Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School, Newbiggin

My little boy started nursery this week. It was quite an anxious time for me as it was the first time I left him with anyone that wasn't family. The girls in the baby room have made me so comfortable and relaxed about this transition. My little boy has loved going and is excited when we arrive and that is completely down to the girls in the baby room making it a fun and safe space for him. They keep me updated with everything he has done in his day including what he's eaten etc. I am excited to see how my little one will grow and develop now he has started.

My son loves going to nursery here and the staff take great care of him. We get regular updates on his progress and recommend activities for a home. I'd happily recommend the nursery to anyone.

My daughter struggled at settling in at first but the team were amazing, made her feel safe and comfortable in no time. She now runs into nursery and asks to go each week. They go above and beyond to meet my childs needs and I couldn't thank them enough for everything they do.

Our son only started nursery two weeks ago but the staff at Little Pioneers have helped him to settle in so quickly! They've all been so kind, friendly and professional. The nursery is clean and well equipped. Our son has enjoyed all of the activities and food. We are very pleased we chose Little Pioneers nursery!

A lovely nursery and learning space. My little boy has come on so much and gained so much confidence and friends. He has been here a few years and has had fun every day. All the staff are fantastic and friendly.

I couldn't be happier with Newbiggin childcare. All the staff I have been involved with are always friendly and approachable. My son has attended this nursery since he was about eight months old he is now in his last year in preschool. I always feel comfortable leaving him here knowing he is safe and well looked after. He is always excited and happy going. I can't thank the staff enough for the ongoing support with him.

You get a lovely atmosphere when you walk into this nursery, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My grandson loves nursery and tells me who he's going to play with and what he's been doing when he comes home

5 stars! My 2 year old son absolutely LOVES going to nursery! His key worker is a wonderful woman! It makes me, as a mother, feel at ease knowing he is going into an environment that he feels comfortable in! The staff really do a fantastic job. I will always recommend this nursery to friends and family in the future!

Very happy with everything.

Great nursery. All my child's needs are catered for during the course of the day. The team have been brilliant in assisting my daughter with improving her speech and pronunciation of certain sounds. Would highly recommend the Manager and her team to others requiring childcare for their children.

Lovely nursery which my daughter loves to go to. Staff are very friendly and I'm kept well informed of what is going on and what my child has been up to. Would recommend!

He has come along great. He has learnt so much which we can tell regarding learning all the animals. All of the staff are so helpful and supportive.

The staff always give detailed feedback of everything my granddaughter has done that day. They also report on what she’s had for lunch and how much she’s eaten. Everyone is very caring and receptive of any special requests. They always manage to match activities/ learning to a special event or day

This is a lovely nursery and Pre-School all staff are amazing and so welcoming. My child has come on so well being in this school. The facilities in this school are fab too my child loves to be outside and in the garden they have a little climbing frame too which he loves. Would highly recommend this Pre-School/Nursery.

Brilliant nursery

My child has struggled a lot with anxiety due to a poorly sibling at home being in and out of hospital. As a result she has struggled going to nursery due to not wanting to leave sibling to go in. The staff have been amazing with her and really helped to make things easier

Management is second to none, the Manager is always available and nothing is ever an issue to her. She is an asset to the team and she does the best not just for the children, but staff and community too. Well done.
