Castleview has a nurturing and supportive environment. Care plans and resources are carefully developed to support the children. They create opportunities for learning and are actively involved in the community I particularly value the visits to the local care home.
The managment team have an open
door policy literally speaking they are available at all times and deal with any enquiries or concerns immediately.
I have had my son have a full journey at busy bees and there was no question when i had my daughter that castleview was the nursery for her.

Right from our first visit to view nurseries to this very day Busy Bees Castle View has exceeded our expectations. The facilities and the staff are simply amazing. Our little girl has been there since she was 1 - she has loved every minute and we will be sad to leave in July this year. The team all
take so much time to spend and engage with the kids. The range of activities is incredible and I love personally how they encourage and allow as much outdoor time as the kids want. Updates real time via the app are amazing. Food is always good and a variety. Feedback is welcome and is very much 2-way. Regular parents nights is great and welcome always great for 2-way communication. I feel the staff go over and above and are so welcoming, engaging and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend busy bees and the team - everything is amazing !
Folk might say it's costly - you get what you pay for I certainly don't mind paying it as my little girl is happy and safe and well cared for

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery! So do my wife and I. We always get a warm welcome when we arrive, the staff are very helpful and genuinely care about the children.
During the run up to Christmas, they had lots of things planned, all of which my daughter loved! She got to meet Santa,
received a lovely gift and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon discos.
I can't recommend this place enough, feedback is acted upon immediately and the staff are excellent. Meals are varied and nutritious, when the weather is nice, they are outside playing a number of games.

I have been using the nursery for over 5 years now with both my children and they have been great! The staff are all amazing they are all really helpful and attentive to the children and their needs and will go above and beyond when needed. Would highly recommend Busy Bees Castle View

Nothing but positive things to say about this Nursery. Staff go above and beyond for the wee ones and always there to help/answer any questions. So friendly, welcoming and they really get to know each family to understand needs. The activities provided and opportunities given to the kids is so

Our son has been going to Busy Bees Castle View for just over 7 months and has settled in well. The staff are brilliant and our son gets the support he needs. We feel like he's treated like an individual and he's really thriving. The rooms and gardens are always set up well; and the forest area is
great. They have a good variety of food on offer. The app works well for us, we always feel connected and up to date with what our son is doing during the day. Thank you to everyone at the nursery.

Staff are friendly, kind and compassionate.
My little boy loves it here, would definitely recommend to others.The staff always went above and beyond for my family and helped me when I needed it most.

Both my kids attend Busy Bees and we couldn't have wished for a better start for them having both joined at around 1 year old.
All the staff have such genuine care for the children and are dedicated to their individual needs and requirements. We get regular updates on their day as well as their
learning journey overall, both through the app and when we pick up and drop off.
The environment is excellent - safe, inspiring, regularly refreshed, topical and the team are always receptive to new ideas for learning and development if there's a theme to explore.
We'll be sad to leave when school comes around but we'll be so confident in our children's learning and social skills based on the positive start to early years we've experienced at Busy Bees.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 13 months, he is leaving for school in August and it will be a very sad time for us all. The nursery is like our extended family and the staff are always there for support and advice, the nursery has a lovely feel to it and the children experience so many
lovely activities, walks and spend so much time out in the lovely gardens and forest, my son loves the food and they have a great variety of meals. The staff really care and it shows and we are going to really miss being there.

Our son has been at Busy Bees Castle View for about 2 years. He receives extra support while he is there and they have been great with him , nothing is ever too much and they have been so supportive to us as parents. They have become part of our family in a way.

Busy Bees is a wonderful nursery and our son has been attending since he was 10 months.
The staff are welcoming, friendly and always keep us uo to date with what our son has been doing during the day.
He has created some fabulous relationships with staff and made lots of friends along the way.
His skills have developed so much and the staff are supportive in areas that he can find challenging.

Busy Bees Castle View is a fantastic nursery. My daughter is taken care of by an amazing team, always professional and welcoming. My partner and I are so happy to have chosen this nursery. We get a constant update on the progress of our child, we get feedback from each member of the staff and our
daughter is always happy to go there. I would give 6+ stars to all the categories. Great facilities and fantastic outdoor space for the kids to play and develop.

Both my kids have attended Busy Bees Castle View, with my youngest still in attendance and they have both loved the experience. Staff are so genuinely approachable and friendly and the daily updates via the app are so comforting. The facilities here (especially the forest kindergarden) are
excellent, as is the food selection. I am always surprised at the learning which takes place on my child's days there - it makes my little one so happy and confident! Would most definitely recommend.

My son has been going to Busy Bees, Castle View for 8 months now, since I returned from maternity leave and absolutely loves it. All of the staff are so great with him and helped him settle in so easily. The staff give us regular updates and photos throughout the day via the app and always offers a
wide variety of activities for the kids.

Excellent nursery and wonderful staff. Our second son attends the nursery, as did his older brother and the youngest is due to start in a few months’ time. The children are very well cared for, staff are so attentive and do lots of fun and educational activities. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Both of our sons have attended Busy Bees, Castle View from the age of 9 months old. We truly feel as though they and we, are part of the Busy Bees family. There is an excellent outdoor space including their very own woods and lots of indoor activities. The app is great for keeping track of meals,
naps and toileting during the day. The staff are fantastic.

My little girl has been attending Busy Bees, Castle View for almost a year now and they have been so brilliant with her. She was super upset in the beginning and really struggled being left but they gave her lots of help and patience and did as many settling-in sessions as possible. She has
gradually become better with drop off's and pick-ups and is now at a point where she loves talking about the staff and children when not there. The staff have been incredible. Her key worker has been wonderful through the whole time, as have the rest of the staff and I never have any worries about her being there or how they treat her. The app is great for the updates on her food and activities throughout the day too.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, always welcoming in the morning and happy to update at pick ups. Keep you informed of upcoming events and ways to get involved. Great that there is so many opportunities for learning and the outdoor space is brilliant.

We love Busy Bees, Castle View so much! All of the staff genuinely care about our son and he looks forward to his days there. He learns so much and has the opportunity to take part in a good variety of activities indoors and outdoors. The updates on the app put in by staff are regular and
informative which helps with peace of mind. We enjoy the extra activities planned around the seasons for the whole family to engage in. We are really glad we chose Busy Bees and a big thank you to everyone there.
