Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool

I couldn't have picked a better nursery for my daughter, she has thrived since joining at 9 months old. She is now coming up 2 and loves her time at BH. The staff could not be more kind and caring, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable leaving your little one in their hands. Thank you BH Farnham.

We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff have been very supportive and patient in helping my son settle in and he's now formed a really lovely bond with them. Since starting, his development has come along so much, and we've seen real progress in his confidence and learning - it's clear he enjoys his time there! I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to any parent.

Everyone is so friendly welcoming and puts you at ease. I love seeing the photos on the app of my daughter's day and the updates on her progress.

Whenever I drop-off/pick-up, the staff are always very friendly and attentive and the children all look very happy to be there. The nursery is always clean and bright and airy and unless the weather is really terrible, the children always have time outside. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

As a father of a child with Special Educational Needs, I am deeply grateful for the exceptional support and care provided by the staff. Their expertise, compassion, and individualised approach have significantly boosted my child’s confidence, social skills, and communication abilities. The inclusive and nurturing environment has facilitated remarkable progress. Our overall experience has been outstanding.

In addition, our child suffers with severe allergies, which makes us incredibly nervous, but the procedures and additional controls put in place to ensure their safety have been exemplary.

Very happy with the purpose-built facilities. My daughter is thriving and I can see the development she’s making in their care. The indoor and outdoor activities in the garden. The app is a huge benefit to me as someone who travels to know how my daughter is eating and sleeping, as well as the pictures to see more about her day. The menus cater to the age group and I’d be quite happy having the dishes I am seeing my daughter eating. The team are friendly and engaged. Security is also well-catered for which reassures me. Special thanks to management.

The Tracys who cover the nursery could not be more helpful and no ask is too much as we juggle day-to-day, last-minute changes and even hold the baby so I can have an uninterrupted drop off in the mornings - or the staff who are so friendly and constantly give the kids the most amazing food - they all make it the wonderful place it is!

My daughter absolutely loves Bright Horizons Farnham. We recently moved into the area and we’re worried about her being unsettled but the staff have been so lovely and welcoming that we haven’t had any issues settling in. The staff always have lovely positive things to report and my daughter can’t wait to return. Really happy with our choice of setting.

Excellent nursery, the staff are so friendly and really care about the children. The outside space is great and there are always planned activities each day for the children to support their learning and independence.

The nursery provides outstanding care, and the facilities are well-maintained. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my child has a positive experience, which truly sets them apart from other childcare providers.

My daughter’s development advanced very quickly and her social skills also improved. Since joining the nursery, she’s learned to feed herself, sing and dance along to her favourite nursery rhymes and also started walking (much quicker than we expected). She is very happy at the nursery and I am even happier knowing my little one is well taken care of while I am at work.

I, personally, can’t recommend Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool enough, my little boy loves going to nursery, my little boy's favourite thing is outdoor play and their outside area is amazing which he loves to play in every time he’s at nursery. He also has a brilliant bond with a few of the teachers there.

I feel like my daughter is looked after very well and is stimulated. All staff are very friendly. My child is always very happy when I pick her up. I feel like I am informed well of her day and listened to when I have any questions or issues.

So far, Bright Horizons Farnham is worth all the outstanding credit they are given as they are such.

My toddler settled in with ease and always seemed to enjoy going. The team leader of her room and the key person were very caring and reliable; I always felt so confident leaving her there. I’d highly recommend this nursery to any parents.

They consistently let themselves down in two key areas. Staff turnover and branch-level management. The key two are clearly linked, although it appears they'd rather lose good staff rather than pay them enough to keep them. Add poor/inconsistent management and you will always have a revolving door of staff.

Our son absolutely loves nursery. His communication has come on leaps and bounds since going and he loves telling us about all the friends he has played with at nursery each day. He looks forward to going to nursery each day and we love the fact that we get regular updates on what he is up to throughout the day and what he eats etc, on the parent portal, including photos. The menu is also really good. My only wish was I could also go there for my meals! Communication with the staff is also really good and the staff are quick to respond to any queries. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to other parents.

Fantastic nursery. Lovely group of people who are looking after our little boy incredibly well. Great balance of professionalism with a really personal approach. Would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for a great nursery in the Farnham area.
