Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons, Farnham for 18 months, and we couldn't be happier. From the start, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for, helping her settle in with such warmth and patience. She has flourished here - her confidence, speech, and independence have grown so much, and she runs in each morning full of excitement. The environment is bright, clean, and nurturing, with plenty of creative and stimulating activities both indoors and outside. The staff are incredible - kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Communication with parents is excellent, and we love receiving updates and photos of her day. We're so grateful for the love and care everyone shows our daughter. Knowing she's happy and thriving means the world to us. We couldn't recommend this Bright Horizons more highly!

I couldn't have chosen a better setting for my son, I wouldn't change a thing about Bright Horizons. My son is happy, he has advanced so much. Staff are happy and caring which makes drop off & pick up so much easier as a parent! It's clean, great facility with their expansive outdoors, and a huge range of developmental activities set up daily. The personal service is like nothing I've experienced with my other children!

Our daughter (aged 2 & 4months) started in pre-school 1at Bright Horizons Farnham Day nursery in August this year, having only attended one other nursery prior and we were slightly anxious about the transition. We needn't have worried, however, as she settled in almost immediately and is now delighted to go each day. The staff are all wonderful and the activities that they lay on for the children are brilliant - our daughter is always coming back home full of stories about what she has done during the day. She also loves the food and the outside space is exceptional. It seems to me to be an overall very happy place with extremely caring and attentive staff.

Really good nursery and staff, my child loves it when he is there, the staff seem completely focused on supporting the family and the child during transition into starting nursery. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Seeing how much my little girl has developed and grown in confidence from beginning in the baby room a year ago, to now, has been immeasurable. The nurturing nature of staff in all the rooms ensures she looks forward to going in everyday, and eases my mum guilt a little bit!

Really enjoying watching my son enjoy this nursery. Always have great activities, great food choices, and staff always so helpful and friendly. The updates from staff are regular, and everything I need to know on a daily basis is all there.

My daughter has settled so well into the nursery. The care and attention she has received from all team members has been excellent. Special mention to the Toddlers 2 team who have been wonderful! She is very happy to be at nursery which is all I can hope for. Great range of daily activities and updates/photos shared via the app.

Bright Horizons has been everything I'd hoped. The staff in the babies room are all incredible, professional, kind, warm, happy and attentive to my son's needs. Special mention to 4 staff members in particular. He took such a short time in settling in - they were patient and gentle with him and just phenomenal. The manger clearly does a wonderful job running the nursery as all her staff seem genuinely happy which is lovely to see. Also worth mentioning their outside space is wonderful, and something that was important to me.

We have been using this nursery through the backup care provision at my place of work. The team have been fantastic considering my daughter came not knowing anyone and not coming frequently she has settled in so well. During our time we have had no concerns and my daughter has always had a fantastic time. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you Bright Horizon team.

We've been very happy with the care, attention and support our girl receives. She has been here for over 1 years and moved through 3 rooms, appropriate to her age and development. Each team has always been very attentive and gave her the time she needed to acomodate with the new environment with incremental transition. Our girl tells us all the time how much she likes it at nursery and how much fun she has with the team.

Our little boy has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months old. He is now 2.5 years and is loving everyday he spends there. We love the daily updates via the app, how friendly all the staff are & the variety of activities put on for all of the children. A lot of effort goes into making it the nursery it is and we can see how passionate each member of staff is in giving the children the best experience possible!

My daughter absolutely loves Bright Horizons. She was not speaking when she started in the 2-3 room and now she doesn't stop. She has blossomed so much since starting here and I cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done.

We absolutely adore this nursery. Management and the entire team are wonderful. Our youngest son is a live wire and the Bright Horizons Farnham team have been so patient, warm and kind with him. We've been with them since August 2024, 5 days a week, 8am- 5pm, which is a lot for anyone to handle, let alone being 2/3 years old, and they have been really great in making sure he has enough variety and stimulation to keep him engaged. He gets lots of outdoor time and lots of cuddles. He's come on leaps and bounds since we arrived and loves going to pre-school. They really feel like part of our extended family. I can't recommend them enough.

My child has recently joined the nursery, and every single member of staff has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the Bright Horizons Family. Returning to work, knowing my child loves spending time with the staff has really taken a weight off my shoulders. I'm looking forward to seeing them develop throughout their time with the team!

I couldn't have picked a better nursery for my daughter, she has thrived since joining at 9 months old. She is now coming up 2 and loves her time at BH. The staff could not be more kind and caring, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable leaving your little one in their hands. Thank you BH Farnham.

We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff have been very supportive and patient in helping my son settle in and he's now formed a really lovely bond with them. Since starting, his development has come along so much, and we've seen real progress in his confidence and learning - it's clear he enjoys his time there! I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to any parent.
