My daughter started with Bright Horizons when she was 10 months and at first found it difficult to settle in but built some great connections with some of the staff and soon settled in to the routine. Throughout her time at the nursery she has progressed so well and learnt so much and loves the days she spends at Bright Horizons! The whole team are fantastic with her and we love getting all the updates on how she has been getting on.

Preschool staff were absolutely wonderful with settling in our daughter back in October. She has learnt so much and we are very happy with the setting and she is also very happy. Also love that there is an on-site chef.

We have been with Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Preschool since September 2023. We can see the growth in our little one and how much she has matured in this time. She is excited to come to nursery each day and often can’t wait to go again.

My son is thriving at nursery and it’s a great environment for his development. He has great relationships with all the staff who are all approachable, friendly and understanding. I love the updates I receive via the app and the range of activities for the children is great.

Outstanding nursery, never had any issues with our children. They both always talk about how much fun they have and activities they do. They’ve met some lovely staff through the years that have helped them develop so much.

My son has attended since birth and recently the team have done so much to prepare for school coming up. The nursery team are really open to discussing and helping with my questions for how to support my son.

Really nice staff and my daughter looks forward to going to preschool and has made lots of friends. She loves all the different activities. I’d be happy to recommend this nursery to anybody and have done so.

The team are so helpful and show so much care to my daughter. The support with her speech has not gone unnoticed and we know she loves coming to nursery. Thank you.

I have found staff across the board at Bright Horizons Fair Oak Nursery absolutely lovely. My daughter is in the toddler room, the room itself is highly equipped with brilliant toys and a nice outdoor area. I especially love the thoughtful and creative activities that the children seem to do daily. I know my daughter has such a lovely time at nursery and it’s so nice to see the relationships she is building. The girls are great at comforting her when needed and it’s so helpful to have the great communication of both the app and a quick chat at handover.

Very good feeling every time we pick up and drop off, my child also loves being here and looks forward to it each week. Learning new things each week, also gaining new friends. We look forward to our second to join and develop.

Compassionate staff, really encouraging. Always feel very informed. Great variety of activities. Very supportive of the child’s needs. Feel keyworker has great knowledge of my child, makes her feel at home in the nursery.

We have had 2 children through the nursery and have always been really happy with the experiences of both girls. All of the class leaders are helpful and friendly and give us a great rundown of what they’ve been up to. The food is great and there is always a good range of activities and toys to get stuck into. My daughter loves coming in and is thriving. Thanks team!

Absolutely amazing! Ever so grateful to all the staff in here. Our son has come along so much since attending this nursery - speech massively improved and the same with social skills. Could not praise them enough. We will miss them when he goes to “ big boy school”.

Great nursery, the staff are lovely and very engaging with both parents and child. As a parent I always feel involved and informed about what’s going on in my child’s development, my daughter always seems happy at nursery and the team has done wonders for her development.

A really well-run Nursery. He loves coming and is developing brilliantly. The staff are excellent and take the time to really get to know him and his personality. I feel very confident that he is safe, cared for and educated.

All three of our children are now at Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Preschool and are thriving. We could not ask for better staff who encourage and nurture our little ones. We are a bilingual family and are fully supported by the nursery staff, some of which speak our second language to further aid our children's language skills.

Lovely staff, especially the baby room where my son is at the moment. Always know I am leaving him in safe hands and he obviously enjoys it, as sometimes he doesn't want to leave as he's having so much fun! Has also been so beneficial for his development as they offer lots of learning opportunities through play, and to socialise with other kids the same age regularly.
