A home from home environment to grow and flourish in Fair Oak.

Situated in a spacious purpose-built setting, the nursery offers a wide range of activities suitable for children ranging from 3 months to 5 years of age. Conveniently located near Winchester Road (B3354), it is an ideal choice for parents working in the area or commuting. All the practitioners are trained in First Aid and the nursery has specialist SEND staff for children with special educational needs. Additionally, a Family app is in place to keep parents updated throughout your child's day.

Within the nursery, each of the four rooms provides ample space for children to develop motor skills, coordination and engage in academic pursuits. There are also extracurricular activities, such as indoor physical activities like yoga.

The Fair Oak nursery boasts separate, soft gardens for both babies and toddlers, ensuring their safety during outdoor play. Older children have free access to a large outdoor space with room for bikes, plenty of play equipment and even a vegetable patch. An enriching Ready for School programme gives every child the opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence to thrive in school and beyond.

Children at this nursery early anticipate frequent excursions on the nursery's minibus. These outings include activities like picking their own pumpkins, visits to the library, the local garden centre, and Marwell, making them an integral part of the nursery's regular routine.

My daughter started with Bright Horizons when she was 10 months and at first found it difficult to settle in but built some great connections with some of the staff and soon settled in to the routine. Throughout her time at the nursery she has progressed so well and learnt so much and loves the days
she spends at Bright Horizons! The whole team are fantastic with her and we love getting all the updates on how she has been getting on.

Preschool staff were absolutely wonderful with settling in our daughter back in October. She has learnt so much and we are very happy with the setting and she is also very happy. Also love that there is an on-site chef.

I have found staff across the board at Bright Horizons Fair Oak Nursery absolutely lovely. My daughter is in the toddler room, the room itself is highly equipped with brilliant toys and a nice outdoor area. I especially love the thoughtful and creative activities that the children seem to do daily.
I know my daughter has such a lovely time at nursery and it’s so nice to see the relationships she is building. The girls are great at comforting her when needed and it’s so helpful to have the great communication of both the app and a quick chat at handover.

Absolutely amazing! Ever so grateful to all the staff in here. Our son has come along so much since attending this nursery - speech massively improved and the same with social skills. Could not praise them enough. We will miss them when he goes to “ big boy school”.

Great nursery, the staff are lovely and very engaging with both parents and child. As a parent I always feel involved and informed about what’s going on in my child’s development, my daughter always seems happy at nursery and the team has done wonders for her development.

All three of our children are now at Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Preschool and are thriving. We could not ask for better staff who encourage and nurture our little ones. We are a bilingual family and are fully supported by the nursery staff, some of which speak our second language to further

Lovely staff, especially the baby room where my son is at the moment. Always know I am leaving him in safe hands and he obviously enjoys it, as sometimes he doesn't want to leave as he's having so much fun! Has also been so beneficial for his development as they offer lots of learning opportunities
through play, and to socialise with other kids the same age regularly.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Clare is passionate and committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for all the children in a fun, safe, and stimulating environment. The nursery follows the children's interests, allowing them to learn, explore, and develop to their full potential.


Clare joined Bright Horizons as a Senior Nursery Nurse and was later promoted to Room Manager, then Deputy Manager. She then worked across the group in a support role. Clare loves music and often leads music sessions across all nurseries, delivering music to both the children and the team. Singing and dancing are her passions!

Alice

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Alice joined Bright Horizons as a newly qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse after finishing college. She began working in the Baby Room and quickly progressed to Senior Nursery Nurse. Seeking a new challenge, she moved to the Preschool room and became the Room Manager.


After several years in this role, Alice advanced to Deputy of the Nursery while continuing as the Preschool Room Leader. She enjoys coming to work each day, witnessing the children's development and how they grow into their unique personalities before heading off to school.
