Our child loves nursery and the varied activities that he is always engaged in. I am very impressed with the information and attention that we receive from the staff on a daily basis. I would definitely promote this nursery.

Busy Bees have been excellent, the staff are all fantastic and really make a huge effort to ensure my son is happy and he is. My son has been going from 1-3 and settled in great, this was down to the care workers taking time with him.

Great nursery where they invest a lot of time in the children and their development. My little boy loves it there and feels happy and safe and gets to interact with lots of other children and teachers.

My son has developed and grown so much in his time at the nursery, he has become more confident and learned so much and he has loved his time there, he is soon to start school and will miss ‘his ladies’ so very much.

The staff build genuine bonds with my child and he looks forward to his nursery days. He is always kept engaged and is encouraged to partake in outdoor play. His development is aided by his time at the nursery and the nursery app provides both real-time information on my child's day and reduces handover
times. I have been impressed by the nursery's communication and recently their proactive approach to covid-19.

My daughter has attended the nursery for nearly 4 years now. She absolutely loves it. The staff in all the rooms are amazing and give 100% every day. The management team are approachable and professional while going out of their way to help. Throughout the covid pandemic, they have been brilliant and
made nursery "normal" for my wee girl while keeping her safe. I have no doubt that they have been following the guidelines and more. My daughter is fed a good variety of food and tries lots of new things. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to family or friends and look forward to my second child attending after my maternity leave.

The care and attention given to the children and their families is superb. I was apprehensive about sending our wee one to nursery due to his needs, however, the staff and management, quickly provided me with reassurance both in person but also by their amazing support to our wee one, who's development
has progressed significantly in the 8 months he has attended.
The team have been amazing throughout the current pandemic with their attention to hygiene and open communication, which is very reassuring. This nursery truly has the best interests of the child at heart and I would recommend Busy Bees Castle View to anyone looking for a quality child care service.

My son loves going to nursery. He has gone to the nursery for over 2 years and we have never received anything but amazing service from the staff. You can tell when speaking to the staff and hearing the stories my son tells us when he comes home just how much the staff genuinely care for the children.
When my son was unwell and in hospital the staff called regularly to check how he was doing; even on days when he wouldn’t be at nursery. Whenever we have needed support or help from them they have always been brilliant. Helping with potty training last year is a great example. The staff discussed with us at length exactly how it would work at nursery to ensure we were doing the same things at home too. I have recommended the nursery to a few families now and will continue to do so. The relationships the staff build up with the children really are extraordinary.

I cannot recommend this nursery to any potential users high enough. It is by far the best and safest environment for my child's learning and development. I have used the nursery for over 7 years for both my children and I have always found all the staff to be friendly, enthusiastic and extremely passionate
about looking after the children in their care. All the food they are given is made fresh on-site, it has an exceptional and varied menu that is always monitored and changed. All play areas whether inside or outside are safe, very well thought out and changed to ensure all children are kept engaged in new activities. The manager and all staff are excellent at keeping parents informed of their child’s learning and development and are always on hand to offer advice if needed. I just think they are all fabulous and would highly recommend x

We are very happy with our son's experiences at Busy Bees. He can play outside as much as possible and loves time spent in the woods. He enjoys his food and the menus sound delicious and varied. We often wish we could stay for lunch! All the staff are so kind and caring and I know he will be well looked
after. The first day of nursery I received a call saying that he was fine a short while after I left which was a relief. I'm unsure of thre ICT used however the facebook page has been kept up to date a I am quite happy that he is entertained.

Honestly cannot fault the staff and management at Castle View. Hard to give an honest opinion on some of the details as unable to get access into the nursery to observe as we previously would have, that being said I've never had any concerns about leaving both our boys and to know they are both happy
to go into nursery which tells a lot itself. I love the way all the staff know us by name and our boy's. Their attention to detail, friendly and supportive/approachable ways make the whole "family" nursery experience a good one. Thanks to all of the team.

My son loves being at Busy Bees. I was anxious about how he would be going back after lockdown but I shouldn't have worried. The care and patience by staff were great. I think the way the manager and her team are managing new guidance and the whole issue of Covid is exceptional. It makes an uncertain
time more bearable.

I am very happy with this nursery my daughter goes to. They always make me and my daughter welcome. Very clean, tidy and my daughter enjoys the food. I thought she would never settle when she first joined. Now she lunges out my arms to the nursery team. I can tell she enjoys it.

My daughter's transition from the baby room to the tweenies has been incredible. Both teams worked hard to ensure the move was seamless and not traumatic for her. A fantastic nursery, friendly staff and excellent service with lots of extra activities for your child to take part in if you choose. I am Jen Wright and I have worked for Busy Bees for 10 years Scotland-wide. 


I am passionate about my career here at Castle View and I am here to support children, staff and parents at any opportunity. I love monitoring practice and pushing the team to continuously improve to offer our children and their families a warm, nurturing centre.
