Brilliant nursery, my son was here previously and my daughter has followed.

We have been so impressed by the toddler team at Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool. Our son is often reluctant to leave us at the door but is always greeted by warm welcomes from the team as well as hugs when needed! Our son is always surprising us with new things he has learnt and the activities and learning environment are constantly changing and inspiring for young minds.

Our little girl has loved every minute of attending Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool for the past three years. She has flourished and grown in confidence so much. We will be very sad to leave our Bright Horizons family but she is ready for the next step.

My little boy started back in January in the Babies Room. I’m highly impressed with the level of care and how much attention and effort they put in. My little one has advanced so much in just a short period of time and all of my questions are answered at the end of the day. I highly recommend this nursery.

What an outstanding nursery! My son goes to preschool here and he is being assessed for autism! From day one, they have taken my concerns seriously. They have always been professional, friendly and always given me the time of day! They have a great app that you can communicate with them and pictures for you to see activities they have been doing! They have made changes to help my son settle in and since he has been going I've seen such a change in him! My son loves going to nursery and has created such a great bond with the girls! They support all his needs and I have felt at ease taking him there, knowing that they are taking such good care of him! A big shout-out to the deputy manager and one other member of staff in particular! Thank you so much!

I am so happy with how the nursery has welcomed my child and how his key person has helped him settle in. We are always welcomed with a smile and get a full detailed handover when I pick him up from nursery. My son absolutely loves coming to nursery and that's thanks to the staff!

Staff are amazing! The activities are tailored to the children's interests and keep them engaged throughout the day. The nursery is excellent value for money, you are always kept informed and staff are always willing to help.

My daughter loves Turkey Mill and has done for her whole time at the nursery (3 years). The staff are friendly, welcoming and have contributed hugely to her development during her time there and are always very accommodating with any requests.

My son attended this nursery in 2019 as a baby and I was happy with his care. He left before joining toddler room due to a change in my career but I have since re-enrolled him into the toddler room. I wouldn't trust any other people to look after him because I know they do a brilliant job at settling children and giving them the individual care they need. The nursery provides wonderful activities which my son recreates at home and he talks fondly of the staff in his room. The staff communicate with parents well and always keep me updated about anything my son may need or how he's been feeling. I'm very happy with the nursery and would highly recommend.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool since last September and he really enjoys it! The staff have been fantastic at helping him settle and making him feel comfortable and they are always open and honest with their communication. He then had a period away from the nursery during the lockdown and we were concerned about how he would resettle after this but again, the staff were amazing and we had no issues. Our son has thrived at the nursery and learned so much. He is so happy there and that is all down to the team and management. It is worth flagging that they have also continued to follow very strict Covid-19 protection procedures, which provides endless reassurance for me and my family. Our son has made fantastic progress and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I highly recommend Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool!

Really pleased I moved my son here from another nursery. He’s happy here, and everyone welcomes him in, which makes him a lot more confident. He’s learning things the other setting didn’t do, such as how to put on a coat and shoes.

Management and staff go above and beyond for the children and parents.

My child has been attending Bright Horizons Turkey Mill since they were 9 months old and now in the pre-school room. I was recommended by a friend and have recommended it to others too. The building and facilities are perfect, purpose-built with security in mind too, large light spaces with access straight to designated gardens for each room. The location is easy for pick up and drop off with plenty of room for cars and away from the busy town centre. The staff completely put child and parents at ease, building great relationships with the children and families and always remaining professional. They seem genuinely interested in the children’s development and enjoy their different personalities. They have adapted well with the pandemic and safety procedures, as well as smoothly facilitating my child’s transition from the toddler to nursery room recently.

My son attended nursery here and now my daughter does and for the last couple if months the staff have remained positive and proactive about establishing good routines to provide the children with a semblance of normality in these crazy times. My daughter thoroughly enjoys attending and despite the pandemic, I am so glad that she is in the toddler room developing her social and cognitive skills. Despite all having personal circumstances which make this pandemic threatening in different ways, the nursery staff are always positive, helpful and I feel comfortable and confident handing my daughter over to their care. These nursery workers are the unsung heroes of the pandemic and I couldn't recommend Turkey Mill more; thank you for everything!

We have one child in the baby room and another in the pre-school room. Both appear to love attending and get excited each morning we pull up. Our oldest talks really fondly of the staff and getting to do lots of singing and playing outside. The staff have managed the communication around the current pandemic restrictions really well and they all appear to be working really hard to create a safe environment as close to normality as possible.

My son loves going to this nursery and goes in without a second glance. It is such a warm and caring environment. All the staff are brilliant, and he is thriving in their care. He has had amazing experiences in the baby room, toddler room and now pre-school. I will be very sad when he leaves and starts school next September.

It was always a daunting decision having to choose a nursery for my son when he was only 13 months old, but he has been attending Bright Horizons at Turkey Mill for 3 years now and is so happy and content. The nursery staff are attentive and engaging and they have nurtured him, as I have, to be a confident, sociable and caring little boy. I am forever astonished at the variety of activities the staff plan for the children, understanding that this organisation is often done by staff during their own time, and I love how they encourage the children to tackle everything with gusto and to enjoy getting wet or mucky. I am so thankful for having discovered Bright Horizons Turkey Mill as I know the staff have a natural desire to work together to provide the best care they can for their children, instilling the skills and behaviours vital to transition to primary school and beyond. This is a fabulous nursery.

Our son is always eager to get to nursery in the morning and see his friends and the staff. We are satisfied that he always receives the best care and is kept busy and active. Family and friends have always commented on how adept he is at using a knife and fork, and from a very young age too - we believe this has emanated from the 'social scene' that is set at nursery, which in turn has made him a good eater which pleases us immensely! Our son's experience of nursery has been very positive, he is chatty, outgoing, expressive, inquisitive and very very happy. We couldn't have wished for more. The staff are superb.
