My daughter has attended bright horizons East Barnet from 2 years old. She is now turning 4 and getting ready to leave preschool and attend reception.
From the beginning of our journey until now everyone has been amazing!!
My daughter loves Nursery and always seems happy to run inside.
They
make a huge effort & it's clear that they put the children first.
The staff in the preschool room are always very caring & attentive and I'm sure my daughter will miss them all when she goes.
Management have been amazing especially with the SEN Side of things and I really can't fault them.
This wasn't the closest nursery but the facilities and how the staff were sold me when I came to visit. Glad I made that decision and just want to thank everyone that has been apart of my daughter's journey.

A fantastic place for my son to spend his days. The whole preschool team, including 4 staff members in particular, and everybody else dedicate so much time and attention to him. The little man is always so excited to go to nursery and it is a reflection of the hard-working and talented team there.

Great nursery with staff that genuinely care. Have a great alternating program every week and my son loves the food there too! It wasn't our closest nursery but glad we opted for quality, especially in such fundamentally influential times in our sons life. We couldn't be happier, especially with our
sons key worker!

My child has been with the nursery since the age of 1. The nursery have always provided a safe, nurturing, happy environment. All the kids always appear so happy and cared for. All the staff are amazing and work really hard to ensure the kids have the best time. My child is very happy and thoroughly
enjoys going to nursery special thanks to everybody in pre school.

My daughter is in preschool at Bright Horizons East Barnet. She has been there since she was 1. My daughter enjoys going every day and is happy when I pick her up. There are always lots of interesting activities. The staff are great, kind and caring, which is the most important thing. Special
mention goes out to her key workers who do a great job and keep my girl happy.

I cannot praise this nursery enough! Our little one loves going to preschool every day and we are confident that he is in the best possible hands. The warm, nurturing environment and dedicated staff make this nursery truly special. The staff are amazing and genuinely care about the children. They go
above and beyond to ensure every child feels safe, happy, and engaged. They are patient and kind and encourage learning through play, always coming up with creative and exciting activities. We are always greeted with a smile at the end of the day and they take the time to update us on how his day has been.
Special mention to the member of staff who has supported us with applying for extra support. She has worked above and beyond to achieve the best for our little one and we cannot thank her enough. She is also a great photographer which meant we got some lovely professional Christmas photos! They really are a wonderful team that wants the best for the children. Highly recommended.

Bright Horizons Preschool is brilliant, our little girl loves her teachers and runs in without saying bye to us most days!
The staff are so friendly and genuinely care about the children, updating us on our daughter's day, how she's eaten, etc.
The chefs also cater so well for my daughter who is
Coeliac.
We will miss the team when Olivia moves schools.

What a fantastic nursery with wonderful staff! My family have been connected to the nursery for over 4 years. My eldest started at 9 months and we still have children attending. The staff have always been so welcoming and our boys have a great bond across all levels. Great start and finish times for
busy working parents and we get regular updates with the Bright Horizon app.
I can't recommend this place enough and friends have moved their children to be part of the Bright Horizon East Barnet family.

I had a wonderful experience at this nursery! The staff are incredibly caring and dedicated, making sure each child feels comfortable and happy. Three ladies, in particular, have been amazing-always so patient, kind, and attentive. They go above and beyond to create a warm and nurturing environment.
I've seen so much growth and confidence in my daughter since joining and I appreciate all the effort the team puts in.

I have had two children here with the team and though my daughter has since moved on to school, my son is still here. The team is wonderful, with the brilliant management bringing together the most enthusiastic and kind individuals to form a highly effective team. The preschool room has been
wonderful and I have seen so many positive changes not only in how things are run but in my son himself. The staff have known both my children and they are still so well-loved in my home! There are so many team members who we are so fond of - I can't recommend them enough!

My son and I love to go to the nursery. We love his teachers, they are always very helpful, polite, and kind. He loves all the activities, every day they have different exercises and activities such as painting, cooking, yoga, etc. It's lovely they have a garden, when the weather is nice they can
have a picnic or just play outside every day. The staff and management are always very open and helpful with any questions and they always tell me how my son's day was. They care about him and other children a lot. They learn all the cultures, science, and everything about life. They have "parties" where the parents can go and play/dance and do different activities with the children and the teachers to have some fun together. I highly recommend this nursery.

Bright Horizon is such a great nursery. My daughter has learnt so much and also gained a lot of friends. Such a welcoming and loving environment. The staff at Bright Horizon are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure the kids have a great time and engage in a lot of fun activities. They're
always giving feedback to make sure us the parents are up to date with our child's progress, which I appreciate. If I had to recommend a nursery to someone it would be Bright Horizons. Thank you for your hard work.

Absolutely the best nursery! Putting your child into nursery is a scary and big decision so finding the right place can be daunting (especially with young children that don't yet speak). From day one, we've had a great service from this team! My son initially had difficulty with us leaving him and
there was a lot of tears but within weeks, things improved and he now loves going into nursery. The app they have is great for letting us know what and how much he ate, how long he napped, and fun photos from the day. My son has been attending for nearly a year and I can't recommend this place enough. Big thank you to the whole team, as they eased our son into getting comfortable and settling in. The nursery also does great activities and seasonal events, the team is so creative. I think the nursery and the team definitely deserve to be classified as outstanding, having visited many outstanding nurseries before joining this one, this one is by far better in every way.

My child recently joined the nursery in December 2024 and I was worried at first but the staff and management team made me and my daughter feel extremely comfortable and made her days as perfect as they could, they also kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know how she was getting
on.

Our daughter has been at this nursery since September when she was 1 years old. Since then, she has developed so many skills and is learning so many new things! We are so happy with her progress and the amazing relationship she has built with the babies team! Staff are so loving and attentive to our
daughter's needs and I leave her at the nursery with full trust in the staff. I am not worried about anything, they have become our second family! Cannot recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter has been there for over a year and she's really happy. I feel she receives lots of attention. They always tell me if a fall or fight or something has happened which I appreciate. They are able to advise with any struggles. They have lots of activities, including baking, which my child
loves. The girls are friendly. Clean. The best. Management is very helpful when help is needed.

I cannot praise the nursery highly enough for their dedication and professionalism with my grandson, with the help and support of the whole team he is coming on leaps and bounds.
The activities the children are given each day are always fun and educational, I have always been impressed with how all
the children are included and supported and encouraged to interact with each other.
I am very happy my grandson is at Bright Horizons East Barnet Day Nursery and Preschool.

We love it! Moved from a different nursery and has thrived here. Great level of care and interesting activities! We love baking Tuesdays the most! My son has made lifelong friends and is prepared for school.

We could not be more grateful for all the staff at Bright Horizons, East Barnet. They have done so much to support our son and have developed the most wonderful bonds with him, which is so lovely to see. The activities are really well thought out and relevant to things going on in the world, for
example international space week using moon, sand and light up pebbles as well as Christmas themed activities involving tree decorating and sensory play with ice and cornflour with the arctic animals. Communication between staff and parents is exceptional and any queries are responded to very quickly. We love how involved the nursery is with the community and how they encourage the children to participate with donating food to the local food bank and raising money for charitable causes. We had our first parents evening this month which included wine and cheese! This was much appreciated after a long day at work and another thoughtful gesture from members of staff.

Staff are always extremely welcoming on arrival. They always greet my granddaughter by her name as they do all the other children. It is lovely to see the care they have for the children but the care, time and support given to parents and carers of the children is lovely. I trust that my
granddaughter is in safe hands and is getting the best start in life. On pick up, I am always given a detailed run down of her day, which is lovely to be made a part of.
