Partou Ladybirds Day Nursery & Pre-school

Ladybirds has been a great choice for our son's nursery. His key workers know him well and are always able to keep us up to date. They are friendly and he seems comfortable with them. He really enjoys the variety of activities at Ladybirds, and he's come on well as a result. Overall we're very happy.

Fantastic nursery in a lovely location. Great staff that have been brilliant throughout this pandemic. Both my youngest children love it here, it has a lovely family feel. My little boy took a while to settle here being a lockdown baby but he's now thriving and learning to integrate.

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough, the staff are excellent and our little girl has settled in and developed so well in their care. They have a great relationship with her and she is always excited for the activities they do.

Our child really enjoys coming to Ladybirds, the staff are friendly, warm and help the children feel comfortable and supported throughout their time at the nursery. It is well-run and I would recommend to any parents thinking of moving their child into Ladybirds.

I work as a senior leader in secondary schools and was very picky about where I sent my son. The minute I walked into Ladybirds, I knew this was the one. The big selling point for me as a safeguarding leader is that Ladybirds is like Fort Knox! I feel at ease knowing the staff are fully trained and capable of handling anything in my absence. They have a development program. They are not glorified babysitters. They are professionals who take the milestones and development of my child as seriously and proactively as I do. They are friendly genuine, down to earth people. They have listened to me have a whinge at the end of the day and go out of their way to make my little boy feel happy in his day. And he is happy. He is my biggest selling point. Every day since starting, my little one has come home smiling, happy and comfortable in himself. Thank you team Ladybirds Methley! You have no idea how much we appreciate you even more so in these tough times.

Brilliant such a heartwarming, caring nursery. My little boy started here in October and I was a little worried, as he has only ever been left with my partner or Mum. My eldest son was with Ladybirds right until going to school and he loved it. My little boy of 11 months old loves it. Thank you to each and every member of staff.

Such a fantastic nursery. My daughter only needed to attend short term and they were amazing at helping her settle in. All the staff are so friendly and are happy to tell you all about your child’s day which is always nice to hear about. Couldn’t recommend more.

The team at Ladybirds have made our daughter feel very welcome and she enjoys going to nursery. She comes home happy and engaged, often singing the songs she has learned there. The outside play area is great, as are the inside areas and these were some of the reasons we chose this nursery. The attention to detail the team take is wonderful and my daughters interests have been encouraged and supported. The daily activities are imaginative and fun, often themed around holidays/events, or children’s interests and evidence the level of dedication and care provided.

Both kids attended this nursery from the age of 9 months till the age of 4 when they could start Foundation. During all these years I always had full confidence that they are safe and are looked after like at home. Both kids really enjoyed going to Nursery as they had favourite key workers, friends over there moreover each day was full filed with various games, leanings and a lot of fun. Warm and well-trained staff fill this place in 101%. I always highly recommend this Nursery to everyone!

My daughter started at Ladybirds at the beginning of the year. All the staff have been fantastic and caring towards her. She has settled in well. There is a wide variety of activities, although the staff also know her well enough to know what she really wants to do. She also enjoys the food.

My son has settled well and seems really comfortable and happy. Staff are really kind and look after his needs perfectly whilst keeping him engaged with activities.

I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Ladybirds to anyone.

Baby room, parents shouldn’t walk in with muddy/ dirty feet as children are crawling on the floor.

Very friendly nursery with really caring staff who really care for the children and it shows how well they know each child. Our daughter has thrived here and always looks forward to going. Food really good and varied, great outdoor space and good links to the local community.

My daughter has been going to Ladybirds for two years now and is extremely happy there. The staff are friendly and really care about the children in their care. I would highly recommend Ladybirds to other parents.

The meals they provide are always freshly made and really nutritious. The team have been amazing at teaching my daughter to self-feed, and even ask the cook to make alternative meals if she is having a bad day with teething - she has come such a long way in just a few months!

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery. The staff are so caring and wonderful, she’s even learnt sign language from the staff. The menu is varied and the staff are very accommodating with regards to dietary requirements. There is a great outdoor area and I feel much better knowing she’s out and about during the day and not stuck inside.

The facilities are great and the children get to participate in seasonal events and celebrations which they seem to love. My daughter has made lots of friends here and seems to know and love all of the staff. I have no hesitancy in putting my youngest daughter in this nursery when my maternity leave ends.

I have been so happy taking my little girl to Ladybirds since February 2019. Staff have been so wonderful and made sure she (and I!) have both settled into nursery life wonderfully. The staff are so welcoming and caring towards the children and it makes returning to work after maternity leave that little bit easier to know she is in such capable hands. They take a very individual approach, noting and implementing all the little things that help my little one during the day. I love the feedback at the end of the day and the chance to see what things they've been up to via a parent portal. I trust the staff wholeheartedly and know that they are doing an amazing job of helping my baby to thrive. Thank you!
