthy menu, and they always make sure at the end of the day, to provide a full description of the kids day at the nursery.
The admin staff is also very nice and willing to help, in any question or problem you might have.

I’m very pleased with Bright Horizons Didcot, and they deserve all the positive feedback for their hard work, to provide the kids with such an amazing atmosphere, and create in them lovely memories of childhood.

My daughter is in the age 2-3-year-old room and absolutely loves coming to nursery. Since starting at this setting four months ago, she has developed and progressed in leaps and bounds. Her speech, exploration and reasoning skills are amazing. She has started to recognise letters and numbers, read independently and listen in a group. She is a determined and confident girl who has exceptional care and encouragement from all the ladies in her team. I am delighted with her key person and all the staff in her room.
