My child has been going to this nursery over a year now and she absolutely loves going there as she has good friends there and loves the staff. Playtime staff is absolutely fantastic and caring. They really focus on child development and keep parents regularly updated. The occasional picture sent by
email of my child doing her daily activities always brightens up my day and as its always great to see she is having lots of fun there. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nursery as they definitely live by their moto "watch them shine brighter every day."

I have been a parent at Playtime for nearly 6 months now and my experience with how the staff look after my child is 100% perfect. I would happily recommend Playtime to any parent. The Manager has been very accommodating in regards to flexi shift patterns in the area and I know that this was a struggle
for me when finding childcare. I like that we get emailed pictures each day to see how he is getting on, and I also like the one to one feedback each day when I collect. I am a parent that collect at 6pm and I never get rushed out of the door, the girls have always got time. The main thing is he is happy and I know this from the excitement we get when I drive into the car park.

My daughter has loved her time at Playtime Nursery, she always comes home happy and chatting about her day. When she moved to pre-school recently the transition went very smoothly and we have been really happy with her progress.

Friendly Staff, calm environment, happy grandchild who has learnt many things. When I collect her she is always happy and tells me what she has been doing in the mornings. She seems to eat all her food and brings art work home to show me

Happy and positive staff looking to care for my son in any way possible. My son has many allergies and it has taken patience from the staff to be able to cater for all of his needs. These girls should be praised for all of the time and hard work.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was a one year old.
She was a very unsociable child outside of the house, due to the hard work of the staff, they have helped in bringing the more confident side of her personality out, and now two years on I wouldn't want to send her anywhere
else.
Thank you playtime Staines.

I cannot recommend Playtime Staines enough. From the very first day We dropped our son off, myself and my husband felt at ease. There's constant communication and emails you receive with photos of your child enjoying their day and when you're a working parent it's lovely to receive these during the
day and see how much they're enjoying themselves. It's reassurance and makes you feel less guilty knowing that you can't always be there as you know what fun they're having and skills they're learning and interaction with other children. You receive a daily sheet with what they've eaten that day and the activities they've done. There's parents evenings that show progress for your child in their books.

I did a lot of research into nurseries and this nursery came out on top for us and from word of mouth from other parents.

The nursery have been fabulous in caring for our child. Each time we take our child to nursery we leave knowing he is in safe and caring hands. The staff are wonderful at keep us updated with the progress of your child and show genuine interest towards his care and development. Each time I pick him
up from nursery I see his is fully engaged in activities and is truly content. The activities, facilities and diet provided by the nursery are all amazing and it is priceless to know how well looked after our son is whilst we are at work. I cannot recommend the nursery enough - amazing!

Initially my child was very cranky since his nursery changed from Slough to Staines but after a weeks time I am able to notice that he has started loving pre school. Must admit all the staff are very friendly and playful, extremely professional in keeping child happy and playful, I am very happy with
the experience here.

Every morning when I drop my daughter off, I am totally confident she will have a great day in Playtime Nursery. Care is just excellent and staff really make a difference, the girls really listen to all the feedback and take on board all the information you've got to tell them about your child.
Parents
can be assured that their baby's specific needs are met, also all the creative play which they do daily is excellent. This is such hard work with the babies running around but the girls always have a smile on their faces and it really impacts on the babies who are happy too. Management of the nursery is very good too with all the important information coming through emails and leaflets. All in all I am very happy we chose this nursery for our daughter. Thank you Playtime!

My 18 month old son has just started nursery here. He has settled in so well. I feel happy and my inner instinct as a mother has truly been taken care of by the lovely girls and staff that look after him at Playtime. Friendly staff, food healthy and enjoyable things for him to do and play with. Also
a very fun, friendly relaxed environment. My son is enjoying his time here and I would definitely recommend Playtime Nursery to others!

This is my sons second nursery as we had to move house. I think he loves it here and his face lights up when he mentions staffs names. Overall I am very happy. The only thing I would have loved to have is some place to store the stroller after dropping the baby off.

Current Review Score: 8.9 (8.901)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.9 (8.901) out of 10 for Partou The Thames Club Day Nursery & Pre-School is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 5 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.1 out of 5 from 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.833 for Partou The Thames Club Day Nursery & Pre-School is calculated as follows: ( (50 Excellents x 5) + (10 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 60 Ratings = 4.833
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.068 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Partou The Thames Club Day Nursery & Pre-School is based on 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.5
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 44 number of registered child places is 8.8. 5 Positive Reviews ÷ 8.8 = 0.568
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
