I have found all staff to be kind, Caring, supportive and able to adapt to anything my child needs They make it their mission to know each child individually and understand their little quirks. It's really hard leaving your child with anyone but being able to send them to nursery knowing they are well looked after and cared for is the biggest relief as a mum

We couldn't be happier with the nursery, Daisy has just started and her key worker Ash, and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to help her settle in. Their approach has been so flexible and have worked with us to make the transition as smooth as possible for us all. To see how much she has developed and learnt in the past month has been amazing, and now we are starting to see her do new things at home which she has learnt at nursery The flexibility with hours is invaluable when trying balance to work, and the clear pricing structure is great as it means no hidden fees. Would 100% recommend the nursery to friends and family

I couldn't be happier with the nursery. Considering this is my first baby, I was nervous about leaving him when I went back to work. But this place makes me feel like he is safe and they support his development and learning to an excellent degree. The food they provide is top notch and they have helped with his weaning. The staff are all lovely and my baby smiles with excitement when I drop him off, what more could you want!

I have had such a great relationship with the staff, I feel seen and valued when I pick up my daughter and when I send emails I get quick response and follow ups, my child is thriving, very steady progress with potty training which is always a challenge but because of a great team, we are sharing tips on the best way to support my child forward. Our daughter has just started at the nursery. She has had an amazing first week and is growing confidence everyday. Her key worker is lovely and keeps us up to date with everything our daughter has been doing which gives us peace of mind. We love getting the app updates too. Thank you Bright Horizons Turkey Mill!

My daughter has been attending nursery since October 2022, in a few months she will start school and parting with the staff and her friends will not be easy. When she started nursery she did not speak or understand English, she never cried, but she was a bit shy. In the nursery they taught her so many things, they help her in the development of her mind. She can count, do arithmetic, knows the alphabet, songs, dace, can already write quite a few things, dresses/undresses herself, feeds herself, in general she is completely independent! Her development has undergone a big change thanks to nursery! I am grateful to every single person on the staff for their professionalism!

We moved our daughter, now 3, to Bright Horizons Maidstone as we were unhappy with her previous nursery and I am so so pleased we did. Our son, now 1, also started at Bright Horizons when he turned 9 months old and has thrived from the moment he started. Both of our children absolutely love going to nursery and we can clearly see how much they are thriving and learning every single time they attend. Our daughter is always excited to tell us about the amazing activities she has done each day, and we can see how much she is learning. Communication is amazing, either two ladies from the management team are always available if we need to speak about something and always sort things quickly. All of the staff are extremely helpful. Thank you to the amazing team at Bright Horizons Maidstone, we are confident that we now do not have to seek another nursery for our children again. Cannot recommend enough!

The nursery staff are really approachable and kind. They take time to understand the needs and hobbies of the children, trying to incorporate this into their daily play and learning. I'm always kept up to date with my child's daily activities and any issues. The menu has a wide variety and my child loves the food. I'm happy it's healthy to help their growth. The nursery is also very clean considering the mess we all know children make! I highly recommend the nursery to anyone wanting their child to enjoy learning.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Turkey Mill for over a year now and has thrived. Although she is usually quite a shy child, she goes into nursery happy and chatty each time as she is made to feel so comfortable and happy there by the staff. My daughter suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy so sometimes uses a wheelchair. The staff have been extremely accommodating and have gone above and beyond to ensure my daughter is properly cared for and included in every activity. As a mum of a child with a disability, I feel at ease dropping my daughter to nursery because I know she is great hands and has a great relationship with all of the staff memebers and children. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter started here in September 2024 and has been in two rooms now. From the day she started I have always felt that she was in safe hands as it's evident that the children's well-being is important to the staff. They are excellent and well loved by my child. Her development has come on leaps and bounds, constantly learning new words, songs and actions. There is always a wide range of activities set up throughout the day which is posted on the app to support their continued learning at home. Handovers are always very detailed and I couldn't be happier to send my daughter to this nursery.

