Bright Horizons Farnham Day is a beautiful nursey offering outstanding care to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Located on Wilkinson Way, between David Lloyd Farnham and Farnham Rugby Club, the nursery offers on-site parking and a buggy storage area, ensuring drop-off and pick-up times are as safe and convenient as possible.

They have rooms that are dedicated to all ages, to support your child’s individual development.

The separate baby room for children up to 18 months old offers age-appropriate toys and their own baby garden to explore the outdoors in a safe and fun environment.

In their preschool room, the little explorers are encouraged to be independent while still being guided, and when the time comes for them to join the ready-for-school room, the children will be taught the skills to further support them and their parents with the important transition to school.

The nursery’s garden is a beautiful expansive outdoor area designed for all ages to play in a safe environment with a sheltered sandpit and a climbing frame. The nursery also boasts a cornered off area for their four chickens. The children love patting the friendly chickens and learning how to look after them.

At Bright Horizons they understand the importance of community enrichment and take the children on regular walks to enjoy and become familiar with their local surroundings. They also visit local nursing homes on a fortnightly basis, with youth and wisdom both benefiting and learning from each other.

Thank you so much to all the staff at the Farnham Bright Horizons nursery. Our son absolutely loves going to nursery and that makes it so much easier. The staff members are very caring, they all seem to know our son by name and you get the feeling that everyone works well together to create a harmonious,
carefree environment for our children. I love the events they do with the kids, arts, crafts, yoga, outdoor play, fancy dress events, PJ day. There is always something fun going on. I am half American so I was really touched when they did a special craft for our son for Thanksgiving. I especially appreciated that the nursery was open between Christmas and New Years as I had to work so it was amazing to have that support, with the nursery even being open normal hours on Christmas eve. The staff are friendly and conscientious, always sharing information on development, behaviour and achievements and keeping us informed on any concern. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Our son went to this nursery from the age of nine months to 20 months. The baby room was fantastic but as soon as he moved into the Discovers room, the quality of care went downhill. We faced many problems in this room which resulted in us having to leave the nursery. We tried to work with the management
and staff to resolve the issues but after multiple meetings, we got nowhere. Our son was bitten four times in three days by the same child in his room, their solution was to move our son into a different room. This upset his routine and instead of them working to fix the issue they took the easy route which was to move our son as they didn't want to single out the other child. We were also disappointed by the turnover of staff, our son had multiple key workers making the scheme worthless. There were very few structured activities and children always seemed to be crying when I picked up my son. The quality of food was poor and the evening "tea" was always sandwiches, again taking the easiest/cheapest option.

My son joined at 8 months and the baby class staff (especially two of them) were exceptional in helping him transition and feel safe and comfortable. Now he gets excited with drop-offs, which is lovely to experience. He loves the daily outdoor play and educational activities they plan. As a working

Great nursery, very happy with the staff and level of activities. Variety of food is great. My little one always comes home very happy, talking about his day and the fun he has had.
Negative: concerned by the injuries he has come home with from other children - scratched face and large bite marks.

We are happy with the nursery. My daughter really enjoys being here and has come on so much with her speech, confidence and various other things. The staff are fantastic, everyone knows her name when we are in the reception hallways, which shows they care.

My daughter has been at Farnham Day Nursery since January. She is always happy to attend and always has warm faces to welcome her. After an initial wobbly start (3 key workers over 4 months) we're really happy with the way Bright Horizons have turned things around especially since the Ofsted. There is now much more structure, clear learning/activities goals and regular updates. In addition, our daughter has a great relationship
with her keyworker and her pace of development has increased.

I am highly impressed so far with the staff at Farnham, my daughter has recently started in the baby room and the staff have done everything to ensure she settles well into her new environment. There are always fantastic activities for her to get involved in, a huge variety of toys and an amazing outside
space. The nursery has excellent allergy management provisions in place; and ensure my daughter (who has food allergies) is catered for appropriately at all meal times.


I am very happy with this nursery and would 100% recommend to others.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool for over a year now. It really is a fantastic nursery, the facilities are amazing. He is full time and there are always different activities set up daily to keep him entertained. The outside space is incredible and they use
this really well. He has unrestricted access to the garden, all the staff are lovely and caring. He’s made really strong attachments with the girls in his room, thank you to everyone at Farnham and keep up the hard work.

