The teachers and staff members are incredibly caring and attentive.

I was very nervous as this was my son's first nursery, however the teachers and management made me feel reassured and fully supported.

The growth my son has shown since starting at the nursery has been amazing. He looks forward to going in every morning, which says so much. They offer a great variety of activities for the children and communicate very effectively with parents. We are constantly kept up to date on his progress and daily activities.

I could not recommend the nursery highly enough. A massive thank you to all the staff at Abacus Ark for their wonderful support.

The manager is always available for support and she has a heart of gold. The whole team are wonderful - my son loves each and every staff member and especially He loves the food, the activities and the routine. We cant wait to watch him progress to Preschool and beyond. Abacus Ark is a truly special place. From day one, my son - who started at 11 months and is now 2 - felt confident and at ease, and that says everything about the environment the team has created.

The care of the teachers is remarkable. They are all incredibly professional, empathetic, and warm, and they play a key role in making the nursery feel like a second home. My son is always happy when I drop him off in the morning, and just as happy when I come to pick him up in the afternoon - which, as any parent knows, is the best reassurance you can ask for.

My daughter has been coming here since the age of One. Oh my days, she has grow in so many ways- and it takes a village to raise a child. Abacus Ark at Maida Vale have been on that village for us as a family, linking in and cheering her on as she develops. There is genuine care for the children here. My daughter has been shaped ,guided and loved by her 'Aunties' interactions as she navigates some of the milestones. As a father I has appreciated the feedback and non judgemental advice given, especially when I have asked about how they have dealt with my daughters warts and all moments. I just love interacting with the team, and have a high opinion of them because they are professional and also approachable. The team also need to be looked after, as i have seen how tiring and challenging it can be for them - so please dear parent who reads this- remember that a little bit of love goes a long long way for the team because they are really lovely and genuine. Take good care of them!

Our little one absolutely loves Abacus Ark! He is always excited to go in the morning and comes home happy, content, and well-fed every single day. We love that he gets a mix of outdoor adventures, creative sensory activities, and genuine learning. Since starting at Abacus Ark, he has truly been thriving. We're so happy we chose this wonderful small nursery! The team are incredibly friendly and provide such thoughtful, creative activities. Since joining at the end of 2025, my son has learned and grown so much.

The whole process, from initial enquiry to enrolment, was seamless. The nursery manager has been amazing at answering all my questions and offering reassurance including extra updates phonecalls and photos (I'm a very anxious mum-not so much now thanks to the team!!)

He runs into nursery every day, and that fills me with so much joy each morning. Wednesday (soft play day) is his absolute favourite. And he adores Dance lessons too. Thank you to the entire staff team for everything you do - we're so grateful!!

The team is knowledgeable and professional, and we've seen such positive development in both of our girls since they started. We're incredibly grateful for the dedication and kindness they show, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abacus Ark Maida Vale to other families.

Things that could improve are 1) breakfast served is cold. They dan introduce some fresh and hot items such as pancakes. 2) i know that they cannot expand their space but the buggy parking area is quite cramped.

We are extremely happy with Abacus Ark! This is the first ever time our son has been to nursery and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The support, the kindness and the flexibility to provide the best care for him has been outstanding. We have seen our son to grow and develop so much, it's been just amazing. The activities are fun yet educational, the food is great quality, the communication between teachers, managers and parents is fast and effective and the theme parties are great fun. Abacus has regular charity initiatives which we find lovely. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery! Seeing our son to run in and hug his teachers in the morning is the best feedback we could ask for.

We moved from Japan to London at the end of last year. At first, I was really anxious about raising my son without any family or close support around. But since my son started going to Abacus Ark Maida Vale, I've seen how much he enjoys it, and that's been such a relief for me. I also really appreciate being able to talk and get advice. Abacus Ark is such a wonderful nursery with such thoughtful and caring staff. The nursery really went above and beyond for my children. My daughters both really loved coming in every day and participating in a range of new activities and experiences set up for them by the staff. My eldest daughter has left now but she still asks to visit her old teachers regularly and still remembers all the amazing activities she has done at the nursery . Thank you so much for all the love, support and care you have given both of my daughters.

Abacus Ark nursery was our first nursery and place where our son made his first friends. We will always remember our first nursery and wonderful teachers. Special gratitude to two of our son's first teachers who showed sincere care and love, you will be always in our hearts - Ms. Kaysha and Ms Latoya. Both of my children have been at Abacus Ark for the past two years, growing from the baby room all the way to the preschool room. I honestly can't express enough how grateful I am to all the wonderful teachers there. My kids absolutely love it.

Every day is filled with engaging activities-dance, football, yoga, arts and crafts-and it's clear how much thought goes into planning their days. The teachers are genuinely caring and attentive, creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and valued.

They also take the children on regular outings to nearby parks and forest school, which my kids always look forward to. What truly sets Abacus Ark apart is also how responsive they are to parents' feedback.

As we prepare to move on to big school, we're already feeling emotional about leaving. Abacus Ark has been such a special part of our lives, and we'll always be thankful.

Simply the best. I could not be happier with the choice to send my grandaughter here, she is learning new things every day. Friendly approachable manager and deputy, lovely small staff team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a loving caring, safe and stimulating environment for their little ones.

This is an amazing nursery, we had a great experience and our daughter absolutely loved it. The caretakers were wonderful, warm, engaging and always positive both with the children and parents. They plan and organize lots of activities for the children such as music sessions, soft play and messy play, and very regularly update the parents through an app with pictures and update stories. Management and admin are also really great and responsive to any queries and the facility is always clean and organized. Absolutely recommended!!!

I would highly recommend the nursery in all aspects to any family!

My little one has been attending Abacus since 11 months old and she is 22 months old now. I always have lovely and reassuring chats with the staff and I can see how much they look out for my daughter. They always phone if there is an issue or they want me to be aware of something - and I am extremely grateful. Thank you to Abacus staff who keep my little one entertained, hug and rock her gently when she is feeling less than her usual self and is upset, and communicate with me and my partner. It is so reassuring and lovely. At the end of each day I often have a bounding, cheeky little one, happily running up to me and wanting to show me around the nursery...or steal their equipment / books. Sorry Abacus ;) - Thank you for taking such good care of our precious girl. :)

My toddler daughter absolutely loves going to Abacus and has thrived at the nursery since she started going at age 1. The teachers, including the senior staff, are so loving and wonderful towards her and it's clear from their approach that they genuinely care and love the children in the nursery and they value their education even at very young ages. As my daughter is my first-born child, I was nervous at first about her going to nursery, but Abacus has been such an amazing place for her and she has grown in her development in leaps and bounds. Although the nursery doesn't have its own garden, this hasn't affected my child much at all as the staff regularly take the children on outdoor walks and go regularly to various places nearby (such as soft play). I feel very reassured, supported and encouraged as a mum sending my child to this nursery (and my husband feels the same). What a lovely place with such wonderful people!
