Bright Horizons Farnham Day is a beautiful nursey offering outstanding care to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Located on Wilkinson Way, between David Lloyd Farnham and Farnham Rugby Club, the nursery offers on-site parking and a buggy storage area, ensuring drop-off and pick-up times are as safe and convenient as possible.

They have rooms that are dedicated to all ages, to support your child’s individual development.

The separate baby room for children up to 18 months old offers age-appropriate toys and their own baby garden to explore the outdoors in a safe and fun environment.

In their preschool room, the little explorers are encouraged to be independent while still being guided, and when the time comes for them to join the ready-for-school room, the children will be taught the skills to further support them and their parents with the important transition to school.

The nursery’s garden is a beautiful expansive outdoor area designed for all ages to play in a safe environment with a sheltered sandpit and a climbing frame. The nursery also boasts a cornered off area for their four chickens. The children love patting the friendly chickens and learning how to look after them.

At Bright Horizons they understand the importance of community enrichment and take the children on regular walks to enjoy and become familiar with their local surroundings. They also visit local nursing homes on a fortnightly basis, with youth and wisdom both benefiting and learning from each other.

My daughter loves the nursery and looks forward to the half and full days she spends there. The staff are fantastic, I think my daughter would probably swap me for one or two of them! Management also extremely helpful.

Our son has been at the nursery for two years. I can't recommend it enough to parents who are looking into childcare for their babies and toddlers. The staff are lovely and understanding of any concerns we raise and are super responsive. I can feel they care about the children and the work they do.
Our son has developed in leaps and bounds because of this and I am so glad we chose Farnham over other nurseries in the area.

I am so impressed with this nursery. They go above and beyond to teach and look after my daughter. When she first started, she would cling to the teachers and not join in with anything, now she's making new friends and joining in with group activities. Her speech has developed so much, as well as her
general skills, I couldn't be any happier! My daughter is also a very fussy eater and refused most food offered during the first couple of months. She has not only started eating some things at nursery, but also trying new foods there, which helps me out massively! I can't fault Bright Horizons Nursery at all. Thank you for everything you've done so far.

As my children get older, I can see amazing leaps in their development, particularly since my eldest moved into pre-school. I have no doubt they will prepare her brilliantly for big school. She absolutely loves it at pre-school and is supported to make some wonderful friendships.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all the wonderful staff at my daughter's nursery. She has attended three days a week from eighteen months to four years of age. The staff have supported me and really helped her development through each stage.
It's such a lovely feeling to drop a very happy
little girl off in the morning, so excited to go in and see her friends and staff. She loves going to nursery! As a parent, I couldn't ask for more. In September she'll start school and although she's super excited and definitely ready, we'll miss nursery so much.

Bright Horizons Farnham has been an amazing place for my 15-month son, he has been going there since he was 6 months old. I have seen all the positive developments in him, staff are amazing and very helpful. They keep us updated with his progress at all times.


He loves it so much that he claps and

wants to open the car door as soon as he sees his nursery. What more do I need to say now.

Since returning back to nursery from lockdown, my son has transitioned into the discoveries room from explorers and has built an incredible relationship with his new key worker. She is absolutely fantastic at her role and my son is happy and content when being dropped off in the morning and when I pick
him up of an evening. Because of the current pandemic, parents drop off outside and the management get the children from the rooms of an evening. This is a smooth process that seems to work effectively and quickly! My son's keyworker makes sure that he comes home with a detailed day sheet of activities he’s done throughout the day. I can’t recommend this nursery enough, my little one loves it, and thanks to his keyworker, he is excelling at his primary development stages.

My boys have attended this nursery since they were each 10-months-old, and they absolutely love it here. The facilities are amazing, and the outdoor space is unrivalled by any other local nursery I’ve seen, so if your children have lots of energy to burn, this is the place to be. The staff are so friendly,
professional and loving creating a nurturing environment, which has supported my boys every step of their development. It has been so lovely to see them grow and to see the bond the team creates with all the children. The team here as managed the restrictions around the pandemic brilliantly, helping our boys to understand what they need to do to stay safe and why, whilst also continuing to create a fun learning environment where they have continued to thrive. I couldn’t wish for a better start to their education.