Brilliant nursery with great facilities. It really is a home from home for my daughter and she loves playing in the garden. Seeing your child happy is one of the best things in the world.
My child attended Bright Horizons from 9 months, I was apprehensive, to say the least.
Settling in days reassured me my little girl would be fine and the staff were supportive.
My child has thrived through the activities set and enjoys
eating with other children.
The nursery has been great with allergies and she had a varied meal plan.
The staff have been great at giving me ideas for play and meal ideas.
I cannot recommend the nursery enough.

We are so happy with Bright Horizons. It is a fantastic nursery for our son who has been there for over a year (now 2). The staff are brilliant, very kind, knowledgeable, caring and encouraging and the building is only a year old and custom designed. The whole set up is great.

Bright Horizons in Farnham is fantastic. Both my boys (1y and 2y) are incredibly happy attending the nursery. The staff is exceptional in all criteria’s. My children and not only stimulated in an educational way but also loved by the staff which makes my day at work enjoyable knowing my boys are cared
for with great attention. The food is amazing and catered to my child’s needs. I get comprehensive feedback at the end of children’s day.

I moved my daughter here, age 2, from another childcare setting and couldn’t have made a better decision. Despite a little reluctance at first from my daughter(!), the staff made the transition as smooth as possible and within a few weeks she was running in to nursery happy as anything and has continued
to do so ever since. Her speech and communication have progressed so much since she started and we are so pleased with how well she is getting on, how much she is getting out of the experience and more importantly how much she loves being there.

We moved my son to this nursery last summer and I've had no problems. The staff are all great - very enthusiastic and caring about the children. They offer a great facility, a brilliant range of activities and experiences for the children and it is evolving all the time. I'm so impressed by the team's
constant efforts to do well and to do better. It's so easy for these places to become complacent when they are doing well but I don't see this here. I only wish they'd been open earlier.

My son is always extremely excited when he knows it's his day at Bright Horizons. He absolutely loves it here and shows on his face. All the girls are very welcoming and always have time to talk about the days activities. My son has a special bond with the deputy manager, which always makes me feel
relaxed knowing she is around when I'm not.
He loves the outside freedom that the centre offers, I have not known another setting to have this space or freedom to use.
Food is freshly made each day which is amazing !!
The center is spotless each day ready for the children to have more fun.
I wish Bright Horizons Farnham had opened many years ago so I would have stayed longer.

I visited the Bright Horizons Nursery in Farnham for the launch day and met the manager and the rest of the team who were also supported by upper management showing clear, visible and demonstrable leadership.


Led by the manager, the team were extremely welcoming, patient, professional yet personable

and very keen to listen and respond to any question regardless how trivial.


Everything is perfectly organised, a considerable amount of resource has gone into the nursery and would be considered to be 'Best In Class'. A model and leading example for others to follow, from curriculum to the facilities. The kitchen for the children is absolutely fabulous, I can't wait to taste the cakes!


I'm really? excited about our daughter attending the nursery, it's so exciting and the wealth of experience, the passion and energy of every member of the team was overwhelming. If you could capture it, it would be priceless!

Excellent nursery - the staff are fantastic, so welcoming, caring and extremely professional. The nursery itself is clean, spacious and has everything my children need to learn and play. The garden is also huge and creates the perfect outdoor area for more fun and games.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons since they opened and can be nervous in new environments but loves it there! The facilities are great and the staff are lovely and friendly and seem to really care about each child. I would highly recommend the nursery.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Tracy has been with Bright Horizons for over a year, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in childcare and an NNEB qualification. She has taken on various roles, from Nursery Nurse to Senior Manager, motivated by her strong belief in the significance of early years in children's lives and development. Her dedication to creating nurturing environments where children can thrive has been a key aspect of her career in early years education. She takes great joy in observing the developmental milestones children reach through carefully planned activities.


With a zest for life, Tracy firmly believes that childcare should be both fun and educational. Her true passion lies in outdoor activities, where she sees children gaining invaluable experiences from being in nature. Building relationships and supporting her team are among her strengths.


Outside of work, Tracy enjoys building items from reclaimed wood, gardening, cooking, and socialising with friends and family.
