Gemma, the Nursery Manager, has been working in Early Years Education for twelve years. She first obtained a Level 3 qualification in childcare before advancing to university, where she earned a degree in Education Studies.
Her passion lies in providing the best possible outcomes for the next generation. She finds great fulfilment in helping children develop through their learning journeys and supporting them in their next steps. Gemma joined Bright Horizons at the beginning of 2017 as a Room Leader and progressed through various managerial roles before being promoted to Nursery Manager.

After completing her Level 3 qualification in childcare, Charlene quickly progressed to a Third in Charge role and soon after was promoted to Deputy Manager.
She is incredibly proud of how far she has come and is deeply committed to providing the best possible start for every child in the setting.