Our youngest daughter has recently started here and our eldest daughter, who was in her final months of Preschool around the time of the national lockdown, sadly had her last few months of nursery cut short. I say sadly because our eldest enjoyed her time at BH Farnham so much and still speaks fondly
of it now that she is at school. The Preschool team and manager are excellent.
Our youngest has settled in so well and is quickly becoming familiar and settled there which is a huge relief as she was at home for a lot longer than planned but the transition has gone really well. The staff are kind and caring and have adapted so well to a really tough situation and that the children still are so happy is testament to their knowledge and experience.

The whole team at Bright Horizons Farnham are fantastic. We love the purpose-built building and the play area. The staff genuinely care about the children they look after. Ready for school and preschool are particularly impressive. My child's teacher is perfect and we feel very happy with our experience.

My little one joined Bright Horizons at the age of 1 yr old in Nov 19. After a well designed settle-in period he started a 2 day a week stay and seemed to instantly love it. Every handover felt really positive and his key worker gave me a rundown of the activities and developments each day. He thoroughly
enjoys his time there clearly. He went back on 1/6 at 18months after lockdown and is clearly loving it! He talks about friends he interacts with (says their names), his key workers, the food he eats and the songs he sings. He has clearly flourished at Bright Horizons I am sad I can't see him in his room when I pick him up (understandably) I am comforted that he is loving his time there and the key workers keep me up to date with daily sheets & keep him safe - Thank you

Our son started at 11-months, and we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The staff have gone over and above their roles to ensure he settled in and even napped! The staff have always been welcoming and give lovely feedback at handovers - we also enjoyed seeing his learning story and having
his first parents' evening!
They seem to have a good balance between organised activities and free play with our son being able to potter as he likes, but being given the chance to do more creative activities. The facilities and outdoor space are excellent, and the chef does a fantastic job (she is a particular favourite with our son as she is the bringer of bananas!).
They have managed all the transitions in a thoughtful manner and kept us informed during the COVID-19 closures.

My daughter has been attending since the age of 2 and will be leaving for school next month.
Bright Horizon Farnham is a fantastic nursery. I have used 3 nurseries for my 2 children due to moving house and this has been the best. The quality of the staff has been outstanding and made a real difference.
They really care about your child, get to know - well and then support them. Feedback and 2 way communication is good and allows your child to develop.
The addition of the schoolroom for those leaving for school has been exceptional. The activities and ability to focus for these older children has really allowed my daughter to come on with a noticeable difference. She is truly ready for school.
I can’t thank the nursery enough for the care, And support given. I am so pleased I made the move to Bright Horizons and I thoroughly recommend.

Very disappointed with this nursery despite several recommendations from local parents. Disinterested manager throughout the tour and registrations. The facilities look fantastic but the children weren’t engaged and several were very upset. The settle in period was disorganised. No one seemed to know
we were coming and nothing was ready. My child seemed happy there so we decided that that was more important but the communication through COVID19 has been horrendous so we have withdrawn our child. I would not recommend this nursery.

My husband and I are very pleased with how the nursery here is run. My child is in a very stable and happy environment in his room. The staff continuity has been amazing and it has benefited his learning and development. He has varied and interesting days every day at nursery and the staff always make
sure that he is learning and progressing through his early years' development. We particularly like the outside space and open doors at this nursery.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Tracy has been with Bright Horizons for over a year, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in childcare and an NNEB qualification. She has taken on various roles, from Nursery Nurse to Senior Manager, motivated by her strong belief in the significance of early years in children's lives and development. Her dedication to creating nurturing environments where children can thrive has been a key aspect of her career in early years education. She takes great joy in observing the developmental milestones children reach through carefully planned activities.


With a zest for life, Tracy firmly believes that childcare should be both fun and educational. Her true passion lies in outdoor activities, where she sees children gaining invaluable experiences from being in nature. Building relationships and supporting her team are among her strengths.


Outside of work, Tracy enjoys building items from reclaimed wood, gardening, cooking, and socialising with friends and family.