The absolute best nursery for my daughter to attend! She has been there since September 2024 and since she has been attending she come on leaps and bounds. The staff who work here cannot do enough for the children and will always go above and beyond for them. My daughter is so well looked after during the 2 days a week she does and absolutely loves going! To the point that half the time she will walk in without even saying goodbye. I cannot thank the staff at Turkey Mill for all of their hard work and cannot express how grateful myself and my partner are to know our daughter is at a nursery where she is treated so well and always has such a fun day! Thank you to every single member of staff x

This nursery has exceeded our expectations. From the moment our daughter joined in October 2024, we've been impressed with the care and education provided. The staff are lovely and consistently go above and beyond to ensure each child receives individual attention and support. My daughter's development has accelerated since she joined. We've noticed significant improvements in her cognitive abilities, social skills, and confidence. The facilities are excellent, offering a wide range of activities for physical and intellectual growth. The nursery's commitment to a safe and inclusive environment is evident in all aspects. Regular communication with the staff keeps us informed about our daughter's progress. The team's passion for early childhood education has played a crucial role in her impressive development. My eldest started at Bright Horizons Turkey Mill over two years ago, and my youngest joined two months ago. Throughout this time, the entire team at Turkey Mill has exceeded every expectation I had. From our very first visit on the open day to my most recent drop-off, the staff have been nothing but supportive, kind, and genuine. Every interaction feels warm and reassuring, and it's clear that the team truly cares. Both my children are treated as individuals, with their unique personalities and needs recognised and nurtured. I've seen remarkable progress in their development, and I believe much of that is thanks to the incredible dedication and care shown by the team. Thank you to everyone at Turkey Mill for creating such a positive, nurturing environment - your hard work and compassion make all the difference!

I have 2 children at the nursery, with my eldest starting there at the beginning of 2022. Both of them have received untold amounts of support whilst at the setting, for several reasons, and I can't thank the staff enough for all they do. My children love their time at the nursery, and I can honestly say their development is where it is, because of all those at Bright Horizons.

I moved my son to pre school at bright horizons following a few negative experiences at his precious nursery. I was unsure about the move particularly as the pre school is more costly than the last however I cannot believe the change. Although my son still struggles with attachment and going in of a morning he comes home so happy and having learnt something new every day! The key workers put time and effort into each child's learning and allow them to engage and learn in so many different activities. My son has gone from being put in front of a tablet watching kids TV at a nursery to now thriving coming back telling me things he has learnt and showing off new skills. I could not be happier with the change for him.

My daughter has been with Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool since she was 1 and is now almost 5 and heading off to school. She has always formed such wonderful relationships with her key workers who have consistently made her feel safe and secure and kept her happy and engaged. The activities they play through each age group are brilliant and she is always eager to show and often teach us what she has discovered and learnt each day. There is nothing more comforting than to have your child be happy and eager to go to school so they can see their friends and teachers. Thank you.

We have been very pleased with our child's progress at Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool. We are kept up-to-date frequently every day with information, including activities, meals and naps. There are also regular photos with detailed descriptions so we get to see our child enjoying the activities and the reasons for why they are chosen as regards development. Our child is happy at the nursery and has made friends. Our keyworker and all other staff are friendly, approachable and excellent at their jobs. Our feedback is handled professionally and quickly. We definitely recommend the nursery and look forward to our child's continuing progress there.

Our daughter is currently in Toddlers room moving to pre-school. She has been attending Bright Horizons since 1 year of age. We have always been very happy with the staff and service, they always go that extra mile and all really adore our daughter which brings us much comfort and we are extremely happy for our son to join in 2025. I would recommend anyone to bring their children here.

It is a wonderful environment with engaging and varied activities, and we particularly love the constant access to the outside and that each age room has its own garden. Mistakes can be made by staff, but the aunties are very open where they accept responsibility for those mistakes made and work with the parent and child to rectify and learn from them.

I am always pleased with how happy my daughter is when I pick her up from nursery. There is a huge range of activities on offer throughout the day and a good balance of playing and learning. The staff are kind and caring and build good relationships with the children.
