Busy Bees Castle View

My child loves going to nursery, she comes home content, full and tired. The staff are excellent. Rooms are always changing with season and topics. Couldn’t ask for more from a nursery.

I can’t fault the nursery at all. Both my children love attending and have come on so much since starting!

A fantastic nursery, friendly staff and excellent service with lots of extra activities for your child to take part in if you choose. Very accommodating to allergies/intolerances and personal preferences. Overall very satisfied and on the few occasions we have issues or queries they have always been dealt with promptly.

Staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. Excellent facilities for the children and used to maximum effect. Staff put their all into child learning and creating resources and methods that engage children. My child loves coming here!

The staff always welcome us into the room and make sure to say goodbye on the way out. The staff have become more like family friends. Staff are good at communicating with me with updates on what my children have been up to, what they are interested in and any issues that they have.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Highly recommend this to any parents looking to enrol. Knowledgable staff that put your mind at ease in every room and build a fantastic rapport and relationship not only with your child but with yourself. You receive a detailed handover every evening with what your child has done/eaten/slept etc and always make time for you. You also have development plans and parents nights and updates from your key worker throughout the year. Plus lots of events for all the family throughout the year. The rooms receive new equipment and ideas to keep the kids stimulated and the menu is amazing for the kids! The office staff and manager are always helpful and approachable too. Nothing is ever an inconvenience 10/10

Fun and stimulating nursery environment for my son, who clearly loves spending time there given all the activities he has access to and things he can explore with his friends. Staff always polite, friendly and approachable and seem to develop a good bond with the kids. I go to work in the knowledge my son is safe and happy, which is very reassuring.

This is a friendly establishment which boasts a clean and new building. It has warm and friendly staff on the whole... who care for the children with a high degree of professionalism. It treats parents fairly and on the whole, tries to meet the needs of parents and child. It is very child orientated with trained staff constantly thinking of ways to adapt rooms to make a better experience for the learners.

It is a great nursery and staff are amazing.

The nursery is a great building with a great many resources to occupy and entertain the children. Separated gardens for age groups is a great facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful and very supportive of your child, every staff member knows the child by name and the parents. They offer a variety of extra activities like French and football which is great for parents who can’t attend classes due to work commitments.

They take care to know your child and provide a varied diet and snacks compatible with any intolerance or allergies. I love my child attending this nursery and feel very reassured by the care he receives.

Great nursery and great staff. My daughter has been going here for two and a half years and she loves it. Caring and friendly environment would highly recommend.

Our son has been attending Busy Bees Castle View since he was 14 months and he has been very happy here. The nursery staff have been so flexible to accommodate any emergencies/ unplanned appointments etc and they have even switched days for us last minute when work commitments changed. Our son has made a group of first friends here and has developed so quickly. The nursery also supported us so well through all the transitions from babyhood (such a toilet training) right through to pre-school (learning to write his own name). The staff really have become a second family for him. We will also be sending our daughter here next year when I finish maternity leave.

I find Busy Bees very friendly and definitely help with child's development and encourage them to do stuff for themselves.

Nursery has a very friendly atmosphere. All staff members are really friendly and my son has come a long way since joining which is great. It's nice to feel comfortable enough when leaving your child at nursery.

Castle View staff are fantastic, they are always keeping us up to date on what our child is doing. She has just moved rooms and integrated well due to the staff. Clean rooms, and lots of activities is why we decided on this nursery.

The only problem I have had is that the admin can't get bills correct but they addressed the problem and all seems ok now.

My little boy has attended the nursery since he was 7 months old. The staff are very welcoming and the nursery is spotless. His needs are always met and he loves his time there. Previously, I worked as a nursery nurse (level 3) and I have nothing but praise for Busy Bees.

Staff have a smile for everybody, even when they are exhausted. That makes a difference, s big difference.

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees for 3 years and she loves it. The staff are so friendly and kind. They always go above and beyond to ensure that she has a good day and feels comfortable.

I have been using Busy Bees for the last 5 years and can not fault them 1 bit! Both of my daughters have gone all the way through from babies to preschool and have loved every minute! The staff are always so approachable and friendly making me happy to leave my children in their care.
