I couldn’t recommend them enough, just the best. The moment I first stepped into the nursery, I loved it. The environment is beautiful, a great mix of fun and educational yet still has a warm home feeling. The staff are amazing, they have a genuine care and interest for their children and it is clear to see. As babies, I felt happy and content when leaving them at nursery, knowing they were going to have a great day. My children are older now and are very fond of the nursery and ask to go every day even when it isn’t their day to go. I have recommended Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley on several occasions and will continue to do so.

My daughter has been attending Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley now for nearly a year. The staff are always really friendly and inviting. I feel very confident in the level of care that each carer gives as sometimes my daughter may not be with her own key worker some days. She is always very happy and has come on leaps and bounds. They are very informative and always keep me in the loop. As a first time mum I was always anxious about leaving my baby when returning to work but I can say that I feel very reassured. All members know her name even down to the staff in other rooms. The communication is very high between each room and staff member. The manager is excellent too and knows each child's name and always says hello. The nursery itself is lovely, they have a wide variety of activities and learning each day. They have a wonderful outdoor space which is fully secure. Excellent food choices and a good varied menu over each month. Thank you

My granddaughter attends Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley. I accompanied my daughter to look at nurseries before she went back to work and Ladybirds was the best by far. The Staff are professional and caring. They are willing to listen and show genuine interest in my granddaughter. There are excellent and varied activities. I feel we were lucky to get a place here and feel confident with their care.

Fantastic team who is willing to learn sign language and be sure that all kids feel inclusive. They always tell me what my child has done and my child loves going to this nursery. My child has milk and soya intolerance and they made sure all food is given correctly and give a variety of food suitable for her.

We made the best decision to send our two girls to Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley. The staff who work there take such good care of our children as though they were their own. So much thought goes into different activities for the kids to do and they have made so much progress in their learning too. We get regular updates and pictures through the mylearningbook app which is so lovely to see! I recommend Ladybirds to absolutely anyone who will listen. An amazing nursery and our girls love going.

Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley is fantastic in every respect. Both of our children have thrived in the environment. All of the staff genuinely care about the children and offer maximal chances for development. There is an excellent range of activities, both indoors and out. The space is clean and tidy and well looked after. Food is of a high standard. Local management of the team is exemplary. The nursery is highly recommended!

We’ve been so pleased with our little ones progress at Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley. The nursery handle her wonderfully and she has built a lovely relationship with her key worker. We find Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley so easy to deal with from the finances to general logistics. I call most days and I always get to talk to a friendly, accommodating person who happily finds out updates for me. We find the staff are open and honest about how a particular day has been and we love the app with the regular updates so we can see what she’s been up to during her days. Our little one seems really happy at Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery to my friends.

My child has been attending Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley for a year now and we absolutely love it! The staff are friendly, kind and very accommodating. My child looks forward to nursery and seeing the activities they get up to on the app is brilliant! There is a wide range of cooked meals for the children which always sound delicious. There is plenty of outside space and the rooms are very well designed. The set-ups the staff organise for the children always look well thought-out and engaging.

My daughter goes to Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley and the care is just fantastic. My daughters key worker is amazing, my daughter says her key worker is her best friend. My daughter sometimes gets a bit upset not being with me but all the staff are amazing and settle my daughter very quickly. All three of my children have been to Ladybirds Private day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley and I wouldn’t use anywhere else.

Very friendly team who know our son well and try to personalise activities to his tastes and experiences. He is very happy in the baby group and benefits from the variety of activities. We've noticed that he learns new words and skills there.

As every mother knows, the peace of mind you feel when your children are happy, settled and safe is worth everything and all you wish for. As a granny, as is the Queen so I though “granny” be nice, that’s what I wanted for my daughter and for my granddaughter. Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley is a beautiful village with stunning St Oswolds and the cherry blossoms at this time of year and the countryside, hidden away but easily found. When I came across Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley it made my heart light. It reminded me of my own daughters nursery where the children are first, children are cared for and children are loved. The play was good to see, fun and good learning with songs and routine both outdoor and indoor. Cuddles and sleep, routine and new experiences go side by side. As a family we have experienced significant loss during the pandemic and Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley have been an extended family to us. I would highly recommend Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley to you as parents and grandparents. The staff are warm, experienced, always positive, hardworking and happy.

Our son had attended Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley for four years and from the very first day we felt so comfortable leaving our child. He loves going to nursery and always has, they are always doing fun and educational things. The app, which is regularly updated, gives us a great insight into the development he is getting. The team at Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley are great and it’s very clear they love their job. My little one has been at the setting since early 2019 and we have found it to be a brilliant setting. The staff are all friendly and form good bonds with the children which is clear to see. I will be sad when our little one leaves this summer to go to reception class.

Our child’s experience with the Ladybirds’s team so far has been fantastic. The team are friendly and approachable and have genuine care for the children. Our key worker is always very informative with details of what our child has done each day and he is engaging with the team and activities more and more each day. The app is also a great way of being able to see what he has learnt and activities he’s been trying.

I visited two other nurseries and was so unhappy about the thought of leaving my child there. They felt like children were just another number. I went to see Ladybirds and was fantastic, she spent time with my son and I felt instantly reassured that Nursery was a great place for development. It’s clean, tidy, not over busy and had a great welcoming feel to it!

Staff are fantastic and amazing with my child he thoroughly enjoys attending. They were really helpful with his potty training and he learns so much here. It's tucked away and private which I like and there's plenty to do for the children on-site and the outdoor areas.

Our daughter has been attending for nearly a year (the first lockdown being the exception) and I was worried when she came back in summer that it would wipe out the progress we had seen but so far she seems to have settled back in nicely. A genuinely lovely nursery with really caring staff and I have no concerns about her at all whilst she is there. My only comment to improve upon is the small details you get at the end of the day about your child. Pre Covid you used to get a sheet including what they had eaten/slept etc. but now we don't (which is completely understandable) and most of the time I have to ask for this information and they have to go away and check. Otherwise, the way they have handled looking after children in the middle of all this is really commendable.

We're so happy with the care our son receives from Ladybirds, the team are all kind and helpful and he comes home after each session happy, full of homemade dinner, and shattered from all his little adventures. He loves it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
