I feel that they environment is very friendly and homely. I love the energy of the staff members and also their creativity in kids activities. They are more flexible than other nurseries. My daughter is learning a lot from going there. I have already recommended the nursery to a bunch of other
parents.
Things that could improve are 1) breakfast served is cold. They dan introduce some fresh and hot items such as pancakes. 2) i know that they cannot expand their space but the buggy parking area is quite cramped.

We are extremely happy with Abacus Ark! This is the first ever time our son has been to nursery and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The support, the kindness and the flexibility to provide the best care for him has been outstanding. We have seen our son to grow and develop so much,
it's been just amazing. The activities are fun yet educational, the food is great quality, the communication between teachers, managers and parents is fast and effective and the theme parties are great fun. Abacus has regular charity initiatives which we find lovely. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery! Seeing our son to run in and hug his teachers in the morning is the best feedback we could ask for.

We moved from Japan to London at the end of last year. At first, I was really anxious about raising my son without any family or close support around. But since my son started going to Abacus Ark Maida Vale, I've seen how much he enjoys it, and that's been such a relief for me. I also really
appreciate being able to talk and get advice. It means a lot!

Abacus Ark is such a wonderful nursery with such thoughtful and caring staff. The nursery really went above and beyond for my children. My daughters both really loved coming in every day and participating in a range of new activities and experiences set up for them by the staff. My eldest daughter
has left now but she still asks to visit her old teachers regularly and still remembers all the amazing activities she has done at the nursery . Thank you so much for all the love, support and care you have given both of my daughters.

Abacus Ark nursery was our first nursery and place where our son made his first friends. We will always remember our first nursery and wonderful teachers. Special gratitude to two of our son's first teachers who showed sincere care and love, you will be always in our hearts - Ms. Kaysha and Ms

Both of my children have been at Abacus Ark for the past two years, growing from the baby room all the way to the preschool room. I honestly can't express enough how grateful I am to all the wonderful teachers there. My kids absolutely love it.
Every day is filled with engaging activities-dance,
football, yoga, arts and crafts-and it's clear how much thought goes into planning their days. The teachers are genuinely caring and attentive, creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and valued.
They also take the children on regular outings to nearby parks and forest school, which my kids always look forward to. What truly sets Abacus Ark apart is also how responsive they are to parents' feedback.
As we prepare to move on to big school, we're already feeling emotional about leaving. Abacus Ark has been such a special part of our lives, and we'll always be thankful.

Simply the best. I could not be happier with the choice to send my grandaughter here, she is learning new things every day. Friendly approachable manager and deputy, lovely small staff team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a loving caring, safe and stimulating environment for their little

This is an amazing nursery, we had a great experience and our daughter absolutely loved it. The caretakers were wonderful, warm, engaging and always positive both with the children and parents. They plan and organize lots of activities for the children such as music sessions, soft play and messy
play, and very regularly update the parents through an app with pictures and update stories. Management and admin are also really great and responsive to any queries and the facility is always clean and organized. Absolutely recommended!!!

My daughter has attended the nursery since January 2025.
All the staff have been super amazing and caring with her! The attention that the staff have towards my daughter medical needs has been outstanding!
The management at the nursery is excellent and they are very supportive towards the
families.
Communication is also very clear and detailed on the app, face to face and phone calls.
I would highly recommend the nursery in all aspects to any family!

My little one has been attending Abacus since 11 months old and she is 22 months old now. I always have lovely and reassuring chats with the staff and I can see how much they look out for my daughter. They always phone if there is an issue or they want me to be aware of something - and I am
extremely grateful. Thank you to Abacus staff who keep my little one entertained, hug and rock her gently when she is feeling less than her usual self and is upset, and communicate with me and my partner. It is so reassuring and lovely. At the end of each day I often have a bounding, cheeky little one, happily running up to me and wanting to show me around the nursery...or steal their equipment / books. Sorry Abacus ;) - Thank you for taking such good care of our precious girl. :)

