Partou Ladybirds Day Nursery & Pre-school

My Daughter has settled well and loves going to nursery - we've had no tears. She comes home messy showing that she's had fun in the different activities. The workers seem to really care for her and provide lots of information about her day. My only reservation is that the equipment outside looks a little dated.

My little girl was very unsettled when she first started Ladybirds but the care and facilities that the nursery provide are second to none and I can't believe how well she has progressed. I'm a very happy mummy :-)

They do a number of different activities and they are always happy to help and accomadate :)

Facilities inside and outside are great in this nursery. All the staff are extremely friendly and always have time to talk to you about your child and their day.

My son is in the preschool class and has come on leaps and bounds since going in there. He always looks forward to going to nursery and sees his nursery assistant as a friend! I would like to say how grateful we are for all the patience and encouragement she has shown towards my son, she is part of the reason he is turning into such a sociable, caring, happy little boy. Thank you!

Staff are very knowledgeable and provide detailed information after each session.

I am so pleased with this nursery, they are such kind, generous and professional staff who really have mine and my baby’s best interests at heart. I’ve noticed that my child has come on leaps and bounds because they are so encouraging and exciting for my baby to be around. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone I know.

My daughter loves going to Ladybirds. She has always enjoyed her time at nursery. The staff are very caring and do lots of different, fun activities with the children.

Fantastic nursery with some amazing staff, friendly and we have watched our son develop so much whilst he has been at Ladybirds.

Ladybirds is a fantastic nursery. Our eldest child attended from when she was 9 months old (she is now 8) and our 3-year-old has also been attending since he was 9 months old. The staff are fabulous and always make us feel welcome. They are very attentive and make such a fuss over our son and our daughter still when she comes with me to collect him. All queries and any issues we've had have been dealt with in a professional manner and resolved very quickly. We have worked alongside all our son's key workers in his development and discussed ways to make things such as potty training easier and what incentives to use to encourage him to reach little goals. The staff have always taken our suggestions and concerns into account. The stay and plays make us feel very involved and our little boy loves the dressing up days. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Ladybirds and are very pleased we chose Ladybirds as an educational and social starting point for both our children.

The Nursery staff are very caring and my daughter has been very settled at Ladybirds for the past 3 years.

My only suggestion for improvement is more advanced technology such as apps where parents can have easy access to photos, work and progress of their child.

Since my child joined Ladybirds family he became more confident, independent and learnt a lot of new skills. This place makes me feel very welcome and all the staff are very kind and friendly. I feel that my child is safe and looked after with the best care. I would recommend this place to everybody. Thank you for all your hard work!

I’ve been using Ladybirds Nursery now for over a year for my son and just enrolled my daughter and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve made. He loves going to nursery and has made lots of new friends, my son loves the activities the nursery plans, there’s always something different but educational each week. Ladybirds even captures these moments by taking photographs and uploading them for you to see (with parents consent). The staff are affectionate and approachable and have always reassured me with my two children. My children love the staff at Ladybirds and you can see why. With delicious meals and snacks and an enclosed garden, I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Both of our children have been extremely happy and settled within this nursery. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel very welcome. Extra attention has been dedicated to our children as and when they've needed it, or when they've missed their mum and dad. Both have come on leaps and bounds with their confidence and their social and academic skills and their key workers have gone above and beyond to support them and find fun ways to encourage learning. This is a lovely nursery in beautiful surroundings. I feel proud to send my two here.

Both my children have attended Ladybirds and I cannot rate the nursery and staff enough. They always go the extra mile.

The staff are amazing and we put our full trust in them to love our children in the same way we do as parents. The managers are fab and all three of our children love them to bits!

Friendly staff, tend to be on the younger side, a few more experienced staff may help improve things further. The outdoor space could be improved with more activities. My girls have been in Ladybirds for almost a year when they first started here the food was good. Around November it took a bit of a nosedive and they seemed to be fed beans on toast most weeks on the days they attend. More recently the food does seem to be improving again. The car parking facilities recently have been very bad due to overcrowding/bad parking, it is also not very well lit.

Our daughter has multiple dietary needs/requirements but the staff have been nothing short of fully supportive and accommodating to these needs.

Staff are professional, friendly and very approachable. No problem is too trivial and is always met with an understanding ear.

After 3 years at home with me, my children started nursery. We were all apprehensive and anxious about such a huge change. We needn't of worried. The staff are wonderful, approachable and so friendly. They provide fantastic learning experiences and give feedback every day. Ladybirds provide a healthy and varied menu which my children thoroughly enjoy. Staff are sympathetic to the needs of my children each morning as they still have separation anxiety, however, this is now short-lived. My children tell me of the care and attention they receive each day. I am so impressed by all aspects of Ladybirds. My children are very lucky.
