My son has been attending the nursery for almost two years, and throughout this time we have never had any issues. He is very happy there, and the daily activities organised for the children are excellent. Soon he will be moving on to Reception, so we will truly miss the nursery.

Our little one absolutely loves Abacus Ark! He is always excited to go in the morning and comes home happy, content, and well-fed every single day. We feel so lucky to have found Abacus Ark as our son's first nursery. From day one, the team made us feel welcome and reassured, and they've supported him with so much patience and kindness. It's been lovely to see him grow in confidence, independence, and social skills since starting.


The staff

are consistently professional, supportive, and approachable, and it's clear they really know the children as individuals and genuinely care about them. We also really appreciate how educational the nursery is. There's a great balance of learning and play, with thoughtful activities that keep him engaged and developing.


A special mention as well for the food: it's fresh, varied, and clearly well-prepared, which gives us real peace of mind.


Thank you to the whole Abacus Ark team for everything they do. We're genuinely grateful and would highly recommend to other parents.

We're so happy we chose this wonderful small nursery! The team are incredibly friendly and provide such thoughtful, creative activities. Since joining at the end of 2025, my son has learned and grown so much.


The whole process, from initial enquiry to enrolment, was seamless. The nursery manager

has been amazing at answering all my questions and offering reassurance including extra updates phonecalls and photos (I'm a very anxious mum-not so much now thanks to the team!!)


He runs into nursery every day, and that fills me with so much joy each morning. Wednesday (soft play day) is his absolute favourite. And he adores Dance lessons too. Thank you to the entire staff team for everything you do - we're so grateful!!

Both of my daughters attend Abacus Ark Maida Vale Nursery. My eldest started when she was 21 months old, shortly after we moved to the area, and choosing this nursery has been one of the best decisions we've made.
The teachers and staff are genuinely caring, warm, and attentive. They create a nurturing
environment where children feel safe, supported, and happy. It's clear that they go above and beyond every day to make sure each child feels secure and valued.
The team is knowledgeable and professional, and we've seen such positive development in both of our girls since they started. We're incredibly grateful for the dedication and kindness they show, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abacus Ark Maida Vale to other families.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at AbacusArk. Our son settled in incredibly well, which is a testament to the warm and welcoming environment the team has created. The staff is friendly and maintain a professional yet nurturing approach at all times.
We're also very impressed with the variety

I am so happy we chose Abacus Ark for Freddie. The settling in period was really gentle and supportive (for both Freddie and I) and I feel really comfortable knowing Freddie is in good hands and is so happy at nursery!
Picking him up and hearing about his day is so always so lovely. All of the teachers
are so kind and clearly love making the children happy! They do so many different activities so I know he is learning lots. The food is also amazing!
I was really worried about how they would get Freddie to sleep as he is a terrible sleeper at home, but he actually naps so well at nursery!
I couldn't recommend Abacus Ark more.

Our experience with Abacus Ark Wandsworth for the last 3 years (with more than one child and going through all ages/rooms) has been amazing. Staff is dedicated to providing the children with environments and activities that foster their development and curiosity. They also work with parents as partners
in care and have great communication. My children always have a great day filled with fun and are eager to go back to nursery.

I have two children, my eldest just started school having attended Abacus for 3.5 years and we found she was very well prepared both from a learning perspective and from a social skills perspective. The transition was seamless.
My youngest is still at the nursery and enjoying it just as much as her
sister.
Staff are incredibly caring and management is competent, professional and highly communicative. We had dietary requirements and they were accommodated very well. We would highly recommend Abacus Ark.

The best Pre-school in London! Run by a team of professional, warm and energetic individuals who work hard to create a wonderful environment where children thrive. I feel that they environment is very friendly and homely. I love the energy of the staff members and also their creativity in kids activities. They are more flexible than other nurseries. My daughter is learning a lot from going there. I have already recommended the nursery to a bunch of other parents.
Things that could improve are 1) breakfast served is cold. They dan introduce some fresh and hot items such as pancakes. 2) i know that they cannot expand their space but the buggy parking area is quite cramped.

From day one, we've been consistently impressed with Abacus Ark Earlsfield. The team were wonderfully supportive during those early transition weeks-comforting our teary son at drop-off and sending us reassuring updates soon after to say he was already smiling and running around happily.


That level

of care has never wavered. The staff are incredibly professional, sharing regular updates and photos throughout the day and providing thoughtful, personalised feedback at pick-up about his meals, naps, activities, and little moments that make up his day. The nursery offers fantastic activities, delicious organic meals that give us confidence he's eating well, and an environment in which our son is truly thriving.


Since joining-and now having just turned two-his speech has come on brilliantly. He talks about his teachers and friends all weekend and can't wait to return each week.


We couldn't be more delighted with the team and special thanks go to Caryn, Abbie, Sadie, Hannah, Alex and Amy.

Our daughter started in the baby room and quickly and confidently found her feet, with the support, nurture and creativity of the staff team.


We appreciated the dedication to her individual needs, and found the feedback on her development really encouraging and insightful.


There's a wonderful

team and family feel to the nursery especially with the Room Reps, instant messaging groups, and regular socials for the family. This promoted a great sense of belonging and contributing to the health of the nursery. The senior leadership- Owners and Managers were all super approachable, available and hands-on, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the children in their care.


We left after 15 months because we moved out of the area. Finding a new nursery was the biggest challenge due to having had such an excellent experience at Abacus!

We are extremely happy with Abacus Ark! This is the first ever time our son has been to nursery and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The support, the kindness and the flexibility to provide the best care for him has been outstanding. We have seen our son to grow and develop so much, it's
been just amazing. The activities are fun yet educational, the food is great quality, the communication between teachers, managers and parents is fast and effective and the theme parties are great fun. Abacus has regular charity initiatives which we find lovely. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery! Seeing our son to run in and hug his teachers in the morning is the best feedback we could ask for.

My experience with this nursery couldn't be better. The staff are friendly, attentive, and caring, and my daughter has formed lovely bonds with her teachers. The facilities are well maintained, including a new soft play area available to families on certain times. They introduced a curriculum focused
on strong values and effective learning, encouraging children to explore and grow. An app keeps parents updated with photos, incidents, and development reports.
The catering service was recently improved to offer a healthier, well-balanced menu. The transition was handled thoughtfully, with events for parents, feedback sessions, and menu adjustments based on what children enjoyed.
The nursery also organises charity events, showing real community spirit. Communication is excellent-management keeps parents informed and responds to concerns.
With opening hours from 8am to 6pm, it's ideal for many families. Overall, the nursery is well managed, structured, and committed to high-quality care.

Abacus Ark Earlsfield has exceeded our expectations. The staff are extremely caring and dedicated. They have really leaned in to the needs of our son and have been very happy to adapt to his needs. Our son has been attending the nursery since July and he is thriving. He is very happy to go each day
and has made special relationships with numerous staff members who all know and care for him so well. It is so comforting to receive personal feedback daily which picks up on our son's specific character traits showing how well they know him. The photos and app updates are a great way of keeping up to date and any msg we send the nursery is responded to very quickly. We couldn't recommend the nursery enough

I am very happy I chose Abacus Ark for my child 2 years ago. Staff is professional, friendly and so creative. My kid is very stimulated and has learned so much. There are many initiatives to involve parents as well and there is a lovely softplay area that can be also hired for events. The fees are also
fair. We are so satisfied that we chose to stay with Abacus even after moving slightly farer from the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing nursery!