My toddler daughter absolutely loves going to Abacus and has thrived at the nursery since she started going at age 1. The teachers, including the senior staff, are so loving and wonderful towards her and it's clear from their approach that they genuinely care and love the children in the nursery and
they value their education even at very young ages. As my daughter is my first-born child, I was nervous at first about her going to nursery, but Abacus has been such an amazing place for her and she has grown in her development in leaps and bounds. Although the nursery doesn't have its own garden, this hasn't affected my child much at all as the staff regularly take the children on outdoor walks and go regularly to various places nearby (such as soft play). I feel very reassured, supported and encouraged as a mum sending my child to this nursery (and my husband feels the same). What a lovely place with such wonderful people!

Today is the last day for my son, you were his second home and I just want to thank all the staff with a special thank you to two teachers in particular.
My 3 kids have been to Abacus and if I have another child without a doubt this will be the nursery that they would go to!
To any new parents do
not hesitate a second!
Apart from keeping your child, they learn the first rules of their life, the child is fully capable of passing the 4+ to any big school.
Thanks again for all the wonderful years and thank you on behalf of my kids.

My daughter began over a year ago, at the time I was temporarily ill with Bell's palsy which I was quite self-conscious about, however, all the nursery staff were so understanding and supportive, which was of great support for my recovery and my daughter's important settling-in period. She has gone
from strength to strength at nursery, beginning in the baby room, and now in the toddler room. It has aided her development no end, the range of activities, arts, crafts and outings are wonderful and creative. Nursery makes a concerted effort to be inclusive and recognises international festivals/culture, which we love. Communication is exceptional from all staff, management, finance/head office and nursery staff with effective continuous daily updates via the app, nursery staff capture photos of activities i.e spontaneous observations, these are of great comfort to parents/carers as it's so important to be kept in the loop of everything and see your child happy. Communication re resource and maintenance updates of the building is also wonderful.

I am super happy with my daughter's progress and time spent in the nursery. She is developing better than I imagined right in front of me thanks to educators and people working there. I like the fact that she is not afraid to take initiative or ask a ton of questions while trying to figure out
something. I would definitely recommend to my family or friends. Big thank you.

My daughter has attended your nursery for the past 3 years, full time. From the first day, she was welcomed by friendly, caring staff in a very nurturing environment. I was unaware of the nursery curriculum prior and have been amazed at the development of my daughter through both academic and
physical activity. Thoroughly recommended.

My child has attended Abacus Ark since he turned 12 months old and he's been there for the last 8 months. It is such a fun and stimulating environment and the teachers come up with lots of creative activities to keep the children engaged and learning through play. My son really enjoys his time there
and he has developed a strong bond with several of his teachers and I believe he is very well cared for and supported. My son also loves the weekly activities which include a dance class, immersive sensory music classes and soft play. He has surprised and entertained us with the dance moves he has learned at nursery several times! We are very happy we chose Abacus Ark for our son. The teachers and managers are all excellent.

My daughter has been attending Abacus Nursery since she was 1 year old. Leaving your tiny baby to the care of others can be quite stressful, but the love and attention she has received at Abacus are truly unmatched. Now 2 years old, she adores Abacus and looks forward to going there each day. Her
excitement in the mornings and her contentment when she leaves demonstrate how happy she is. She is blossoming and acquiring new skills rapidly, thanks to the thoughtfully planned and engaging daily activities.
The teachers and staff at Abacus are truly exceptional. They show immense love and care, and they ensure that parents are kept well-informed on a daily basis. I am now pregnant with our second and have already enrolled the baby at Abacus - that's how much we trust and appreciate the wonderful care they provide.

My daughter is always so happy to arrive at the nursery, the team is so welcome, and always in a good mood.
They do so many activities, go outside, to the park etc.
The app is really helpful if you want to check what your child does step by step during the day.
And it's easy to communicate
with the team.

Our daughter is having a lovely time at Abacus Ark. She enjoys the activities, her teachers and little friends. Daily updates via the app give us a good idea of what happens at the nursery, which we find we'll engage in the growth of the children.
