My daughter has been going to this nursery for almost 2 years and she loves it. I can say she is thriving since day one. The activities are planned to the detail and expose kids to so many interesting things. The staff is all very friendly, and always ready to give a comforting cuddle when kids most need. The management team is always on top of everything and answer promptly to any questions we might have. I highly recommend this nursery.

Our children have attended this nursery since 2020 right from around the age of 9 months up till school-starting age. Overall we've had a fantastic experience here, the boys have excelled. The staff really care for the children and promote development and wellness in each individual. Communication with the nursery is always excellent with immediate access via an app. They post updates on feeding, playing and post pics so we are always involved. We will miss the team lots!

Our child attended this nursery for four years, and we truly couldn't recommend it more highly. The entire team is absolutely brilliant-consistently going above and beyond to create a caring, nurturing environment. One standout aspect is the food: the kitchen prepares fresh, healthy meals every day and is always accommodating when it comes to dietary or health-related needs. Most importantly, the nursery provides excellent developmental support, ensuring each child has what they need to thrive. We're incredibly grateful for the care and dedication shown throughout our child's time there.

My son spent about 2 years at this nursery, and we've had such a great experience. The staff are warm, patient, and genuinely care about the kids. My little one grew so much here. It always felt like a safe, happy place where he looked forward to going every day. If we weren't moving soon, we would definitely have stayed even longer. We're truly sad to be leaving-huge thanks to all the teachers for their care and dedication over the past two years

A staff member informed my daughter that she is not her mother, which understandably upset her greatly. Consequently, I felt it necessary to withdraw her from the nursery promptly. Since then, my daughter has been flourishing beautifully.

When our previous nursery closed at short notice, we moved to Bright Horizons Didcot and have been thoroughly impressed by so many aspects of the setting. The staff are friendly, attentive and really care about our two children, who have formed great bonds and really thrived. The management team in particular have made every effort to accommodate our needs and made us feel valued. Despite having to move setting again for our personal circumstances, we'll always fondly remember our time with the nursery. A huge thanks and best wishes to the entire team!

I have currently got 2 of my children at the Bright horizons day nursery and couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Nursery. It feels safe and secure, staff are caring and always gives you a warm welcome. We have one child in babyroom and one in Preschool and both of them love it. We cherish the bond our children have created over the years with both friends and staff. Communication have always been very good, all from letting us know that a child has settled and is happy again after drop off or just general information.

Pretty much all the staff we have dealt with has been great. Our kids have the best time and the activities they do are really good. Updates on the kids is also very clear. While there has been occasion where information has been missed, that doesn't take away from the excellent work we think they do with the kids. Especially with helping them settle in. OSHA through to preschool has been a very good experience and I'd like to say keep up the good work team!

Both my children have attended from babies until school age. They've always thoroughly enjoyed the nursery and were happy to be dropped off. They were always smiling when we picked them up. The staff are friendly and good with children. They seem to do a lot of fun activities for the children. The management team have always been fast to answer any questions e.g with finances. Very pleased with the nursery.

We had a fantastic experience from the baby room up to pre-school. The staff are caring and helpful, and they have setup convenient systems for parents. They setup amazing activities in a great setting and our child has always loved the food. Our child is vegetarian and this has been no problem! They helped our child develop and be ready for their next steps and we feel lucky to have had such a great nursery near to us.

Great nursery, professionally run and really great safeguarding protocols. A big improvement from our nursery in London. Staff are always attentive to your child's needs and there are not a lot of temporary staff (ie your child gets consistent face to face with their key worker).

My daughter started with Bright Horizons Didcot Day Nursery and Preschool in March 2023, she settled so quickly with welcoming and supporting staff. We can get detailed updates about her day-to-day activities. Staff always went over and above to make her happy. She initially took her time to get used to food in nursery, staff were eating the same food with her to encourage her eating. My daughter always looks forward to going to nursery. She has a few transitions as she progresses to different rooms and with different key workers, all of them have been great. As parents, it's hard to leave your child away from you while working long days but staff looked after her so well which gave such a happy experience for my daughter, made it easy. Early foundation age of child is so important and staff take it seriously and help them to flourish in individual wayd. We had a very positive experience. Thank you so much.

We are with Bright Horizons Didcot Day Nursery and Preschool for a year now and they are amazing. They are doing a fantastic job with the kids. The staff are very friendly and polite and always they are willing to help you with any concerns. My kid enjoys his time there and he is going every day with a big smile on his face.

This is our second child at the Bright Horizons Didcot and we couldn't be happier. Our 16 month is always happy to go to nursey, they do such fun activities for the children and take great care of the children. All the staff are so friendly and caring towards the children. I would thoroughly recommend the nursey to everyone.

Absolutely brilliant nursery and preschool. Our daughter is just about to start school, having been here for four years and I can honestly say that the team across the whole nursery, from the baby room through to preschool, chefs, leadership and support staff, are simply fabulous. So friendly, warm and caring, and they are so good with the children. Amazing memories have been made over the years and lots of learning through play. The graduation event for preschool was so special too - thank you to the whole team for giving this year's preschool children such a wonderful event (and a lovely event for us parents to be part of too). I am so glad we chose you to look after our little one - you're all superstars. I've loved seeing the updates through the day of what she's been up to, getting pictures and working together with you to give our child the best support and love to help her succeed. Thank you for helping her grow to be ready for the next adventure at school! We will miss you all.

To the wonderful Didcot Bright Horizons Team. Just a quick note to say a massive thank you for the amazing graduation ceremony you put on for the kids! On the hottest day of the year, no less! You all deserve medals for pulling that off so smoothly. The garden looked fantastic, and having two film characters there was pure genius - the kids were over the moon! You could see the joy and excitement on their faces, and it was all thanks to your hard work and planning. Honestly, you guys should be proud of yourselves. You've created some magical memories for our little ones (and us parents too). We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate. Our little one will be talking about this for the rest of the year. Thanks again for everything from all of us!

Cannot rate the nursery highly enough. They have always been so great with our two children. The communication is good, both throughout the day, giving updates and with the office. The staff are, without exception, really warm and friendly and genuinely care about the children in their care. One of our children has additional needs and they were excellent at helping us navigate our way into the extra services that she needed. We feel very lucky to have had this nursery on our doorstep.

My son started nursery last year and he has been loving it. He likes playing outside so the school's outside facilities give him the chance to play and explore. He was not speaking well when he started and there has been a massive improvement since. He has more words now and he speaks more clearly.

Since our daughter has moved over to Bright Horizons Didcot Day Nursery and Preschool she has grown so much in confidence and skills and has built up a strong network of friends to enjoy each nursery day with. The team are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to build a strong connection with our daughter. It is great receiving the daily updates too with pictures of the variety of activities that our daughter is involved with. We couldn't be happier with the service that is provided.

Facilities are good at nursery but I really hope that during the first week of baby joining daycare, to ease settling process for mother and baby both, should allow few hours to spend with baby in daycare. Mainly considering no half day allowed anymore.
