Situated in a spacious purpose-built setting, the nursery offers a wide range of activities suitable for children ranging from 3 months to 5 years of age. Conveniently located near Winchester Road (B3354), it is an ideal choice for parents working in the area or commuting. All the practitioners are trained in First Aid and the nursery has specialist SEND staff for children with special educational needs. Additionally, a Family app is in place to keep parents updated throughout your child's day.

Within the nursery, each of the four rooms provides ample space for children to develop motor skills, coordination and engage in academic pursuits. There are also extracurricular activities, such as indoor physical activities like yoga.

The Fair Oak nursery boasts separate, soft gardens for both babies and toddlers, ensuring their safety during outdoor play. Older children have free access to a large outdoor space with room for bikes, plenty of play equipment and even a vegetable patch. An enriching Ready for School programme gives every child the opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence to thrive in school and beyond.

Yellow Dot Fair Oak have been amazing from day one they made us feel so welcome and looked after our little boy as if he was one of their own. For the four years our son attended nursery there, he has loved every minute, learnt so much and grown into such a caring, smart and polite little man. We cannot

My daughter has been at two sites during her Yellow Dot experience.
The start/finish times are great for working people, the staff have all been excellent, and we will miss them all!
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Yellow Dot Fair Oak is an outstanding nursery, all staff are so friendly and they really care about the children. My son has been at Yellow Dot since April 2017, and today is his last day. Over the last three and a half years, I have never met a member of the team that hasn't truly loved their jobs.
All staff are so happy and welcoming, and I have felt so at ease with them looking after my son. If you ever have any issues, they sort things out very promptly, and they are so fantastic and accommodating for food allergies and medical issues, and really listen and understand your child's needs. My son has absolutely flourished being at Yellow Dot and never have we had a day that he hasn't come home being so excited about what they got up to at nursery. The nursery is always so clean, and throughout covid, they have been absolutely exceptional. I can highly recommend Yellow Dot Fair Oak to anyone who is looking for outstanding care for their children.

Yellow Dot Fair Oak has been nothing but a positive experience for our daughter, and us as parents. She started at just 10-months-old and finished at aged four. Since my little boy started in the baby room, he has been very happy and settled. He gets a little upset at drop off, but the girls are very welcoming and always use his name to welcome him. They provide activities that I couldn't normally do at home and have a varied menu for him to try new foods.
It's always clean and tidy when I drop him off and he's always happy and playing when we pick him up.

Yellow Dot Fair Oak is an amazing nursery. They have cared for my daughter since she was 14 months and now at 4 years, she has developed so much. We are so happy with our son's development since moving from the baby room to the toddler room in August.
The staff have made the transition as smooth as possible and we know that our little boy enjoys his new nursery environment because he is so happy and talks about his new friends at home.

Since the takeover by Bright Horizons, I don't feel that my son is as happy and there has been a high staff turnover. The move from toddlers to transition was not as smooth as other room changes. I'm not sure the staff are as happy as they were. I do feel my son is safe and well looked after though.

The nursery provides excellent care and early learning development for my son. He has excelled since joining the nursery and continues to develop at a quicker than expected pace - which causes challenges! Job Title: Nursery Manager

Clare is passionate and committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for all the children in a fun, safe, and stimulating environment. The nursery follows the children's interests, allowing them to learn, explore, and develop to their full potential.


Clare joined Bright Horizons as a Senior Nursery Nurse and was later promoted to Room Manager, then Deputy Manager. She then worked across the group in a support role. Clare loves music and often leads music sessions across all nurseries, delivering music to both the children and the team. Singing and dancing are her passions!

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Alice joined Bright Horizons as a newly qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse after finishing college. She began working in the Baby Room and quickly progressed to Senior Nursery Nurse. Seeking a new challenge, she moved to the Preschool room and became the Room Manager.


After several years in this role, Alice advanced to Deputy of the Nursery while continuing as the Preschool Room Leader. She enjoys coming to work each day, witnessing the children's development and how they grow into their unique personalities before heading off to school.
