Partou Ladybirds Day Nursery & Pre-school is a nursery in the heart of Methley, caring for children aged nought to five-years-old.

The nursery also offers a fun Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Club for children aged up to 11.

Ladybirds’ beautiful Grade II listed building has its own enclosed woodland and exciting adventure playground, where children are encouraged to go on adventures every day. The setting also has a fantastic sensory room, filled with sparkling lights and colours.

All meals and snacks at the nursery are healthy, nutritionally balanced and freshly prepared in the nursery kitchen using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Ladybirds' kind, caring staff are experienced and highly qualified, with the majority holding a Level 3 or above in childcare, a paediatric first aid certificate and safeguarding training. The Ladybirds team provide children with learning activities planned around each child’s needs and interests, covering all aspects of the EYFS stage.

All staff have enhanced DBS checks and the nursery has CCTV and secure door entry systems for added security.

Ladybirds are a fantastic nursery. My child loves being there and the team are brilliant. They really go the extra mile for each child, from healthy eating to help potty training. It will be an absolute shame when my child eventually leaves.

Ladybirds is an excellent nursery that I have sent both of my children to.
They try their best to ensure your child is settled and happy and they offer fun and busy days so my little boy comes back happy.
The staff are consistent, which I feel is very important. I am currently pregnant and will
be sending my next child to this nursery also.

Absolutely amazing nursery, I could not ask for anything more, they know my little boy so well and he has settled in brilliantly. All the staff are just amazing! I’m so pleased we picked this nursery I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you so much!!

Really friendly staff and very caring with the children. Great selection of resources and a variety of activities done with the children. Regularly spend time outside and additional equipment has been bought over the last 6 months and the children love it.

My daughter has been at Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley for 4 months now. We had some issues at first which we raised with the nursery, mainly how often the app was updated and some other things but these were resolved quickly and feedback taken onboard. I’ve never once doubted
the safety of my daughter when leaving her and I can see she really enjoys her time at Ladybirds. The staff are amazing and they genuinely care and have a passion for what they do. She has built positive relationships with her key workers and is very happy and confident at drop off, which speaks volumes. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I am so glad we picked this nursery for our little one to attend! We loved the outdoor area as that is where our little one thrives the most. The staff are so lovely and caring to all the children! My little one has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery! I would highly recommend this nursery
to anyone and if I have another little human I will definitely be using this one again!

My child has been attending Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley for 2 years. The staff have always been amazing and really care about each child’s interests and hobbies. As a parent I feel I am notified frequently on my child’s progress and development which is really important to

Would recommend Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley to any parent thinking of choosing a nursery for their baby, toddler or child. Really great nursery all staff are very friendly and are truly invested in the children. My daughter loves attending and I love the learning book so we can see what she has got up to. They do extra activities around holidays which is lovely for parents to get a chance to see how their child interacts
at nursery. We also love the large outside space as our daughter loves to be outside!

Our son absolutely loves going to Ladybirds Day Nursery. He is given many wonderful activities to do each day with his friends. He particularly enjoys books and is thrilled when he visits the library bus. The care given is exemplary, he adores all the key workers and the food. As a parent, I am kept
updated with photos and reports, which is really informative. I cannot recommend Ladybirds enough.

I couldn’t recommend them enough, just the best. The moment I first stepped into the nursery, I loved it. The environment is beautiful, a great mix of fun and educational yet still has a warm home feeling. The staff are amazing, they have a genuine care and interest for their children and it is clear
to see. As babies, I felt happy and content when leaving them at nursery, knowing they were going to have a great day. My children are older now and are very fond of the nursery and ask to go every day even when it isn’t their day to go. I have recommended Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley on several occasions and will continue to do so.

My daughter has been attending Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley now for nearly a year. The staff are always really friendly and inviting. I feel very confident in the level of care that each carer gives as sometimes my daughter may not be with her own key worker some days. She is
always very happy and has come on leaps and bounds. They are very informative and always keep me in the loop. As a first time mum I was always anxious about leaving my baby when returning to work but I can say that I feel very reassured. All members know her name even down to the staff in other rooms. The communication is very high between each room and staff member. The manager is excellent too and knows each child's name and always says hello. The nursery itself is lovely, they have a wide variety of activities and learning each day. They have a wonderful outdoor space which is fully secure. Excellent food choices and a good varied menu over each month. Thank you

My granddaughter attends Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley. I accompanied my daughter to look at nurseries before she went back to work and Ladybirds was the best by far. The Staff are professional and caring. They are willing to listen and show genuine interest in my granddaughter.
There are excellent and varied activities. I feel we were lucky to get a place here and feel confident with their care.

Fantastic team who is willing to learn sign language and be sure that all kids feel inclusive. They always tell me what my child has done and my child loves going to this nursery. We made the best decision to send our two girls to Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley. The staff who work there take such good care of our children as though they were their own. So much thought goes into different activities for the kids to do and they have made so much progress
in their learning too. We get regular updates and pictures through the mylearningbook app which is so lovely to see! I recommend Ladybirds to absolutely anyone who will listen. An amazing nursery and our girls love going.

Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley is fantastic in every respect. Both of our children have thrived in the environment. All of the staff genuinely care about the children and offer maximal chances for development. There is an excellent range of activities, both indoors and out. The
space is clean and tidy and well looked after. Food is of a high standard. Local management of the team is exemplary. The nursery is highly recommended!

We’ve been so pleased with our little ones progress at Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley. The nursery handle her wonderfully and she has built a lovely relationship with her key worker. We find Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley so easy to deal with from the finances
to general logistics. I call most days and I always get to talk to a friendly, accommodating person who happily finds out updates for me. We find the staff are open and honest about how a particular day has been and we love the app with the regular updates so we can see what she’s been up to during her days. Our little one seems really happy at Ladybirds Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Methley and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery to my friends.
